有三舊好大舊嘅冬菇, 雞肉亦都好大舊, 但飯就有少少硬,
唔似平時食嘅咁軟熟, 而且味道一般, 唔算太入味,
只可以講有更好嘅選擇。

食物質素還可以但服務態度真的望能檢討的一家餐廳,話說我在晚上十時半,非繁忙時段到店光顧,現場只得不到一半客人(圖中可見),先被安到一張較為寬敞的餐桌用餐,後來圖中一位極不友善的中年女服務員再三要求我坐到另一邊角落跟另一桌搭檯,我表明不願意但解釋我很快吃完便會自行離開絕對不會阻人做生意,結果該位服務員在很不願意的情況下再把我的四人檯分開一半變成很小,想多吃一點都放不下的餐桌,原本很餓的我食慾大減,我要求她交代為何非繁忙時段為何要客人坐得不舒服的原因,她大概表示因為我是第一次光顧,一肚氣的我,結果真的吃不下,沒有下次了!

新鲜! 美味! 抵吃!

圖裡漏了腸粉,虾饺很新鲜,流沙包好吃,梨陈皮甜品太甜(對我的味覺而言)。

總數好像大約HKD100。 價錢合理!

喜歡吃中式點心的我們,偶然知悉灣仔有間入選全球最佳101的餐廳,故特意一試。 我們入到餐廳,幾乎全滿,感覺有點擠迫,但幸好只等了數分鐘便能入座。我們看了點心紙,經再三研究後,遂點選了幾下五款食物。 鳳爪排骨飯:飯味夠香,排骨及鳳爪尚算夠味,但不是特別好; 流沙包:該餐廳把流沙包設計成「豬臉」的形態,使我囝囝十分喜歡,而味道也不俗,咬了一口後,流沙熱而香滑; 牛肉腸:的確是皮薄咸靚。腸粉滑而薄,牛肉足料而有鮮味,so good; 芥末咸水角:只是略帶芥末味,味道尚可; 蝦蛟:也是皮薄咸靚,蝦肉夠大隻,且新鮮。 總括而言,我們被該餐廳的名氣吸引而來,但食物質素未算突出,而且可能因太多食客及遊客光顧的關係,服務員的態度普通,每逢點餐或需加茶,服務員均顯得不太樂意,故感覺名大於實。但在晚餐時段,於灣仔(兩大人一小朋友)用餐,埋單也不用140元,價錢算合理了。

星期日在灣仔區帶國外朋友飲茶,怕傳統酒樓又貴又大排長龍,於是選了點心店。上openrice找到這間,到店前才知道那麼巴閉,曾被外國雜誌選為全球最佳101間餐廳。若早上十點多,約十多人在店多排隊,多數是遊客。只要跟隊排,店員不時會出來派飛。因為店有兩層,所以很快就能入座。點心紙有兩款,大張有英文是給遊客,細張純中文,兩者內容是一樣。這個流鼻涕流沙包,在網上片段見得多,真的聞名不如見面。好玩次餘,內餡很滑。蝦餃古早味,皮薄爽口,餡料飽滿。燒賣大大粒。叉燒包,內餡調味得宜。真係波蘿包。在中山食過中間有粒罐頭波蘿的波蘿包,而呢個內餡有點像creamy版的鳳梨酥,幾特別。第一轉叫了叉燒腸,腸粉皮薄爽身。後來上openrice看看才知道這個脆網腸粉才是招牌菜,於是追加了。脆網像越南春卷,內裡包著蝦,有點炸兩feel。炸鮮奶雖然聲名遠播廣受遊客歡迎又在港島市區,但價錢仍保持個理水平,但101最佳餐廳又真的不至於(之後咗一間九龍城的街坊市井點心店,又平啲更好味),不過帶國外朋友去也一定不會令他們失望。

雖然聲名遠播廣受遊客歡迎又在港島市區,但價錢仍保持個理水平,但101最佳餐廳又真的不至於(之後咗一間九龍城的街坊市井點心店,又平啲更好味),不過帶國外朋友去也一定不會令他們失望。

Great dim sum in Wan Chai and really close to Causeway Bay. I actually haven't had better dim sum so far in Hong Kong than at Dim Dim Sum. Definitely worth a go. The owners are very much used to tourists, which makes it easy to visit Dim Dim Sum. The English menus are a plus too.

雖然點點心的版圖已經擴張到台灣,但在台北要吃到點點心還是沒有灣仔來的容易,上回回台北要吃還是要牌個一個多小時,對一個已經進駐台灣兩年的品牌還是需要大排隊才能吃到,可見他的評價是多麼得好,我就愛的就是來灣仔,通常都不用等太多的時間就能入座,就能立即嘗到港式點心的風味阿!

因為朋友係灣仔返學,約左係灣仔食午餐,逛逛下見到呢間點心鋪,望入去見到多人,應該唔會太差掛,於是衝入去。原來有2層,上左上層,樓底比較矮,見到啲鬼佬都要彎低身出入。2個人叫左7碟食物,漏左入通菜落張單,埋單唔洗200蚊,朋友仲奇怪係咪計錯數,因為食到肚都爆,樣樣都好味,肉餅夠大塊,腸粉唔厚皮,最特別係燉雪梨,試食價15蚊,見到每枱都點,當然唔執輸啦. 原個雪梨,上面有陳皮絲,鹹鹹地又少少酸少少甜,呢個乾燥天氣岩飲,整體不錯,值得再去。

是咁的,去Wine and Dine 前要醫醫肚,因為入面野食太貴,又突然好想食點心,直接狗衝:)肥豬仔係出名野,好味抵食堅有金沙流出,要襯熱食!千島醬本人嘛嘛地,但勝在春卷夠熱夠脆,食要小心,呢個反而太熱,可以等一陣先食:)蝦略嫌太少得一條仔呢個都係出名野,但食落其實芥末唔算好夾到咸水角,帶住期望去食就會失望$19價位都唔貴,好奇既人都可以一試但不帶期望咁試會好d其實仲食左其他野,燒賣同鳳爪都係水平以上,可以講得出好食二字,而最值得試係個菠蘿包,但因為佢第一碟嚟,相都未影到就消滅左整體來說好食,價錢公道,茶錢平$3位,夠做啦,唔一定要飲靚茶所以好okay了 值得推薦仲有好多點心試唔到,得兩個人食唔落😂😂😂下次下次~~~會繼續如實寫下食評希望大家都可以收藏真正值得推薦既餐廳:)

其實仲食左其他野,燒賣同鳳爪都係水平以上,可以講得出好食二字,而最值得試係個菠蘿包,但因為佢第一碟嚟,相都未影到就消滅左

整體來說好食,價錢公道,茶錢平$3位,夠做啦,唔一定要飲靚茶所以好okay了 值得推薦

Next were the purple potato croquettes filled with Portuguese filling.
The appearance is quite dark because the of the fried purple potato.

When you take a bite, the Portuguese filling and the purple lining is revealed.
It was a nice change from boring minced pork croquettes which got attention from people around me as they were surprised to see a purple dimsum.

點點心是我其中一間喜歡光顧的 點心專門店。 它位於銅鑼灣和 灣仔 之間 的天樂里口, 位置差了一些, 可是他的食物十分美味,價錢也沒有在銅鑼灣吃飯貴, 性價比甚高 ,所以我常常推薦給外地來香港的親朋好友 。在這裏 ,也可以看到很多遊客在光顧 ,看來大家都是慕名而來。他的真。。。菠蘿。。。叉燒包, 蒸飯, 點心全部都甚得我歡心, 有時晚上想吃點心, 我也會獨個兒來到,吃一盅兩件 ,好好欣賞一下師傅的手勢。雖然坊間有不少點心專門店, 各有不同的招牌特色美點, 可是我卻獨愛點點心 。因為我覺得他們 很有心思和誠意做點心, 真的是: 點。點。心。思。點。點。心。意。這點我是可以心領神會的。
