好啦, 叫左牛柳, 牛舌,雞翼, 免治雞肉, 冬菇, 洋蔥, 青椒, 豬胸肉, (木牌上面有既都比差唔多比我地叫齊, 食物種類真係唔多, 大部份都係雞)

牛柳︰cheap cheap貨式,面頭淋左一大pat凍蘿蔔蓉,搞到d牛凍晒兼無牛味..差

牛舌︰都算大件同juicy
雞翼: 一客三隻, 雞皮都脆, 但肉就乾左
免治雞肉︰有好多軟骨加左入面, 但咩味都無...勁淡口
冬菇: 出晒水, 汁又酸, 唔多欣賞
洋蔥: 全晚最好食既一樣
豬胸肉: 豬肉勁硬, 要咬好耐, 又係無厘味道
青椒: 有一個既份量, 有木魚, 都唔錯

是晚發現在座既日本人食既野好多都係木牌上面無既, 咁我唔識日文, 黑面神又唔介紹, 咁係咪歧視我地先? 搞到咩都無得選, 迫住食呢幾樣, 仲有佢地會做完一張單先做另一張, 會燒晒一枱既野先燒你呢枱...結果坐左大半個鐘先有得食..

有時蔡生既推介都唔可以盡信, 因為我都唔會介紹人黎...

最大安慰係撞到陳法拉咋
....成晚都一肚氣

其實同哋熟落咗,就唔係咁,當係小店特色吧!我同朋友仔差不多兩星期去一次,貪佢串燒香口,味道夠正中。雞皮,兔治雞肉串,真係好Good.。其它都好Okay。人少少,飲酒吹水真係唔錯,邊飲邊Order,坐幾耐都得,從來唔會黑面趕你走。要食一定要訂枱。

People complain here about the Japanese chefs who pay little attention to the Hong Kong customers. According to my observation, in reality, this Japanese chef doesn't even look or say hi to his Japanese customers much anyway, except if they've booked a table and need to know where to sit - after that, there is '0' interaction between them. People complain here about the Japanese chefs who pay little attention to the Hong Kong customers. According to my observation, in reality, this Japanese chef doesn't even look or say hi to his Japanese customers much anyway, except if they've booked a table and need to know where to sit - after that, there is '0' interaction between them. So all things considered, even if the Owner Chef does not like HK customers much, this is certainly not reflected in the service part of things.
I guess due to my exposure to a lot of Japanese restaurants in many places, and some of my friends are Japanese chefs, I might say that there are usually 2 kinds of chefs. One who is quite friendly and looks after the customer - the other type is much more reserved and concentrates only on the food and never smiles. For example, in one of the Japanese restaurants I frequent a lot, the chef hardly smiles at anyone, he might acknowledge me once in a while but don't think you could strike up a conversation with him!
Now - to the food, which was disappointing in my opinion, despite the customer base being nearly all Japanese:
Grilled Items:
Hasami - Chicken with Leek. Fresh chicken taste for once, well done. But undercooked, slightly tough, little taste. Not sure I enjoyed it.
Chicken Wing - Not crisp enough to have that wonderful aroma from the oil, little taste either. Slightly chewy however.
Little Green Peppers - Very nice indeed. One of my favourite grilled items always!
Beef Tongue - grilled with a different special sauce here, I like the sauce better than the tongue, which was slightly chewy and even 'cowy' in taste.
Yakionigiri Rice Ball - One of the best I've had in Hong Kong but still not as good as it can be. The sauce inside was a bit too watery, the external was cooked evenly although the rice itself had little rice taste.

Other items:
Grilled Eggplant - Very nice, with flaky bonitos on top. Served with grated ginger on the side. Probably slightly bitter but acceptably so. Love it.
Grilled Mushroom with Minced Meat - This was very nice indeed but not cooked on the yakitori grill, but on the pan. Unsual. The meat mince (mainly beef, but could have a bit of pork) was juicy, full of meat taste. Best dish of the night

Beef Internals - Served on Cabbage, the beef internals were fried with a sauce not unlike Northern China's 'Wu Wor Yuk' but without the spiciness. It was sweet and acidic, also very different from what one normally eats in Japan of the same name. Liked it, but ultimately too fatty.

Probably had some other items but cannot remember it and my photos were corrupted

Had all this with Sapporo draft beer, their only nama-biru - which quite frankly, does not work too well with the grilled items due to the sweetish taste in the beer. Sapporo draft works much better with Hokkaido style ramen in my opinion, just as Kirin Ichiban works better with Sushi. Asahi or Yebisu or perhaps bottled Sapporo works much better with grilled items.

菜單已掛哂係牆上,中/日對照,每碟串燒有兩串,我地食咗:
- 牛肉:好味
- 茄子 :一般,有少少澀
- 雞脾菇:好好味
- 雞翼:好好味
- 雞皮:最貴最肥但係最最最好味
- 蓮藕肉餅:好好味

佢地的食物都係帶酸及略咸,味道略重,哈哈..所以合我胃口....

至於顧客服務,都唔錯架,因為佢唔係咁明廣東話,所以佢會提供最基本的服務例如加茶,收碟等等,但見個個員工都同d 日本人有講有笑,我覺得呢間都係溫馨小店啦...

個感覺好pro好地道,但侍應真係有d高傲,佢都知道d人係有FAQ架啦,例如冇餐牌0個d,個疑似日本仔waiter好不屑咁指一指個牆d木牌就算,講都廢事!開頭好期待0既熱情當堂冷卻0左一半。卒之我叫0左佢0地出名0既雞串燒,差唔多全部都係雞,係0個個疑似日本仔waiter自由發揮寫0既 (態度依然冷淡)。食物質數素ok啦,我好鍾意個燒雞泡魚干,仲有個好似係關東煮0既物體,飲0左半打啤酒,咩都唔記得晒lu。因為已經幾個月前食,印象只得咁多。

同唔少人一樣,幫襯完呢間都係一肚氣,對香港人的服務實在是差,是完全唔理果種,訂位已經唔揪唔睬,去到就見住對面既人不斷有食物,自己就乜都無。後尾先知道,五味鳥位老闆都幾唔鍾意香港人,覺得我們唔識食串燒,所以佢班夥計味有樣學樣囉。平心而論,食物係唔錯既,雞皮、雞肝都燒得好香,氣氛就直頭滿瀉,拍日本片都唔使搭景,不過﹗唔係好食得到值得人受咁既氣囉。

吃完牛雜後的大半小時,恰個眼訓,一程車來到尖東。約了靚女食友吃一式串燒,大家異口同聲地話來這裡,因為未試過~周末十點左右,人客不少,幸好吧檯有兩個位,就埋身入攝。全男班檔,侍應其中之一束起馬尾,扮起「架仔」也似模似樣,服務是認真的,有問有答,閒時亦不會打牙交。沒有餐牌,見檯頭放著一支支插好的時蔬,加上不時傳來的「架文」,很地道。隨口叫了洋蔥、大蔥,亦唔少得牆上還未除牌的牛舌,再加埋豚肉燒及青椒煎豚肉,亦見有御漬物,亦叫來試試。。與食友先嚐御漬物,很喜歡吃漬物,見碗中五顏六色的蔬菜漬物已是賞心悅目,亦吃到平時很少見的漬茄子,鹹的作用令茄味變得更為霸道,很嫩很特別,牛膀爽脆又帶著微微甜味,很好,日本菜乾也是首次吃到,下了點辣椒令菜乾味道更突出,是很聰明配搭,亦有自己最喜歡吃的青瓜,用醋漬過,不帶草腥之與亦保留有清爽入口「卜」聲的質感,叫人驚喜,是很出色的自家漬物。吃過漬物,串燒緩緩而來,與之前精緻御漬物相比,這裡的串燒感覺是粗獷平民菜,汁燒牛舌一串四件,有一半是芯位吃起來很爽嫩亦滿有油甘香,燒汁又濃又甜帶小少鹹味,很和式汁風,最滿意當然是下汁的技巧,不須邊吃邊避汁,道出粗中有細的個性。洋蔥

洋蔥、大蔥及豚肉燒不燒得乾身已是功夫,不修邊幅的煮酒甜醬汁味,不錯吃,甜中帶鹹的濃醬後,自然要可樂加冰~
單尾無叫澱粉質的燒飯糰,正確來說應該是無得叫,因為售罄,而青椒煎豚肉,青椒釀入拳頭般大的豬肉餡,老老實實的豬肉,除了一些鹽外就什麼都無加,很實淨吃了半件滿足度直飆200%!
與食友輕談間已近打烊,雖然招牌的燒飯糰及燒年糕吃不到,但初次來的感覺也不錯,比起近期開設的串燒居酒屋,更喜歡這裡的氣氛,會再來試埋兩味招牌作的。

2) 波菜漬 - 波菜嫩嫩的, 加上木魚絲的咸香, 很不錯.

3) 汁燒牛舌 - 本身吃串燒, 比較喜歡鹽燒, 原汁原味一點. 汁燒的比較少吃. 這個汁燒的, 樣子看上去也不錯. 吃第一塊, 肉質是還可以, 往後的則全部韌得叫人吃到牙關發軟, 很不濟. 相信是因為我們吃尾圍, 店方剩下的牛舌都是些頭頭尾尾的韌邊吧.

4) 汁燒大蔥 - 大蔥此類食品, 用汁燒就比較適合. 外皮較韌, 但內裡的則十分清甜多汁, 很好吃.

5) 汁燒洋葱 - 燒過的洋葱, 當然十分甜美多汁, 也難不好吃吧.

6) 鹽燒豬肉 - 全瘦的, 比較乾鞋, 本身很不喜歡. 但公子說起碼是實實在在的一塊豬肉, 沒有任何添加, 吃得出豬肉最原始的味道. 說的也是.

7) 青椒豬肉餅 - 青椒燒得又腍又甜, 很好吃. 豬肉因為用上全瘦, 也是乾乾實實的, 口感不好, 味道卻平實.

8) 公子喝可樂, 我要了一杯燒酌加冰和一杯生啤.

食物水準参差, 幾道肉類串燒不太理想, 但每款食物也不賣花巧, 給人實實在在, 簡樸原始的感覺, 也叫人吃得很舒心的.

至於服務, 很多人都說這裡的人態度惡劣, 在我當晚看來又不以為然. 侍應哥哥也蠻有禮貌, 有問必答, 只是樣子有點傻傻呆呆罷了. 在我們離開時, 所有店員也熱情地跟我們道別呢.

五味鳥舊同學的未婚妻從Thailand嚟左,第一次見面所以要求請客,問佢地想食乜,佢話想食串燒,所以馬上上OR請教網友,最後訂左KC兄suggest嘅五味鳥。見落雨落得非常犀勵,所以開車去Gateway酒店載賣對Couples,估都估唔到,用左45分鐘先塞到去,都幾驚,實在太大雨。泊好車已經遲左15分鍾,馬上跑去攞位,好彩仲有位,一入去就覺得啱Feel,唔知點解覺得食串燒一定要細細哋逼逼哋嘅鋪先得。第一次黎所以唔知有乜好食,所以問服務員有乜好食,佢竟然呆左一呆,然後話〝不如睇下牆上面嘅板,其實樣樣都差唔多,因為主要係食串燒〞,心諗你都幾Cool,不過自己又諗一諗,又唔係食海鲜,唔通話比你聽D雞心同雞腎今朝啱啱返,哈哈!!基本上我哋叫哂大部份串燒,雞心,雞腎,雞肶肉,牛脷,青椒仔,青瓜,蓮肉餅,冬菇肉餅等等。點完見度人人都飲酒,個朋友都提意飲D酒,因為我哋唔熟日本酒,所以只係點啤酒,但係只有Sapporo,有少少失望(不過下次會試下燒酒),過有支豆送,都OK。上菜就發現每一樣串燒都有唔同嘅汁,配得好好,加上每樣材料都好新鮮,真係好好味,最值得一提係個肉餅,牛肉好靚,好濃嘅牛肉味,加上

基本上我哋叫哂大部份串燒,雞心,雞腎,雞肶肉,牛脷,青椒仔,青瓜,蓮肉餅,冬菇肉餅等等。

點完見度人人都飲酒,個朋友都提意飲D酒,因為我哋唔熟日本酒,所以只係點啤酒,但係只有Sapporo,有少少失望(不過下次會試下燒酒),過有支豆送,都OK。

上菜就發現每一樣串燒都有唔同嘅汁,配得好好,加上每樣材料都好新鮮,真係好好味,最值得一提係個肉餅,牛肉好靚,好濃嘅牛肉味,加上日式漢保汁,好好味,個人覺得蓮蕅肉餅係最正,因為蓮蕅嘅清甜爽口配上味道濃沃嘅牛肉,Perfect Match!! 冬茹就太濃味,差少少。

食到差多,想D飯,個朋友見到有茶漬,仲有我最鐘意嘅酸梅,作為呢一餐嘅完結,非常滿足。

其實KC兄提意時都有留意到其他網友嘅意見,去到都好擔心,雖然服務員係有少少Cool,但係食到尾都有講有笑,服務唔算好Warm,但係簡單直接好自然同真心,可能我本身唔鐘意嗰種扮Friendly,然後Sale你食貴野,走嘅時候,師傅用日文道別,見我冇反應(唔識聽),馬上用中文講多謝同再見,我馬上走反轉頭講多謝,我覺得呢D係真心感激嘅說話,我永遠覺得質重於量,好過個D不停叫二三四,都唔知叫乜。

埋單九百幾,唔平,但正如未來亞嫂問,呢度會唔會限時?亞嫂真係好聰明。我同個朋友已約定再黎飲酒。

一個人吃晚飯,已是九時許,心想來這裡吃串燒也好。來時果然是沒有什麼客人,頭二水的酒客也走得七七八八,來喝夜酒的又未至,此時正是空檔,施施然的進駐吧檯前。店員也關照這裡是吃串燒的地方,我當然知曉。由此可見,也有不少人客是來吃刺身/壽司/拉麵等等…的。「痴立立」的檯面,昏黃的燈光,舊舊的裝置及環境,四周瀰漫著濃重的油煙味,老式居酒屋的格局,實在是入型入格。先來杯啤酒,這裡有七寶生啤供應,當然不作他選,先來杯冰凍爽口的七寶再算。前菜是魷魚絲,很幼細又軟熟,甜甜的,下酒也不錯。這裡沒有餐牌,有什麼吃,統統寫在掛在牆上的木牌上,隨心所欲,想吃什麼就點什麼,是晚選了汁燒牛舌、紫蘇雞串及燒年糕,押尾來個五味井,一個人吃也幾豐富的了。只見師傅氣定神閒的,不同的食材有不同的燒法,也有不同的處理。也總會見到客人在一先一後的吃,總不會幾串一起來的,也不會吃完一串要等良久才有下一串,這就是坐吧檯的好處之一,至少師傅可以「順眼」關照。先來牛舌,不算是厚切,但也是舌心的部位,吃起來不韌,吃起來甘美豐腴,口感很好。燒汁冶味,燒得不乾身也不會邊吃邊滴汁的,這也是火侯控制。雖然整體而言,我是喜歡鹽燒多一點,但不時吃到有

只見師傅氣定神閒的,不同的食材有不同的燒法,也有不同的處理。也總會見到客人在一先一後的吃,總不會幾串一起來的,也不會吃完一串要等良久才有下一串,這就是坐吧檯的好處之一,至少師傅可以「順眼」關照。

先來牛舌,不算是厚切,但也是舌心的部位,吃起來不韌,吃起來甘美豐腴,口感很好。燒汁冶味,燒得不乾身也不會邊吃邊滴汁的,這也是火侯控制。雖然整體而言,我是喜歡鹽燒多一點,但不時吃到有水準的汁燒,也很滿足;雞串肉質鬆軟,燒得香口,捲著的紫蘇葉,帶來幽香,再伴上味噌醬,也是下酒的好材料;很喜歡日式年糕,燒的就更喜歡。這裡的掃上燒汁再包上紫菜,雖然燒得皮脆及內裡軟糯,但略嫌太軟身了一點,同一味燒年糕,純燒鳥那邊的女將的火侯就好得多;

五味井最後才來,米飯上放上三串串燒,分別是燒雞肉及雞肝。其中的雞肝外脆內軟,美味。可惜這裡的米飯不算很好,似乎燒鳥店的米飯,都是飽肚之物而已。亦因為同一原理,也沒有再吃燒飯糰了。五味井還有味噌湯及漬物附送的,這裡的味噌湯,豆腐卜及芽菜也下得慷慨,不是馬虎的貨色。吃完井飯,再乾一杯生啤,十成飽矣。

常聽說這裡的服務差勁,來過幾次,我覺得不算好,也不是十分差,坐下吃東西喝酒,感覺也是這樣子。當然師傅見著東洋客人或熟客也會多談兩句,可以理解的。

喝多一杯生啤,埋單二百八十幾,不便宜,但吃有水準的串燒,也是從來不便宜的。當然比較起來,我會更推薦山林道的純燒鳥,至少不時見火光,燒出來的食當然更有風味及更香口。

這是男友的遭遇 佢係尖東周圍行搵野食, 經過呢間舖, 打算入去拎個menu望下當時係下午六點幾,男友入到去見到幾個師傅食緊飯, 原來當時晚市未開 (不過門口又冇寫住)有個師傅就好唔客氣咁問 "做乜?"男友就答話想拎個menu參考下師傅極不禮貌: 呢度食串燒, 冇menu喎! 我地未開門!語氣好似好睇唔起人咁~就算d 野幾好食, 都一定唔會去!!

上星期三晚二個男人去過,成間鋪連BAR枱先得5張枱,叫左大蔥,青椒,牛肉,雞軟骨,冬菇,二支清酒,其他唔記得,最好食雞泡魚干,其他味道一般,覺得六本木南蛮亭好食D,雖然我唔覺得"果二個"待應態度差,不過佢地的確唔係好積極,好似唔想做咁既款.我見間鋪2個老闆同D客都係日本人(隨左2個待應定學師仔),我諗佢地唔係好想做本地人生意,爭在未講到出口.

一年幾前去過呢間小店, 自己喜歡食串燒喜歡到飛起, 覺得香港終於有間價錢合理質素又高的串燒店, 可惜地點不就腳, 一年只能幫襯一兩次。早兩日再返去食, 以今日角度, 食物只算okay, 無一年幾前咁驚喜, 可能同類食店已經開到成行成市。如果以質素計, 跑馬地南蠻亭好似比佢地好. 以價錢計, 灣仔漁民爐端燒而家都好平啦. 不過, 正如下面既人所講, 服務真係好惡劣, 回歸後, 好少遇過咁既服務, 食到無晒心機。唔通因為我叫食物叫得平? 點都好, 呢類店唔值得縱容, 以後唔會再去.

以食物論食物, 呢間小店質素不錯, 幾有日本home的感覺, 只係侍應態度散慢、躲懶。莫說談待人接物, 基本教養和禮貌亦欠奉。好難明白, 為何客人第一次來、第一步踏入門口, 侍應會如此仇視客人。私は私がこのレストランに決して行かないことを誓う。
