外公生日,一行八人來了巨龜莊慶祝。點了很多食物,大部都唔係燒烤(兩候牛肋骨、帶子、雞),怕老人家熱氣。牛肋骨非常普遍,Kaya好味好多,反而帶子幾鮮美,韓國餐廳實屬少有。其他order包括:- 人參氣煱雞- 煎葱餅- 冷麵- 炆牛肋骨- 海鮮石頭飯值得一提的只有人參氣煱雞。雞湯清甜,一啲都唔油;湯料極之豐富,煱內藏有一大隻雞,雞內釀滿糯米,糯米非常入味,我食咗超多!

一年未去過巨龜莊,琴晚同兩朋友一齊下去食野,估唔到哋伙計仲認得我添,俾我的感覺係去咗朋友屋企食飯而唔似上餐廳食野咁,好有親切感,個部長知我食煙仲俾個食煙位我,真係好!食物就同之前差唔多,環境就一流,干淨企理,係一間值得推薦架餐廳!

悶悶地,好久沒有食韓國菜,決定好好地吃一餐!Service 普通啦!好久都冇人加茶。但食物水準真的比以前退步了。叫了燒豬頸肉,燒雞肉及細人蔘雞湯。肉質是雪藏貨而且不太入吃,而人蔘雞湯的蔘只有小半條又太有蔘味。埋單兩個人三百多元,有喲唔值,短期內不會再去。環境我俾高分,因為難得有非吸姬區。

唔得啦~ 琴晚去完..service 又唔係咁好~ 好似個餐係跟飯o既..你唔開口問佢, 佢唔會拎比你..而且價錢唔平, 又唔係太好味,種類都唔係太多..新羅寶好過佢好多!! 正宗好多同埋高檔好多~ at least新羅寶係用銀筷子而呢度只係得竹筷子..至於味道..燒烤d野食都ok...佢豬頸肉唔差..但個海鮮豆腐鍋唔得啦, 又唔夠辣又冇味..仲冇飯跟..飯後甜品又冇, 你唔問佢, 佢都唔會問你有冇泊車..唔會自動比張單你去蓋車飛..service真係ya!!

離港已一段時間﹐回來後立即到我所喜好的巨龜莊﹐搬往新地步後裝修吾錯但細好多﹐最憋係不單止食物水準退步﹐連服務都好唔得, 侍應們不會主動斟茶﹐每次都要叫但又成日匿埋要左顧右盻好唔容易才捉到人斟茶, 失望! 感覺同以前差天共地﹐完全吾正。

吾知點解d 前菜要另叫,跟set送了兩碟無再添,其他韓燒都有得送,吾夠先叫,很基本要求。服務態度超慢,叫了三次都冇人落單,斟茶更一去無回頭,最好就係有自知之明,碌咭比實單,吾駛比trips。

尋晚幾個人食, 曾經考慮過新羅寶, 但有人話未過呢間, 所以就一試。未齊人, 但大家都好肚餓, 先叫幾款唔生要自己燒烤菜式頂頂肚, 蛋包蝦, 泡菜煎餅, 醬爆生蠔, 煮辣蟹; 蛋包蝦將海蝦一開二連雞蛋漿炸, 做法普通, 但幾香口好食; 泡菜煎餅有特色, 好似pizza咁被開幾份, 雞蛋混上泡菜同煎, 辣辣地; 醬爆生蠔好新鮮肥美, 好得! 至於個蟹我就無食, 怕太辣。人齊之後, 再叫肉燒, 特級牛柳, 鹿肉, 鰻魚, 牛, 羊肉, 豬頸肉, 帶子等等, 可以散叫一碟或當餐叫都可以, 當餐叫就跟飯同湯同泡菜; 當中最好吃要數牛, 醃過, 好滑好正, 總之必試; 特級牛柳都幾靚, 附上三種醬汁, 其中一種係要燒烤前沾上, 但我覺得反而令件牛柳仲鹹, 不過牛柳好靚就真。因為食物都算唔錯, 大家好快係一粒鐘之內清晒貨(仲要食完先知時間尚早), 好飽!服務好唔得, 侍仔成日匿埋唔斟水, 失望! 另冷氣好勁, 完成feel唔到熱, 直情唔除外套都得; 而且搬過一期之後無窗口位又好肉細, 感覺無咁正。因為有人請, 所以唔知價位!

The astmosphere is very relaxing, good for a family meals. The food is average though. But the good things is...after having the Korea BBQ, will not have a soar throat. Don't know why. This restaurant has been in HK for quite some time. So there must be a reason for its existence. Worth trying!

其實現在香港所謂的韓國餐廳沒有一間係真係好好味。可能因為我經常去韓國旅遊gei關係,令我對韓國菜gei要求比較高。所以係我心目中比較及格的韓國餐廳就只有巨龜莊。如果講材料的新鮮程度,巨龜莊的確唔錯。論燒烤,我最愛係食佢gei燒特級tenderloin、牛仔骨肉和大蝦。呢度gei抽風系統和燒烤爐gei設計真係一流,因為你唔會覺得好煙,而且因為爐火夠平均,燒烤效果唔錯。而熟食方面,我就比較喜愛韓式煎蔥餅、人参雞湯。呢度gei人参雞湯,最好要預早一日訂。雖然價錢要$330左右,但係真係物超所值,雞湯味道香濃,飲得出佢真係一個老火湯(起碼滾左3個鐘頭以上),而且雞肚入面釀gei糯米,吸收哂人参、紅棗和雞的味道,我通常都會食哂入面gei糯米,而唔食隻雞(:-p)。
