總括而言,全餐飯無論食材、烹調方式都非常高質,食物份量剛好,侍應服務又細心,全餐飯埋單只係$1038 (毋須加一),但感覺卻享用了貴幾倍嘅美食,真係超值,值得一試,特別係係D慶祝嘅日子,好多謝朋友幫我安排呢餐生日飯。

今日去咗一間位於中環,好有情調嘅西餐廳食晚餐,菜都好河fusion——————🐽 Pani puri + Tom kha gai首先叫左個頭盤,係用咗印度嘅脆餅球包住蟹肉沙律喺入邊,入口非常新穎同埋好鮮而另外一度就係用咗冬陰功醬汁炒既雜菇,最特別係佢加埋木耳入去吸晒啲汁🤓🐽 Zhanjiang chicken, beef short ribs用咗新鮮嘅雞製成嘅雞肉卷同埋慢煮雞胸,廚師特登將雞皮嘅部位燒到好脆,雞肉滑得黎食落都好有質感牛肉嘅油花好均勻,同樣慢煮而成,再加上用咗沙嗲汁同埋好健康嘅蕎麥麵,食落好有沙嗲牛麵嘅感覺🐽 stawberry tart, chamomile pu’er最後甜品埋尾,個巴斯克蛋糕好creamy,最特別嘅係佢自制既菊花雪糕,食落唔會太甜,有淡淡既花香味,真係好特別✨
