聖誕節正日BOOK左重開的摩天輪同打算去AIA玩, 所以上網搵中環有無特色餐廳同男友食聖誕大餐, 咁啱就搵到HANG-O-PHO~睇左OP上幾篇食評都唔算太差, 而且打去BOOK位時問左可以唔一定叫SET (因為我晚餐絕對食唔晒一個餐), 所以就決定一試~~~祥興商業大廈電梯入口唔太顯眼, 上到6樓出門就見到餐廳既霓紅招牌同聖誕樹, 入去右邊就係OPEN KITCHEN, 左邊就係用餐位置。因為係舊唐樓改建, 所以其實地方唔大, 有2張梳化卡位, 1張2人枱, 1張4人枱同1張8人枱, 而我地去到只有1枱人係梳化卡位食緊...同一個類似老闆既人就坐左另一張梳化卡位...所以我地俾安排坐係張4人枱...不過因為地方太細所以我地食咁耐就一直有人係我男友背後行黎行去...對於想享受環境既朋友就要考慮一下...或者要求坐第二度...坐低後一位高大既男士就放低左兩個手寫餐牌 - 分別為港幣998 同898大元既二人餐~ 既然我地無可能食得晒就問有無其他餐牌 (因為之前BOOK時問左有), 然後我地得到另一個一頁既餐牌, 應該係平時晚餐個張...再問除左呢張仲有無, 高大既男士用好微弱既聲音話無.

已經好幾個月冇食越南菜呢期聖誕節放假心血來潮就去咗呢間中環嘅宿宿醉食本身以為係一啲傳統嘅越南菜但係佢哋嘅菜式擺設同埋做法顛覆左我嘅想像望落去個樣感覺似食高級西餐但食個口呢又真係似食緊傳統既越南菜今次叫左幾款試下最吸引到我嘅就係法式燒紐西蘭羊架佢一份二百幾蚊但係有三個羊架而且每一舊都有手掌咁大 個人認為真係十分抵食佢嘅燒肉本身已經帶咗啲黑椒同埋鹽味再加上佢哋特製嘅醬汁 酸酸地 好食又開胃然後又叫咗個龍蝦 蝦肉大大份都勁厚下 而且仲有蝦膏 點完蝦膏再點少少鹽食 (少少鹽可以吊出蝦嘅鮮味)我覺得鍾意食海鮮嘅朋友一定會愛上因為都真幾好味!最後仲帶咗碗扎肉粉呢碗越南扎肉粉嘅味道真係好傳統同出邊食嘅差唔多不過佢嘅湯底就冇味精味 唔錯!

已經好幾個月冇食越南菜
呢期聖誕節放假
心血來潮就去咗呢間中環嘅宿宿醉食
本身以為係一啲傳統嘅越南菜
但係佢哋嘅菜式擺設同埋做法顛覆左我嘅想像
望落去個樣感覺似食高級西餐
但食個口呢又真係似食緊傳統既越南菜

今次叫左幾款試下
最吸引到我嘅就係法式燒紐西蘭羊架
佢一份二百幾蚊但係有三個羊架
而且每一舊都有手掌咁大
個人認為真係十分抵食

佢嘅燒肉本身已經帶咗啲黑椒同埋鹽味
再加上佢哋特製嘅醬汁 酸酸地 好食又開胃

然後又叫咗個龍蝦 蝦肉大大份都勁厚下
而且仲有蝦膏 點完蝦膏再點少少鹽食
(少少鹽可以吊出蝦嘅鮮味)
我覺得鍾意食海鮮嘅朋友一定會愛上

因為都真幾好味!

最後仲帶咗碗扎肉粉
呢碗越南扎肉粉嘅味道真係好傳統
同出邊食嘅差唔多不過佢嘅湯底就冇味精味
唔錯!
