第一次接觸百匯軒係壽宴,佢哋會安排麻雀耍樂,麻雀仲要係電動麻雀機,都幾適合攻打四方城嘅長輩們 。而且房入面仲有卡拉ok,歌曲都幾新。食物方面: 酒席來說是不錯的,分量適中,而且上碟的時候還是熱辣的,整體感覺係好味。之後再去百匯軒飲茶,點心方面款式比較多,有新派的,叫了沙薑雞腳 ,煎青椒魚肉等點心,覺得比較遜色,因為味道不是太好,沙薑雞腳的沙薑沒有入味道,而煎炸食品油分比較重。

屋企人搞壽宴,揀咗呢一間酒樓,之前嚟過飲茶,普普通通,勝在坐得舒服,地方過晚。今晚再嚟食晚飯,都幾驚喜,每道菜都不錯,而且上菜都幾快,姐姐都招呼周到,值得一讚。地點也算便利,食物,晚飯的質素比中午飲茶好,坐得舒服。

這是友人K介紹話食得過的茶樓, 來了兩次, 一次是新年後的團拜, 另一次是最近的午市飲茶,茗茶每位$7(星期六)$8(星期日) 午市同下午茶的點心價差異只會在特點/頂點時有一蚊的差異,所以無須介意 等唔等到下午茶時段才入場之類的想法了, 而兩個人來午市的話好大機會被安排"搭枱", 好多酒樓都無做搭枱這項目了, 可能這裡二人枱唔多啩, 其實呢d咪早期嘅資源共享囉! 點心款式算係多, 按傳統款式做, 腸粉同豬腳仔係比較出色, 尤其是推介"豬腳仔", 但豬腳仔價位較高, 包點類的包皮同餡料比例正確, 其中有一個特價廚部出品- 生炸乳鴿, 價錢只是$28, 呢個價錢基本上在街市都買唔到, 細細隻size就預咗的了, 但一般出來之前的慣常做法係咪都會番炸佢幾分鐘令鴿皮變得脆皮一點呢? 不過呢日攞出來的係和暖的過氣皮!! 應該是返叮了吧, 十分失望之餘亦慨嘆傳統酒樓廚房淪落至呢個地步,午市的炒粉麵飯都食過佢嘅海鮮茄汁烏冬, 乾炒豬肉河, 豉椒排骨炒麵 全部都有鑊氣材料豐富,  甜品要留待下次了,

一家人拜山之後,去荔枝角百匯軒飲茶。環境好光猛,坐得好舒服,個水餃嘅皮,幾薄,入邊嘅餡幾新鮮,隻蝦好彈牙。法式蝦烏冬。這下都幾新鮮,烏冬唔算太稔,啲汁就芝士味唔係好夠。排骨好好味呀,個重點係南瓜又入味又稔。鹹水角好香脆,一上枱嘅時候熱辣辣,應該係即叫即炸嘅。非常有誠意。真係好好味啊。龍仔蒸飯,呢個賣相不得了,好有霸氣,一個大籠上面擺左新鮮嘅魚同雲耳,啲飯好有魚香,魚肉好滑溜。薑汁糕,薑汁味好濃郁。好好味,層次分明。

今日晏晝過左去食lunch, 因為有人包左四圍擺解穢酒,所以搞到要坐哂係門口,多人等得耐都算,入到去有位坐等左勁耐都冇人理,叫左幾次伙計都叫你等等,不過等完都係冇人理你……終於有伙計理,同佢講個情況冇人開卡冇人開茶同埋我想入單,佢唔好語氣話“咁你係咪要入單,要食野之麻……”聽到我火都黎,邊有咁既態度架,你又要收我加一服務費,但係又要我全部自助,咁我不如去快餐店食好過,請我都唔會再黎食,又唔係得佢一間酒樓
