點心時間!我很喜歡蜜汁叉燒包! 有時候都會在自己在家做,搓好麵糰,發酵完,包好後再蒸便可。自家製,就是新鮮。小女出品的,賣點是溫情。可惜,廚房被搗亂、食材亦犧牲了, 家裏的人不想我在鬧著玩,就教我直接去購買一些自家製的點心。我試了幾間家人和朋友介紹的點心專門店,發現巧手製作的性價比最高。叉燒包甜滋滋的內餡、雪白而鬆軟的叉燒包子皮,是新鮮的、熱騰騰的。捧在手心,感到十足的貼心溫暖。另外,巧手的香煎包亦是我喜歡的點心。香煎韭菜包,香口而不油膩的韭菜,份量多而且綠油油,看到這個顏色, 會令你心情輕鬆平和。粵式點心可以帶給大家的,豈止於飽足😊

我今日經過巧手製作突然諗起想食返件糯米卷,所以就用咗$6.5買咗佢嘅糯米卷,佢個糯米卷一啲都唔好味,唔夠野味,糯米𥚃面只有幾粒小花生,同一D碎肉鬆,完全冇糯米既香味,不過$6.5一件糯米卷,你都唔好諗住會有好多材料。不過最差嘅最另人失望嘅係佢D糯米唔夠實,咬落去好鬆散,唔似食緊糯米,完全冇煙韌嘅口感。相對地,唐記個糯米卷好味得多,雖然佢件糯米卷都大份,不過唔好味嘅野,整幾大件都冇用。所以$6.5都唔抵食!😢

小西灣愈來愈多美食地方,想吃什麼都有不同選擇,今日同屋企人行街時候發現一間點心蒸飯專門店  ,格局有別平常的包點舖頭,我覺得比較高級D,間店叫巧手製作,個名十分得意呀,亦有人排隊買,本來不愛排隊,我又好想試下這間 ,大約等了3分鐘就到我們,我同屋企人點咗2個點心,分別是牛肉腸同鳳爪排骨飯,我同屋企人覺得好好吃,服務好好,地方整潔又舒適味道:我覺得幾好吃, 重點推介鳳爪排骨飯,十分新鮮, 排骨淋滑彈牙分量足,最重要是有家的味道 。牛肉腸,是手工做的皺皮腸粉,味道亦好好。

朝頭早日日都係食麵包食到厭,所以今日轉左食腸粉,印象中試過佢個叉燒腸唔錯,有好多燒叉同蔥花,甘今次就試埋個齋腸,睇下係咪一樣甘正先。 原來可以加$3加配料(雞蛋或冬菇粒或韭黃。)好!就試下齋腸+雞蛋腸粉個味道都唔錯,煙煙韌韌,好有米香味,仲熱辣辣,即使隔住個外賣盒都聞到好香嘅腸粉味,真係口水都留埋。今次蔥花都一樣好多,不過雞蛋同蔥花嘅分部就唔係太平均,偏埋曬一邊,所以如果雞蛋份量多返D同平均番D會更好。

腸粉個味道都唔錯,煙煙韌韌,好有米香味,仲熱辣辣,即使隔住個外賣盒都聞到好香嘅腸粉味,真係口水都留埋。今次蔥花都一樣好多,不過雞蛋同蔥花嘅分部就唔係太平均,偏埋曬一邊,所以如果雞蛋份量多返D同平均番D會更好。

呢間中式點心食店係小西灣已經新開左一段日子,總係成日冇機會食到,今日終於都機會一試!餐牌上嘅食物都好吸引,食咩好呢?手工腸粉好似唔錯,腸粉係自家打磨米漿,叉燒腸又係推介,好!就試試佢。整體賣相都唔錯,個外賣盒仲要好靚添!腸粉外貌好吸引,面頭佈滿我最愛嘅蔥花,叉燒亦都唔少。個腸粉確實唔錯,由於係即叫即造,所以係熱辣辣的,而且佢腸粉質感係QQ彈牙,煙煙韌韌的,唔多似我地平時酒樓食開果D腸粉,別有一番風味,唔錯唔錯,👍🏻。

個腸粉確實唔錯,由於係即叫即造,所以係熱辣辣的,而且佢腸粉質感係QQ彈牙,煙煙韌韌的,唔多似我地平時酒樓食開果D腸粉,別有一番風味,唔錯唔錯,👍🏻。

樓下新開了這巧手製作,見到這裏有即製手,於是就要試一試。叫腸粉等待的時間較長,因為是即叫即拉的,大概10至15分鐘,價錢有$19到$23不等。腸粉質素不錯,夠滑,口感煙韌,但是裏面的配料叉燒難食,鬆散出來,一點也不粘着腸粉。另外還叫了一份燒賣,燒賣點心完全是食不出肉的味道🤦🏻‍♀️

之前試食過佢D包,覺得還不錯,呢晚自己食就諗住買個腸粉做晚餐.由於小西真係唔多野食,所以一有感覺正常少少gei餐廳,大家都會抱住希望去試.等左15分鐘,終於拎到翡翠鮮蝦腸+椰菜木耳豬肉餃視覺上D腸粉份量都幾多,打開都聞到鮮蝦同韭菜gei味道雖然D蝦係ok爽口,可惜腸粉癡埋曬一舊,就算跟刀痕夾都係餡料同腸粉嚴重分離而且油份都幾高,腸粉超厚但唔滑,食到一半已經想放棄至於得3粒咁大把gei 椰菜木耳豬肉餃肉汁都幾豐富,惟獨餡料又係玩支離破碎油膩感都唔低,好彩有D醋中和返,但都唔算正常水平總之食完我係飽,但一D都唔滿足,所以下次幾肚餓,我都唔會再叫,真係好難食呀~~~~
