金葉庭 Golden leaf 真係一個訂位難求,今日咁好彩可以係度食到午餐,食左蝦餃、雲吞雞煲,海蜇凍肉冷盤、肉鬆蘿蔔糕。蝦餃啲蝦係超爽,必食推介;雲吞雞需等大約半小時先煮好,二人食真係覺得有啲多,其實四個人都夠食,湯好入味,雞夠滑,雲吞好好味;肉鬆蘿蔔糕幾特別,值得一試;海蜇凍肉冷盤啲海蜇好爽,其實兩個人食呢度四樣嘢都幾多下,可以多一個人食好啲。呢度長期都咁full,起碼早兩三個星期訂位先有機會訂到,因為餐廳座位唔太多。

今次又講起 ,都book咗一段時間點心放題港麗酒店, 其實都 滿座 今日6月6號星期日早上就有機會去試食 , 雖然有兩版多啲任揀食物, 講真嗰句真係少啲, 味道雖然唔錯, 但可惜沒有腸粉在內, 我反而覺得欠了少少, 某些嘢會覺得鹹了啲啲, 但可接受, 服務一流, 但可惜 点了一些点心都會甩甩漏漏 , 但我哋好早去, 都冇乜人, 但都會甩甩漏漏要重新叫客再點個order, 可惜重新點過之後都係甩甩漏漏 , 這間是五星級酒店真係 有點遺憾, 希望這點盡量改善, 雖然 價錢不太貴288 加税 不要令客人覺得每一樣嘢甩甩漏漏 冇得食 雖然味道ok真可惜............................

睇YouTube介紹金葉庭有早上點心放題供應,價錢每位$288 ,見曾經是米芝蓮推介食店,立刻訂位。點心放題時間由早上9時開始, 11時完結。星期日早上準時到達,有8成入座率。立刻打開餐牌落order。點心選擇略少,只得13款。春卷非常脆,熱辣辣,蝦新鮮。芋角炸得不油膩,芋蓉鬆化,但味道略淡。鮑魚燒賣則普普通通,味道亦始終偏淡。西施蟹肉餃味道沒有驚喜。小籠包亦非常普通。唯一驚喜是蒸排骨,排骨新鮮,非常嫩滑,豉汁冶味。另外牛肉球、鮮竹卷、炸蝦角、及鹹水角亦不見什麼特別。另有炒粉麵飯任叫,自己選了金葉庭招牌炒飯及鮑汁撈麵,炒飯乾身有咬口,撈麵則偏腍不爽口。甜品選了杏仁茶、合桃露及芒果布甸,總括來說甜品不俗。埋單連茶錢及加一,每人約$350。整體來說,雖然食得出每款點心用料新鮮,即叫即蒸,但看不見有什麼特色,只是平平穩穩。以此價錢,性價比不高。

朋友的帶挈令我可以淺嚐米芝蓮曾介紹的中菜館,心中滿是期許和盼望,吃後覺得名符其實。環境方面裝修十分華麗,很吸晴。餐牌方面十分典雅,有中英文,方便不同國籍人士點菜。食物方面點了不少菜式,例如豬頸肉,叉燒,炒飯,牛仔骨等。1)豬頸肉豬頸肉味道十分好,啖啖肉,配合特別醬汁,吃得十分津津有味。2)叉燒正正常常,叉燒燒得剛剛好,十分的骰,是典型的半肥瘦叉燒!3)牛仔骨也不錯,酸酸甜甜,合共有6塊,真想大叫「小二,請來一碗飯」(但我來的是高級大飯店,唯有忍一忍手)3)甜品甜品有芝麻流心包和蛋撻,想不到甜品也有大師級的質素。所有食物質素其實也很好,不過份量略為小了一點,返家後也要吃一個杯面才夠。服務態度方面十分好,不時為我們添上熱茶。不論是食物質素,還是服務態度,都稱得上星中之星。

接著 Martell Cognac Cordon Bleu 馬爹利藍帶干邑也開始上場。藍帶 Cordan Bleu 一直是頂級干邑的代表,酒味香醇,色調豐厚,風味既優雅又豐富。除了每人一杯干邑,餐廳細心提供了清水,反正頂級干邑的香氣是不會因兌水而消淡,反而有助香氣發揮呢!

與之相配的菜式是【露筍蒜香炒北海道帶子】:正常來說,鮮甜柔美的帶子當然不敵干邑的酒意,然而尹師傅在煎至金黃、熟度剛好的帶子面層,額外添加金銀蒜,濃烈的蒜香不但點綴及豐富帶子的滋味,也正好回應了藍帶干邑的剛烈霸道。以柔制剛,就是這道理啊!

再來是呈金琥珀色,集果香味、奇異香料和木香於一身,氣派磅礴的馬爹利X.O,與之相配也是不平凡的【香煎鹿兒島A5和牛拌松露翡翠苗】。A5和牛的豐腴美味和魅力,不用我多言,而師傅的創意在於加入香脆松露菠菜苗,一口牛、一些脆菜苗,再呷一口X.O,人間一樂也!

始終喝不慣烈酒,兩杯下來需要緩衝及休息,而【濃雞汁浸雞】就是最好的避風港。這個除了濃郁雞味外,還是濃郁雞味的菜式,原來用上廿多隻雞煮湯浸成,鮮香滋味背後的代價不菲呢。雞肉肉質也很嫩滑,加上薑蓉更加可口,清碟也是自然而然的事。

單尾是【金葉庭蟹肉炒飯配秘製X.O.醬】,新鮮又鮮甜的蟹肉、魚肉、露筍等材料,竟比飯粒還多,再次見證了這間中菜廳用料是多麼的慷慨!更難得炒飯仍然粒粒分明,加上濃濃瑤柱味的X.O.醬襯托,香口惹味之極。

最後還有馬爹利藍帶傲創 Martell Cordon Bleu Extra 出場;以為它比馬爹利藍帶干邑更加霸道?不,其圓潤口感以及夾帶蜜餞水果香甜的滋味,其實不知幾平易近人,女生也一定會愛上。

不一樣的極品干邑,當然要配上不一樣的【特級朱古力干邑餅拼燴冬棗】,這款以干邑入饌、同時富有香濃朱古力及棗子清香,質感潤澤的朱古力餅,是款中西並匯的出色之作,明明不是酒鬼都被收服得妥妥帖帖,好不捨得吃完最後一口...!

事隔了二十年,無諗過當年的味道巳成過去。雖然今天摘星,但那星應掛何處呢!裝潢依舊有氣派。最近推廣了早晨飲茶放題,當然相約友人柴娃娃去懷緬過去。可點的點心款式不太多,炒飯麵類也只三四款。不過要讚的是可按人數加減件數。燒賣,小籠包,排骨,鮮竹卷,山竹牛肉,無一款不鹹,好失望!芋角,咸水角,海鮮沙律卷比較正常,還熱辣辣熨嘴。至於炒飯又是太鹹,炒麵比較好少少。甜品的合桃糊,杏仁茶,紅豆沙和芒果布甸中規中矩沒有驚喜。整體食物不達水準、服務態度也麻麻,希望以後可改善一下。

最近推廣了早晨飲茶放題,當然相約友人柴娃娃去懷緬過去。


可點的點心款式不太多,炒飯麵類也只三四款。不過要讚的是可按人數加減件數。


燒賣,小籠包,排骨,鮮竹卷,山竹牛肉,無一款不鹹,好失望!

西杏炸蝦筒: 每條蝦筒的面都舖面了杏仁,蝦筒和杏仁的口感香脆並不油膩,裡面的蝦肉鮮甜爽口。

臘味魚蓉燒賣: 整個燒賣都是魚蓉很足料,魚蓉很重果皮味和鯪魚味,臘腸口感軟淋,與魚蓉一起吃不用點醬都夠味,但我喜歡吃辣,所以點了XO醬,但XO醬味道不夠辣。

特製鮑魚燒賣皇:燒賣皇的size不算太大,裡面有蝦肉、豬肉,燒賣頂放了一塊鲍片,沒有特別驚喜。

**今次是我第二次吃點心任食,這裡的服務一流,會主動加水而且很有禮貌,環境舒適闊落,但點心選擇不算多,而喜歡吃炸黥的這裡做得很好,甜品亦值得推介,但蒸點則有待改善!
