This is a nice little cafe with friendly staff and a cosy atmosphere. Some of the tables are very small so don't get there too late on a Sunday and get a good table! I ordered the avocado sourdough which was lovely albeit quite difficult to cut (invest in better knives?). I would recommend this place for a relaxing Sunday breakfast.

朋友推介這裡的yogurt, 於是相約一齊去食個靚早。星期五早上，未算多人，門口可以帶狗狗一齊坐，狗主有福了！ 麵多士烘的我叫左雞肉香草三文治，非常香的香草味，麵包處理得好好，功勞是外層是沾油去烘，香！脆！朋友食的牛油果sourdough, 佢都大讚一流，調味好好，上面的zataar係我食完mana後愛上既香料。Flat white. 算濃，但每個人心中都有杯咖啡店，取代唔到。食物同咖啡都出色，西營盤既咖啡館愈黎化有質素。🤤

今日去西環，經過見到有好多間咖啡店，最後揀咗呢一間入去坐下，估唔到都冇令我失望。係舊樓區當中見到呢一間裝修簡約，但令人感覺好舒服嘅咖啡店，唔知點解有種親切嘅感覺。我點左一個單品咖啡同埋一件蛋糕，咖啡名係叫 ’cherry new year ‘，飲落當然有車厘子嘅味道，果香味好濃，飲落都幾易入口。嗰件蛋糕係海鹽朱古力蛋糕，食落有海鹽嘅鹹味，中和返朱古力嘅甜味，感覺啱啱好，一啲都唔膩。

Found this cafe by chance and fell in love with it! Really nice interior design with high ceiling, simple wooden furniture and big windows. Very lovely staff! Perfect to have a quick coffee or sit down properly at the table in the back. They have amazing millionaire shortbread.

Detour is a nice coffee joint which serves good coffee coupled with a decent food menu. Had the toast set which was delicious to pair with my coffee which was a long black. The coffee beans are full bodied. Decor is spacious and set in pleasant colours. Has one of the best coffee in the area.

In the myriad of coffee shops opening in Sai Ying Pun, Detour just might become a regular staple. Beyond the coffee, which is very good, there are some interesting breakfast and lunch options. These err on the healthy side rather than a traditional British fry up, with obligatory smashed avocado showing its ugly face on the menu.
