To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 早晨起身食返個豐富早餐真係人都開心一點,至少個胃係咁諗叫左個餐,有恰蛋,牛奶麥皮,火腿通粉,多士,熱咖啡恰蛋就正常,都有蛋味都OK的牛奶麥皮有奶係香口好味道的多士唔夠香口,可以再香口一點就會比較上好味火腿通粉湯唔夠,如果加多一點湯會比較易入口同好味一點咖啡都OK,幾香咖啡味道

恰蛋就正常,都有蛋味都OK的
牛奶麥皮有奶係香口好味道的
多士唔夠香口,可以再香口一點就會比較上好味
火腿通粉湯唔夠,如果加多一點湯會比較易入口同好味一點
咖啡都OK,幾香咖啡味道

新樓盤,新快餐店,人流不多,為早餐理想地點。全新格局的橙花架佈局,令我胃口大開。在此閱讀也會是好地方。點選最令人飽肚的糯米雞。熱度十足,蒸氣熱騰騰。打開後的感覺,是質素停頓在數年前。色相,香味,食材配搭都和周圍的新派裝修格格不入。四周的糯米太淡色,餡料未能把肉味滲入,擴散。食品名稱冠以「瑤柱汁」,入口全無此感覺。宜改配濃稠醬汁,否則糯米太乾太淡了。食材配搭方面,從未改進。其實少量廉價食材已可提鮮,如冬菇仔,义燒粒……
