午市來飲茶並不便宜,大點要$26,普通的炒粉麵飯要接近$90。不過附近的寫字樓白領間中過來則還可以,起碼這裏有位不用等。點心選擇不多,而且差不多全是傳統點心,想試創新的就會失望。個別點心分量亦似乎偏小,例如流沙包一籠只得兩小個;說是糯米雞,其實是珍珠雞,而且只得兩小件。不過食物質素算是不錯,味道適中,沒有太濃/偏淡的情況。以「阿一高徒」之名招徠,雖然整體來說不覺得特別出色,不過可能要試名貴菜式才見真章。

真係好中意係呢度晚飯,所有餸都沒有味精。第一次去試的話建議食炸子雞,全香港整得最好食。不過偶然也會失手(笑)睇你運數。除了炸子雞,上湯菜膽雞同金華玉樹雞都好好食,金華火腿一D都唔鹹。好過好多上海菜的名店。至於食翅同燕窩,留待公司請客時先叫啦!最近的時令菜式魚唇米鴨都唔錯,已經吃過三次了。三人份量的煲仔飯都只係$90,我並不覺得貴。當然,來這地方冇理由只吃過煲仔飯便走人。中午飲茶,流沙飽最好食,其他有點平平無奇。

昨天同事請食lunch,話呢間好食,係阿一個徒弟開,有好多老闆級既人來食,講到咁,咪跟大隊去見識下.我地只係食飲茶叫既野,(冇食鮑魚同翅),炸九肚魚,炸墨魚餅,菜心,小籠包, 等等都好好食.服務亦好好,環境唔錯,樓板高,坐得唔迫,幾舒服.因有人請,唔知幾錢.

first, 'ar one' abalone is not that good to start with, if i have to go for nice cantonese food, fook lam moon (wan chai) is always my first choice; what i want to say is i dont understand why so many people branded themselve as 'ar one''s student, to me, its a anti-marketing tool!food is tasteless, sharkfin's only up to maxims's standard, nothing special...and their so called speciality, duck feet...its not even worth to mention...over cooked in pressure boilers...the whole thing is just a lump

food is tasteless, sharkfin's only up to maxims's standard, nothing special...
and their so called speciality, duck feet...its not even worth to mention...over cooked in pressure boilers...the whole thing is just a lump of something...cant tell what it is..

sum up...far too over prices...food is low quality...dont think it's going to survivie...

其中一位老闆很喜歡來這裏宴客,更與老闆娘頗熟稔,因公事應酬也來過好幾次,最出名的桂花炒魚翅和炒燕窩都食過,不覺得很好食(可能我唔識食),尤其是燕窩,總是覺得甜食(鮮奶燉)最好. 反而其他手工小菜,如蝦籽柚皮是相當精采(我平時是不吃柚皮的),其他如牛尾煲(也是平時不會吃的)和有個招牌炒飯也很好味. 不叫那些鮑參翅肚不會太貴.

老闆請食晚飯, 有機會品嘗招牌三炒未食之前看到這裡對炒魚翅的評價一般, 吃完之後深表贊同, 的確是純粹噱頭之作至於炒燕窩亦不遑多讓, 其實感覺上這兩味小炒的味道差不多, 有點像吃炒蛋而已, 用上魚翅和燕窩炒蛋, 吃完後覺得很浪費, 還是覺得湯翅好值得一讚的是第三炒-炒飯和那條老鼠斑, 炒飯用新加坡豉油去炒, 不油膩, 味道很好而老鼠斑肉質很滑, 愛不釋手實際上吃了多少錢不太清楚, 只有老闆才知道服務方面很不錯, 可能因為我們是上賓吧, 哈哈環境ok, 只是窗外沒有風景可言整體來說, 不過不失

A friend reserved this place for lunch. It was quite empty when I arrived around 12:30, but it filled up gradually and was full later.The restaurant is small and tables are set quite close to each other. You can hear the conversations of people sitting two tables away. A friend reserved this place for lunch. It was quite empty when I arrived around 12:30, but it filled up gradually and was full later.

The restaurant is small and tables are set quite close to each other. You can hear the conversations of people sitting two tables away. Luckily our table was against the wall, so we were able to carry on a quiet conversation.

The waiters here actually look around to see if people are waving for them, unlike in some restaurants where waiters avoid eye contact, presumably so that they can have less work! But the one serving us tried to be just a bit too smart.

When we asked if there was free dessert, he said it would be served after we finished our savoury dim sums. I thought it rather strange. If he had been very smart, he would have asked if we wanted dessert right away. Anyway, when I said we wanted it served, he took the cue and said he would bring the bill too. He may have realised that it was almost 2:00 and my friend had to get back to work. But he still made us feel uncomfortable by being too direct and \'smart\'.

The food was okay. The dish of plain choi sum was much larger than most restaurants served, and was value for money. The beef balls didn\'t look very appetizing, but the taste was ok.

Since neither of us ate a lot, we just ordered 4 dim sums plus the choi sum. The meal came to $175 for the two of us.

看了廣告, 便想試一下阿"二"的徒弟水準如何, 一試就覺被搵笨了. 既貴又唔好食, 除了"搵笨"外找不到其他形容詞, 唔怪得要經常賣廣告, 因回頭客少之故也!問朋友點解阿"二"的徒弟唔掂? 他說其實真正阿"二"的徒弟不多, 僅一位而已, 其他的都是付錢買回來的, 就好像"Franchise"特許經營或加盟經營一樣, 只是名稱好聽一點, 話晒是"徒弟"~! 加盟"麥記", 佢都會教你煮漢堡飽啦! 唔怪得知阿"二"的徒弟愈來愈多, 相信誰付錢愈多的就俾佢跟出跟入,見報率亦多.....原來如此!有可能是這店的"加盟"時間長, 故得到的"照顧"亦多! 但真功夫就有限了!!!

完全同意"牛油果" 的食評, 付出同樣的價錢, 實在有太多更好的選擇了......路邊社消息話佢每月的廣告費達幾萬大元, 唔知道的以為佢的採訪是真的慕名而來, 殊不知資本主義社會大多是錢銀交易換回來的...還要天天放在門口招搖撞騙.

之前聽幾位嗜食o既同事對呢度o既點心讚譽有加,見佢都幾近老友office,就決定黎試下。周四o既午餐時段,人都唔少,有九成滿座。老友先到,早已剔左四、五樣點心,我黎到佢又雙眼放光咁問侍應再要點心紙,結果兩個女仔叫左八樣點心!先黎o既兩味係蝦餃同炸九肚魚,味道相當唔錯─蝦餃皮薄餡靚,蝦肉好鮮味;九肚魚外皮炸得夠鬆脆,完全唔腥,亦唔太油膩,幾得!珠玉在前,滿心以為跟住幾味都唔差得去邊,點知連最普通o既油菜都好唔掂─相信係切菜o既砧板唔乾淨,令菜葉有股異味﹝為此,乾淨方面o既評分只有一分﹞!咸菜豬肚湯o既豬肚有一陣腥味,令湯水亦帶有少少異味,一人試左一啖就放棄了。流沙包o既內餡本來都唔錯,雖然近皮o既一圈凝固左﹝相信係擺放得太耐至蒸所致﹞,但都算好流同好多餡,味道係Ok的,不過層皮就幾差,薄得黎實的的咁,而且有少少韌。蘿蔔炆魚肚係比較好o既一味,湯味清甜,魚肚份量亦幾多,不過蘿蔔就少D。黃沙豬潤腸粉就係普通貨色,D潤其實唔係太起沙,而且有少少過熟,食落有D硬。最後一味係錦滷雲吞,個雲吞o既外形有D似細個o係街邊炸魚旦檔食倒果種炸雲吞皮,平平的,幾易入口,可惜個餡竟然係一舊「乾箏箏」o既叉燒!
