Freshness Burger (Closed)

覺得好失望.. 到freshness 試食，其實都抱住好大期望，去到叫了一個招牌freshness burger 和cheese burger。包是凍的(失望！),又唔肯幫我將個包切一半！！！Call number 好吵耳！What is service?　無下次！！！

唔知點解..最近佢地d真係凍wor!!因為見到最近既食家都話個包凍..而且我禮拜一同朋友食3個都係凍包!!!唔通佢唔係即叫即整架喇????有點失望...希望下次去食會熱辣辣啦!

d野食都唔錯~個湯真係好好味~又香又濃~有好重牛油味~仲有粟米既甜味~非常好~不過自問怕"劉"or怕肥~就唔好飲la~不過有2樣野想彈一彈就係個包有d凍...始終差d...同埋我去果日人唔多...唔算忙...但係佢唔肯幫我將個包切一半...比把刀我就算...佢話因為d汁會"飛"晒出黎...唔通我切d汁會唔"飛"出黎咩...如果真係會"飛"出黎...你更加應該係入面切la~除此之外~其他野都ok~有機會會再去~

一直想試Freshness Burger,同MOS比較一下. 剛好前兩日要到海運,便買外賣返公司.1.Cheese Burger x2: 未知是否路途遙遠,包是凍的(失望!),肉微溫(有少許肉香).芝士是已軟化成醬狀,暖暖的.蔬菜很新鮮.2.Wedges (+ Pepsi as set): 仍熱熱脆脆,好味.3.Onion Rings: 溫脆,好味.3.凍抹茶奶茶: 不太甜,不錯.大概是地點偏遠了少少,所以午飯時人流亦不多.招呼OK.為作出較公平的比較,我會再去,今次堂食.又或是買MOS的作外賣

我好明白freshness burger 的員工為何要叫得咁大聲, 因為我都做過類似的fast food.因為大部份的customer 都無留意顯示板上面的number. 因為佢地多數都係度高談闊論. 如果時間耐左d burger 凍左又話係佢地唔夠熱.哩間只不過係fast food 唔係restaurant 唔可以要求佢地把食物送到你面前. 如果佢唔叫咪永遠都無人黎拿食物. 而且細聲的話根本係唔會有人留意去聽.我好鐘意個bread 好特別! at least 係香港第一間有南瓜包. 我d frd 就鐘意個onion ring 因為香港其他的fast food 無得食.咁多人的情況下, 服務態度已經係好好. 因此我見佢地真係完全無停過. 而且好多香港人都唔會執野, 搞到d 枱 面好多垃圾.個tray 滿佈ketchup. 我去到台灣, 美國, 韓國的fast food 都係自己執返d 垃圾放好個tray. 希望香港會學下佢地咁執返d 野.

Won't go there again. The burgers are not tasty, the environment is uncomfortable... there are many better burger joints in HK, why bother trying it again?

昨天晚上(21/8/07)我和太太往這店用餐，因本人和太太，都是在尖沙咀工作，平均一星期都會去一至兩次，發覺這店的食品有進步，而且我第一次感受到好的服務，因為我和太太平均一星期都會去一至兩次，而且每次叫店員幫我切開一半，他們都總是給我一把膠刀，但昨晚竟然有一男店員，看到我切得頗辛苦，主動幫我拿入去切，而且還幫我分開用兩個袋入住，而且這個飽竟然沒有凍，而且還很熱，我意想不到，用餐後，我走時問了一位店員？這名男店員叫什麼名？原來是一名實習經理，在此說聲Thank you，今時今日這才叫服務，我會繼續支持。

Have lunch here today . We arrive at 3:00 pm. Althought it is already after the busy lunch period, this little shop is still packed with ppl. we order 1 freshness burger and 1 classic cheese burgerand onion ring , iced mocha , iced latte and wedges. I tried the freshness buerger ,it was fresh and juicy .and the wedge was crispy and tasty.if the price can be cheaper is better.......hahhaaha

琴日去左freshness burger度試和風肉汁漢堡$22,加$18轉左做套餐\配薯角+百事..漢堡既賣相都唔錯=]但一食落口,個漢堡竟然係凍既..唉, 即時覺得好失望..問問身邊既朋友,佢\地都話個包係凍既~算啦..咁可能凍食漢堡係呢度既特色之一@@但如果大家同我一樣鐘意食熱辣辣漢堡既話,burgerking/mos burger/triple o會比較好..

事例1: order hot drink, 但收cold drink $, 拎單問個junior, 佢話唔知，跟手問個manager, 佢話一樣價錢，我拎個menu比佢睇, 佢唔多高興先比返收貴的$1我事例2: 找續中，問manager有否$10散紙, 回應:" 我無散紙"...事例2: 本人要求burger切成一半，因為同朋友share (如果mos burger d staff，佢地好樂意咁做)，點知比個burger時無切到，再要求時，manager black face，並說:"我比把膠刀你，你自己切".... 大家認為呢d係乜野服務態度哩?!

20070808第一次吃是在橫濱，不知是當時餓昏了頭還是那厚切番茄實在鮮甜，反正是令我們驚為天物，回來以後四處推薦。這裏的漢堡特點是個頭小小的，以那一片日本番茄的圓周作為基準，但多汁美味非常……知道它終於開進了海港城，等候多日，終有緣一試……卻有點失望。牛扒漢堡是普通得不能再普通，我那個煙肉奄列漢堡，至少還覺得有點新奇，配甜甜的南瓜包也幾得意；最討好的反而是那杯抹茶奶茶，意料之外的不太甜，盈滿綠茶芬芳……試一次就這樣說可能難免武斷，下次試埋個同名漢堡，相信便可有結論。

This is a really good burger bar, shame that it is located very far from the MTR, right at the end of LCX!!!Anyway i ordered a fishburger with cinammon tea, the fish burger was excellent, i liked the sauce the best, because it was the typical japanese mayonnaise. At first i wondered why the burger bun was orange, then i realised it was made of pumpkin from stated from the menu. So quite innovative of the Japanese.Finally the cinammon tea was quite good, tastes like english tea with cinammon.
