接著是Roasted King Crab Leg Salad ($138),巨大的北海道鱈場蟹腳,令甜魔媽媽憶起在日本吃蟹的幸福時光,能在意式餐廳中回味真是開心。鱈場蟹只要夠新鮮,稍加一分鹽分來烤已能完全釣出鮮甜味,這晚的出品是滿意的,再加上新鮮爽脆的蔬菜,以及清甜的車厘茄,組合完滿。

不過頭盤中甜魔媽媽還是最愛Roasted Okinawa Miso Pork ($128),無他,沖繩的豚肉真的太好吃了,肉質豐腴脂香充足,以味噌醬調味再烤香後,口味微鹹微甜,更顯誘人非凡,要一件接一件的吃下去!

這裡的飯類挺特別,煮法雖靠近意式risotto,但用的卻是日本米!下面這款Baked Chicken Casserole ($208),就是顯創意之作:以味噌醬醃製、又香又嫩的雞件之下,是油潤香口的珍珠米飯,入口除了雞油香氣,還有點點大蔥及薑的香味;更妙的,是吃到底還有少量飯焦,真夠過癮!

另一款品嚐的是Grilled Lobster Risotto ($248),成品用上半隻開邊龍蝦,龍蝦肉又鮮又甜,令人回味,同時底下的日本米飯煮得很有口感,不認真細嚐還真以為是意大利飯呢!另外這飯不似一般risotto用上大量牛油及忌廉調味,反而很重龍蝦濃湯的鮮味甜味,令人欣賞。

去過沖繩的都一定吃過當地盛產的海葡萄,這款Spaghetti Mentaiko ($148) 就巧妙地用上口感爽脆的海葡萄,加上鮮香的魚子,來襯托芳香又有咬口的野菌意粉,帶來十分豐富又驚喜的口味,很喜歡推介的!

來到主菜環節,十分喜歡這Black Cod Saikyo Yaki ($268),份量十足、肉質細嫩又多汁的黑鱈魚以白味噌醃製,口味介乎日式的西京燒鱈魚,與西式的慢煮鱈魚之間,挺美味又特別。菜式又襯上意式雜菜以及和式飯糰上檯,夠心思之餘也增添了飽肚度~

也試了Stewed Wagyu Beef Cheek ($228),又嫩又滑的和牛臉頰面,以餐廳的秘製醬醃過,口味吸引,甜魔媽媽忍不住吃了三件之多;同上的稻庭烏冬也是又香又滑,而且與牛臉肉是估不到的合襯,又是添食之作。

最後來到Stuffed French Chicken ($268),法國春雞當然是又香又嫩,點上同上的野菌汁十分美妙;而且雞隻中間塞的是菠菜、野菌等素菜,能起了中和解膩的作用。最後件碟是賣相吸引的露筍、甘筍及沙律菜等,除了悅目也有益健康,甜魔媽媽又吃了不少。

相比主菜,這裡的甜品定價會稍高一點,每款均一價$88。不過選點三款裝的Dessert Sampler (甜品份量不變!!) 就只需$198,精明的甜魔媽媽當然推介大家選點併盤!

首先是Chocolate Brownie with Strawberry Mousse,朱古力批味道是看得出的香濃,而且質感是外脆內濕潤,加上面層的脆餅,口感很豐富,再襯上士多啤梨慕絲就更多一份清新。

再試另一碟甜品,當中最最最喜歡是Panna Cotta with Mango and Passion Fruit Coulis,欣賞那意式奶凍清溜得來不會一陣風,而是有實在的奶香,再襯上酸甜清新的芒果熱情果醬,以及悅目的士多啤梨裝飾,真心好吃+推介~

來到Chocolate Mousse with Almond Cookies,看賣相或會令人有迷惑---杏仁餅乾在那兒啊?其實,在香濃的朱古力慕絲中間,有著很香濃的杏仁香氣!所以almond cookies已經融合並隱身在慕絲當中了。但也因為如此,不好杏仁香氣者勿點。

最後是經典意式甜品Home-made Tiramisu,成品以杯裝上檯,咖啡香、芝士香、濕潤度及酒香均很對辦,是個美好又滿足的結尾。有食友再點咖啡/茶,至於甜魔媽媽已經太滿足,不用了。

Dessert Sampler: Home-made Tiramisu +Chocolate Mousse with Almond Cookies +Mixed berries Napoleon. 整晚來到最後是甜點比較一般,店員推薦的Napoleon 最好吃(另推Chocoloate roulade with ice-cream 不過沽清),不過和其他旦糕店的還是沒得比。

不能醉駕沒有喝酒,叫了兩杯果汁之後才想起近來拾膠樽叔叔裝果汁的新聞... 風頭火勢下次還是叫檸檬茶好了。

Forget about it's by Franck Muller or not! Good food is the most important thing here. Though it's a small place, it has a happy atmosphere bought to you by the staff and the good food. Price is reasonable with the quality and the portion. King Crab Leg Salad - Vegie is fresh and sweet, and I love the crab leg which is not just defrosted!!Stuffed Chinken Wings - seems common but this one is so juicy!!!Beef Cheek with Udon - eating udon like spaghetti, al dente udon with tender juicy beef cheek!!

Forget about it's by Franck Muller or not! Good food is the most important thing here.

Though it's a small place, it has a happy atmosphere bought to you by the staff and the good food. Price is reasonable with the quality and the portion. 

King Crab Leg Salad - Vegie is fresh and sweet, and I love the crab leg which is not just defrosted!!

Stuffed Chinken Wings - seems common but this one is so juicy!!!

Beef Cheek with Udon - eating udon like spaghetti, al dente udon with tender juicy beef cheek!! The sauce is not too thick which is just right!

And my favourite - Chicken rice - i guess they are not using frozen chicken as the meat and smell is so rich!! The rice is not too wet or dry or hard, and lovely presentation in the small Le Creuset 

好有心機!
Will definitely return!

六月上旬‧晴上周在樓上吃的是形格中菜,離開的時候經過此地,知道賣的是意日菜。在香港,做此菜系的地方不多,又找晚來吃吃如何?四人行,試了不少東西。這一天在早些時吃得一頭煙,希望在這裡吃得好。吃了好幾味,當中最喜歡的就是一味味噌豬肉Miso Pork。用上的是沖繩豚肉,先以味噌醃過,慢煮再燒香。外層香而微脆,是味噌的香味。內裡肉汁充盈也保留一點咬口。是腩肉,帶上的一點油脂也很好吃,連吃幾件。還好,這一餐吃得好。
