經過見到恆香Crossover冰室呢個Idea幾特別,平時Lunch time經過大排長龍,終於搵到有一日OT收工去試下。 上環平時選擇唔多,呢個地點對於office返工人士都幾方便。 今次就試左招牌叉燒蛋飯 有鍋氣唔錯,上菜速度又算好快! 我個同事就叫左鐵板,佢話夠熱 聞到幾香分量就適中,夠飽。凍飲杯用左不鏽鋼杯幾得意。新開張裝修都會光猛,乾淨,地方坐得算比較舒服。因為夜晚去恆香老婆餅同其他點心就賣曬,下次下午茶先再試。我見到門口有麵包櫃,早餐都多一個Option。

今日 6/11/2021 星期六,一早去到上環吃早餐,知道呢間恆香新開的,我就專登去試下,前身果間執左笠,原位就變了這恆香。地方大,全部都係卡位,企理,好好坐嘅。叫了E 自選雙拼餐:* 招牌沙爹牛肉+厚切餐肉麵 $36飲咖啡 要加$3 麵是一般大光麵,一般野,沙爹牛肉唔掂,只係牛肉加上沙爹汁,但這汁都唔多掂,仲話招牌另外厚切午餐肉就好食,似是豬仔牌要飲咖啡是要另加$3,佢話因為咖啡就即磨咖啡喎,頂佢真係夠創新了,我是一定飲咖啡的,果刻即刻想走,因為條氣唔順囉我即刻選過另一款平d嘅早餐,就食雙拼餐,補番呢$3 ,但呢咖啡係好飲嘅,香濃的,但唔夠熱嘅。* 真係無下次,唔會再黎,要成4拾幾蚊嘅早餐,同埋都係一般野,咁不如去九龍冰室,人地沙爹牛肉真係好好食架,貴得黎值俾貴錢囉。

麵是一般大光麵,一般野,沙爹牛肉唔掂
,只係牛肉加上沙爹汁,但這汁都唔多掂,仲話招牌
另外厚切午餐肉就好食,似是豬仔牌
要飲咖啡是要另加$3,佢話因為咖啡就即磨咖啡喎,
頂佢真係夠創新了,我是一定飲咖啡的,果刻即刻想走,因為條氣唔順囉
我即刻選過另一款平d嘅早餐,就食雙拼餐,補番呢$3
,但呢咖啡係好飲嘅,香濃的,但唔夠熱嘅。
* 真係無下次,唔會再黎,要成4拾幾蚊嘅早餐,同埋都係一般野,咁不如去九龍冰室,人地沙爹牛肉真係好好食架,貴得黎值俾貴錢囉。

先試一啖換上的鴛鴦,味道是有了,只是一味的重咖啡味,奶茶味依然很薄,完全沒有鴛鴦應有的層次感,即是想起這首廣告歌的歌詞:「如果太多牛奶味,朱古力味冇掟企,等到朱古力味返番嚟,牛奶味又唔爭氣。」! 以鴛鴦來說已經是兩杯失敗之作,真的感到無言!

跟著開始食碗沙嗲牛麵,上枱時已見麵身未開因而較硬身,幸好湯汁夠熱,我用筷子拌多幾下便腍了一些,沙嗲醬濃杰度不錯,牛肉都吸收到沙嗲汁,証明不是分頭煑再淋汁的,只是牛肉的質素只是-般茶記質素,不及貳號的嫩身,質素只是好普通的水平! 幸好沙嗲汁尚算推得不錯。

而那份3.6牛奶炒蛋,加了一些葱花賣相幾好,只是份量偏少,看來只有一隻至隻半蛋的份量,多士是用原片方包微烘,不夠乾身香口。

今天這份早餐質素平平無,而鴛鴦有大幅改進的空間,至於衛生也有點狀況,走前去厠所時,有個擺滿待洗食具的大桶放在走廊口阻塞通道,地面也見到積水。 由於此店依然是初期營運階段,因此今次不給負評,期望冰室在各方面上軌道後,可逐步改善。


後記: 見到餐牌上用了一些内地用詞,例如牛奶寫作牛乳、多士寫成吐司,由於冰室或茶餐廳是本土特色的食肆,我個人認為店家改成本地詞彙較理想,不要一味集中精神,只想做復關後的自游行旅客生意!
