彩福係我同家人既飯堂,不過多數都係食晚飯多,好少中午去,不過其實佢既點心都做得不錯。晚飯必叫的幾個go-tos:雞煲翅、炸子雞、客家燜豬肉、西蘭花(或有西蘭花的餸菜)、七味炸豆腐,永無錯炸子雞味道醃得好,雞炸得剛好又無晒皮下脂肪,嫩滑多汁。客家燜肥豬肉果然係得獎,汁調得好味,配上咸酸菜,肥豬肉送白飯,一絕雞煲翅個雞湯鮮味十足,翅又一梳梳勁足料,連湯渣既雞件都有味又少嫩,必試。西蘭花佢可以炒到連一個永遠唔食西蘭花既人都肯試食,炒到無晒草青味又唔會overcooked。食完再叫翻個椰皇蛋白燉燕窩,完美收尾。不過佢其他甜品,例如旋風流沙包同奶凍都不錯吃
