今次已經是一星期內第二次上去，一星期連食兩日，當然係好食先上去，book 抬時同了師傅講明只食海鮮，其他由大厨揸主意，呢間私房菜樓下無招牌，ISQUARE一出𨍭去樂道華源大廈上15樓，地點就腳，上到去先來一杯忙果汁開為，之後是頭盤，有番茄沙律，青瓜，醃漬青掓，hummus,仲有我最鍾意既olives ,加上熱中東包，之後驚喜來了，係一大盤海蝦，海蝦食得出後游水新鮮蝦，仲要係有蝦膏的，配上秘制香草湯汁，鮮味！唔好以為只有食中式白焯蝦先會用鮮蝦，呢間私房菜大部分食材都是當日街市買的新鮮貨，所以即使地方穏閉依然有好多食客，再來烤魚兩條，烤魚也是新鮮的，烤魚內塞了紅蔔白，西芹，用olive oil ，皮烤得非常香脆，好有意式烤魚風味⋯😋😋😋，最後是自家制焦糖布丁，焦糖好香，為呢個完美既晚餐劃上一個句號⋯同大廚傾開計，原來佢之前是在美國幾間五星級酒店的大廚，來到香港自己開私房菜，晤怪得水準甘高,下次有舊同學gathering 一定起呢間食,非常like

朋友話尖沙咀有間穏世埃及房菜，食物水準極高但是價錢大眾化，本身對中東菜興趣不大，但朋友講到甘好，為食又嘴刁既我上了去，結果係非常有驚喜。一來到先來了一杯開胃飲品，少少甜少少酸，夠晒開胃。前菜是中東包加小食拼盤，有hummus ，芝士，醃椒，青瓜，中東包新鮮熱辣辣，出面街好多hummus 都比較油腻，但呢度食既不會有油膩感覺，用既橄欖油食得出係優質靚既橄欖油。之後上菜上，係烤雞卷，未上菜巳經聞到陣陣香味，皮烤得非常之脆，入面釀了米飯，驚喜之一。雞卷的質素係可以擺起五星級酒店。再來一個素炸春捲配乳酪，新鮮出爐非常香脆，但一點油膩感也沒有，本身我平時不太食煎炸食物，但也很喜歡呢個素春卷，到最後一道菜烤魚⋯外皮非常香脆，加上檸檬汁，而全道菜既靈魂就係魚內釀既配菜香料⋯真係高水準，最後是焗南瓜布丁，好有中式酒樓奶黃包的香味，外面焦糖烤得香噴噴⋯每一道菜式都係新鮮熱辣辣，亦可見得出每一道菜非常用心做，用料亦非常新鮮，服務好，經過廚房，見到廚房好乾凈，米芝蓮水準，茶餐廳價錢，下次有朋友聚會會推介呢間穏世埃及菜

This is the second time I went to this restaurant. The chicken soup is unforgettable, I had 2 bowls of soup seriously this time. The salad was really nice and fresh! You don’t need to put additional salt, pepper or any other seasoning/ dressing. It is just spot on! The portion is very sufficient for 2 people! The chicken and the rice are tasty, with vegetables on the side! The people are extremely polite and helpful

I have dined here twice, both times was excellent. Fresh ingredients, nice service and great food. The restaurant is ran by a team of Egyptian Chefs, they really know their cuisine. Foods are all prepared delicately, you can taste their passion for their food The entrance might be a little hard to find, make sure you take the correct elevator (lift) for Block It's worth the effort. Dining here is an experience. Overall this place offers good value, highly recommended.
