今日配既係本菇蘑菇汁，蘑菇味好濃郁，雞胸亦非常大塊，而且非常厚，雖然係雞胸但唔會太鞋，味道可以。 紅米飯略微有少少過濕，好軟淋，對鍾意食乾身少少既我，就覺得有點普通，不過配搭左好多菜，好健康。


整體味道唔係好出色果種，但四十幾蚊的快餐，感覺可以接受，而且係少數較健康的選擇了。

黎到大快活真係除咗佢嘅焗豬扒飯之外 其他嘢都好伏。 今日我就口快快叫咗個冬菇滑雞 飯套餐, 心諗呢啲中式嘢點處都唔會難食啦 但係 就徹徹底底地中了伏。 套餐就包了 一個餸 一個雜菜 一個湯一個飯, 首先 雜菜乾爭爭,白晒晒 ,完全冇味,慘過食草。 例湯 湯渣很多 味道非常重味精 飲完兩啖已經要隊咗一杯水, 白飯質地還可以不是太難食 但最敗筆的就是那個冬菇滑雞主菜, 油冧冧 調味又十分重手,冬菇索曬啲味,鹹到唔可以入口,雞件一d啲都唔滑,非常鞋口。食到一半 就已經食唔到落去啦 所以 下次趕時間食大快活都係食番焗飯吧啦。

又到了夜晚回家的時候了，屋企又冇煮飯，落街食又想食健康啲，但標榜健康嘅餐廳又貴，不妨可以去大快活睇睇佢哋嘅健康晚餐系列E個係蘑菇汁雞胸扒紅米飯配雜菜加凍綠茶，雞胸扒又有豐富嘅蛋白質，紅米飯同雜菜又有所需要嘅膳食纖維配合蘑菇汁味道都唔錯。

試過咁多間大快活，最可怕嗰間喺灣仔嘅大快活，地方又污糟，啲嘢又難食。然後港島區 入面，試過最好食嘅就係呢一間。佢喺砲台山同天后中間，地方有啲隔涉，因為唔近地鐵站。但係亦都可能因為咁，所以食物質素有番咁上下，因為人流少嘛。所以食物質素幾好同埋keep得到。之前試過唔同種類嘅小炒，都炒得幾好。有營餐更加唔再話下啦。今次試左京都肉排飯，上到枱時外層仲係脆脆哋。應該係新鮮整，所以感覺好新鮮， 真係值得推薦大家嚟呢一間食 。同埋佢地方算係大，人流唔多，打邊爐就最啱㗎啦，可以慢慢坐。

話說今日中午於食完飯嘅時候，要外出工作，做七完野返到公司的時候，喺砲台山附近想搵啲平價嘢食下，見到周圍嘅茶餐廳價錢都比較貴，於是就走去呢一間連鎖式快餐店，睇下有冇超特價嘅下午茶餐啦。 一睇竟然俾我發現一個$29蚊好抵食嘅下午茶餐，呢個茶餐裏面有一個細嘅餐蛋麵，個麵呢係福字麵嚟嘅，都幾好食。除了餐蛋麵外，有一個香草烤雞翼同埋一杯熱飲。餐肉同埋煎蛋，雖然係好邪惡，但係耐唔耐食緊下食一次都非常滿足，除此之外佢個香草烤雞全翼都好好味，咬一啖，就食到到好香嘅香草味，咁平價錢喺港島區 算係窮人恩物。

    Went here for convenience.No fuss or complaints because the food is cheap.My lunch was minimalistic of just rice and pork chop.The pork chop was juicy and springy.The vegetables were bland but then it was just boiled frozen cabbages but healthy i suppose

      食咗餐貴，今日同老公慳d洗黎大快活食個平價邊爐先叫出蕃茄薯仔湯湯底濃郁，好香ge蕃茄味係無乜薯仔，反而有真蕃茄叫了八安士豚肉 四安士牛肉個人覺得豚肉比牛肉好豚肉無咁多脂肪之餘，仲好滑相反，牛就有少少鞋我覺得佢地芝士腸都不錯入面係好香的芝士，而芝士係成條都有，正！娃娃菜索咗湯都好正好新鮮爽口！我地仲食咗烏冬好煙un配埋個湯一流雖然整體唔可以話好高質，但呢個價錢有呢個質素，個人覺得都叫大件夾抵食會再黎！

        Not really a fan of Fairwood but went here for the tea set because of the mock sharks fin soup.It was basically a bowl of rice with roast pork and mock sharks fin soup for $28.The roast pork was not good, it was lean, dry and tough.The soup was a bit bland for my liking.
