To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

10月X日，19:00一試這素食店，這是金剛般若素食的姊妹店，姊姊因賠償問題，死撐至10月底才結業，月前報錯料，請見諒^m^因對素食無認識，先來香片茶，便叫了自覺最基本的、無花巧的羅漢齋麵。湯底：清淡配料：珍珠筍、蘑菇、草菇、麵筋和菜芯等素菜。麵：鹼水味稍重。我這樣的凡夫俗子，食肉獸，覺得埋單HK$28.-是有點貴。
