當天老闆請吃午飯, 中環下午找食出名困難, 老闆提議吃這間餐廳, 我也很喜歡吃西餐, 打開餐牌, 便想起早幾年去了英國旅行, 試盡不同英國菜式, 其中一款食物egg benedict, 一試便愛上. 記得之前旅行完回到港後仍要周圍找這款食品吃. 難得這間餐廳有, 我當然不會錯過, 同事們叫了漢保包薯條和意粉. 他們也說好吃. 我的這個 egg benedict流心蛋黃配上底下的煙三文魚份外好吃. 一大個蛋黃也不易穿, 吃起來也不會太過論盡. 整味菜唯一一樣缺點只是膽固醇問題, 哈哈. 其他也不值一彈了.

上午10:30 前來交易廣場吃早餐，特意不選大型連鎖，服務是合理水平，禮貌待客。唯餐膳一餐有如菲律賓街頭快餐，我們吃的雞蛋，煎得太老，咖啡亦偏苦，可能菲律賓藉人士經營，將當地的咖啡帶來，因為一個不是咖啡愛好者都覺得不好飲。

Classified 這名字就是與報紙相關的，所以連餐牌也是以報紙的形式表達出來。感覺是有點壓力的，因為報紙上通常都是嚴肅的話題，要打開後開到食物的資料才覺得輕鬆一些。點了白汁海鮮意粉，意粉的軟硬度適中，有淡淡的麵粉味，很好。而蝦肉也新鮮，彈牙。最後忍不住要了一份黃金蘋果為甜品，蘋果煮得軟軟的，甜甜的，很易入口，配上一些脆脆，是不錯的配搭。不過一碟的份量對一個人來說就可能是多了一點。

中環大把野食, 其實好少專登上Exchange Square. Classified 更加响新世界中心果邊幫襯過, 以為都係take away 之類既快食, 唔係朋友話呢間唔同啲加上有得book位, 我都唔會打算去食. 一去到感覺都唔錯, 都係causal 鬼佬風, 有啲陽光咁坐得都幾舒服, 不過唔好期望枱同枱之間好有距離, lunch hour, 人哋都要做生意架嘛..雖然係少窄, 但係食客都好斯文, 我就唔覺好嘈吵。呢度lunch係無set的, 要Al la carte, 雖然Classified 出名cheese 同 Egg Benedict 果啲, 但我一眼就睇中咗個香辣蟹肉意粉, 辣(係少少辣)同蟹根本就係我既至愛, 所以我係無其他選擇架啦..呢個意粉用咗橄欖油嚟炒色澤非常鮮艷, 成個portion唔係好大份 (女仔如我清哂剛剛好), 但係蟹肉份量超多, 辣度剛好帶出蟹肉鮮味, 同埋同啲蕃茄仔非常襯, 我實在地係停唔不到口..強烈推介呢個意粉比大家!

Classified@中環Classified 分店好多，水準都 stable牛扒有濃郁嘅肉味，生熟程度啱啱好薯條都係脆嘅～意粉都唔錯，不過有返多啲 sauce 就更好

難吃的scrumbled egg breakfast, two sides mushroom, sausage 44元一個凍冰冰的早餐, 難吃到極點, 連主角scrumbled egg 都係凍冰冰, 食個麥記好食多多聲

Classified at exchange square will be my choice for walk-in during lunch hour especially if the weather is unstable because it's comparatively easier to grab a seat.Ordered Wild mushroom risotto and pan seared salmon to share between two of us.wild mushroom risotto came nicely hot with a pinch of black truffle sauce in the centre and sprinkled with cheese. lovely aroma! rice was cooked to the right texture. I have to say, Classified central is one of my favourite restaurants in HK.Environment:Very nice. It's so comfy and relax. Sunlight coming thr from the window warms us a lot. Very impressed and quite environment (I went there on sat).You can charge your laptop here, very detailed deco especially suitable for busy people working in central.I like avocado toast so much. Some people may say it's easy and simple to make it at home. But the one in classified is rich in ingredients and delicious. Rock

Today, I went to eat lasagna with my friend. Being extreme lasagna fanatics, we researched and decided to eat in Classified since we heard it was good. We came in and the menu didn't include "lasagna". We ended up asking the waitress if there was any available. The whole wait was around 20 minutes before the dish arrived (this was acceptable since it wasn't on the menu). It was quite small for a 125 dollar lasagna. Not only that, the taste was extremely salty. The salt was not evenly distributed

每次食餐西餐首選一定係Egg benedict 今次第一次食Classified都唔例外 叫Salmon Royale同Beef burger(Medium) 個egg benedict味道唔錯 而且蛋黃流心都係正嘅 但個人覺得整poached egg時落多左醋 而且蛋白形成好厚 食個時食到少少醋味 同平時食 差左d side dishes 有d差咁d 而Beef Burger medium已經好okay有cheese ham tomato同source 好豐富而且牛肉夠味 只係有少少乾 薯條係亮點 上碟熱同脆 仲係粗薯條 好滿意 叫左e 2樣2個女仔share for lunch 意外地食到好飽 整體不錯 可以再來🤓

年30晚，公司放半日，就走左去中環行街。行下行下就3點幾，有啲肚餓要搵嘢食。本來想去IFC starbucks,但好多人，就轉場去交易廣場。本來都猶豫去starbucks定classified好，後來選左後者，因為starbucks周圍都有。下午茶時間餐廳無乜人，坐低左睇左陣餐牌就落order, 唔知食咩好所以叫左個classified all day breakfast同熱mocha.All day breakfast份all day breakfast份量好大，有2塊麵包，一大份炒蛋，茄汁豆，蕃茄，2塊煙肉，蘑菇，香腸。麵包好味，有烘過，脆脆地。炒蛋好大份，都幾滑，但真係會食唔哂！塊煙肉唔係炸嘅，無咁乾但有啲鹹！香腸有少少辣，無留意係咪黑椒腸。雖然勁肚餓，但個份量超大，所以最後都食唔哂。。熱mocha唔落糖都夠哂味👍呢度環境唔錯，無論係三五知己食飯傾計，定自己一個慢慢嘆，都係唔錯嘅選擇！下次會再幫襯！

Being a typical (?) kind of breakfast person, I need at least 2 days a week to have nice full sets of breakfast outside before fighting at work. As people around Central usually rush from here to there and common breakfast options being bread from chain bakeries, I am always thankful to have a good breakfast buddy to sit down with me for an hour, and share life at a personal and spiritual level at least once every week.Classified has a great breakfast menu with a comprehensive range of options f

上次到訪classified 食物服務都很好，happy Wednesday 再訪點左三款食品，meatballs, eggplant veggie spaghetti, egg Florence 仲有citrus coconut waterMeatballs 雖然係小食但份量十足，有五大粒，啖啖肉，茄醬酸酸徽辣好好味Eggplant spaghetti 好一般，可能無肉始終較寡，lemon sause 又太酸，不推介Egg Florence Poach egg下面有滿滿的波菜，煮得好香又不過熟，poach egg當然是流心充滿蛋香，yummyCitrus coconut water 只有橘子味沒有椰子味，索價$55唔抵飲

呢排返工咁夜收工，梗係要食番啲好嘢滿足下自己，做得咁辛苦嚟咗依家餐廳，order咗西冷牛扒，應該有成八安士重Medium Rare既西冷，又大塊又厚肉，切出來都幾林，外面煎得少少脆，鎖住左肉汁，入面好鮮嫩，不太熟就令肉質軟林不靱，牛味香濃juicy薯條就正常，冇咩特別，炸得幾脆幾香口食完牛扒成個人開心番

曾幾何時，classified 在我心中是專門吃芝士的地方。當年我們到灣仔店，有以原裝camembert cheese上陣的cheese fondue、在上環店有一間芝士凍房，客人可參觀並點選芝士platter，如今，menu 改變了很多，大眾化了，卻失去特色。店鋪門口是有芝士櫃可以自由選擇，不過礙於我不能喝酒，點cheese platter就感覺若有所失，還是改點一般的西式食品吧。先來每人一杯drink, 老公要hot chocolate , 我則要了健康的果汁- apple, orange & carrot juiceHot chocolate 很香濃但不過份地杰身，喜歡朱古力飲品的人士可以一試。我的果汁主要以橙味為主，沒有加冰也很夠冰凍，夏天一流。我們沒點small plate, 直接來了兩客main coursesSlow cooked pork belly, honey mustard glaze, soft gnocchi邪惡的豬腩肉呀! 仲要以slow cook方法煮，連在烹煮過程中可以流走脂肪的機會都沒有，正宗的保留啖啖肥的滋味。 豬腩肉很冧很香，如果不連肥膏吃，又不會
