To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 前日到此食下午茶.點了西多士,等叫no.取,心想一陣可食到新鮮熱辣美味的西多士.西多士(我選跟糖漿): .不是新鮮熱辣的,最過份是只用一塊去皮方飽煎炸了,完全沒有餡(醬)料,幸好有牛油,糖漿跟,塗上才有味.熱即磨咖啡: 無以前這麼燙熱和香濃,淡如水.$14食如是真的西多士茶餐,價錢是很平,出面食店不能做這價.但這茶餐只不過是一塊去皮方飽和水,要慳本又不認真做,不如不賣這餐,坦白認真做多士餐好過.早餐魚柳又勁縮水,炒蛋無蛋味,用牛油蓋味.TOO BAD

好耐無食早餐～

五月三十一日(六)今日係紀念日一早就過左去接老婆俾個醒喜佢，plan好唱K Lunch但早左d，於是去大快活食番個早餐先過去～雞扒炒蛋餐($18) + 雪菜麵($3)雞扒比較細塊，味道可以～炒蛋炒得算滑，但較重牛油味，個人不太喜愛，還是蛋的香甜原味好吃～雪菜麵加$3非常抵，而且麵塞到滿，雪菜肉絲等料亦唔小，上海麵關係，味道比一般快餐店配細碗粉麵為佳～好立克濃濃的，十份足料～多士烘的不錯，但牛油略硬，不容易塗～　不影響味道～很久沒有吃早餐，今天更和老婆一起吃，感覺不錯～

比較細塊，味道可以～

炒蛋
炒得算滑，但較重牛油味，個人不太喜愛，還是蛋的香甜原味好吃～

加$3非常抵，而且麵塞到滿，雪菜肉絲等料亦唔小，上海麵關係，味道比一般快餐店配細碗粉麵為佳～

烘的不錯，但牛油略硬，不容易塗～　不影響味道～

很久沒有吃早餐，今天更和老婆一起吃，感覺不錯～
