路過幾次卻第一次幫襯,小店服務很細心友善,格局簡單乾淨,餅食款式挺多的,我被新鮮熱辣的角仔吸引,價錢合理買了一包回家試,很香脆可口,個人覺得甜咗少少,配茶或咖啡最好,屋企人別後很喜歡一口接一口,下次會再買。另外也買了腰果酥餅和南乳餅,南乳餅簡直是童年回憶,口感也香脆,南乳味剛剛好,沒有小時候吃的那麼咸,我很喜歡,價錢又唔貴,十分推介!一定會再買!腰果酥餅未食,有膠筒裝幾好,無咁易碎又可放公司,方便貼心!

放工路過呢間餅店,係一間比較懷舊嘅小店,見櫥窗擺滿唔同口味嘅曲奇餅,仲有蛋撻、椰撻,種類繁多但我就特別被呢個蛋白椰撻吸引到。$8一個比屋苑樓下賣嘅蛋撻同椰揵價錢貴,不過質素同價錢成正比。呢款蛋白椰撻冇普通椰撻有過甜嘅缺點,而且外層嘅牛油皮牛油味香濃兼非常鬆脆,就算擺凍左都好食,牛油皮嘅咸香同椰蓉餡嘅甜十分配合,味道同平時食到嘅椰撻好唔同。眼見店內仲有好多小食,例如角仔、笑口棗等等賀年小吃都買得到,唔駛等新年都有得賣,一包包以小包裝俾客人選擇。

與友人飯聚路過這小小的餅店,直覺覺得它很不尋常。店以街名去命名,舊式麵包鋪格局,感覺是有點歲月的。小小卻當眼的餅櫃裏,有不同款式的曲奇,也有少有在餅店出現的潮州酥糖。老公素愛花生酥糖,因此便買一包嚐嚐,才十多元,實在是便宜得很的零嘴。他數天後才發現了它,結論就是吃得太遲。這花生酥糖花生味濃,面層藏了不少花生顆粒,甜膩而酥香。吃酥糖就要有被膩死的心理準備。說吃得太遲,是因吃時口感雖仍是脆身的,但已受了點潮,原本薄薄的糖層已有點化了,相信本來是多層次的薄脆酥糖來的,是有點可惜。是包裝得太簡單,令酥糖走了氣。當然,簡單質樸,也是它的優點吧。下次經過上環,一定會試試其他潮州酥糖。

直覺覺得它很不尋常。

The sweetness was just right and it was half like a cake and half like a tart.

話說在附近吃完午飯, 難得一場來到上環, 當然要在附近逛逛。從文咸東街一轉入禧利街, 就見到一家很舊式的士多, 對面就是喜利餅店了。依稀記得以前在某英文雜誌見過這家店的報導, 不是看過也未必會留意這餅店。典型港式餅店的風格, 擺著的都是些港式麵包, 反而最吸引我的是門面的曲奇餅櫃。雙眼第一時間接觸到的, 是杏仁條和朱古力曲奇。反正乾貨方便攜帶, 就買一點回家慢慢吃吧。杏仁條用白色的糖霜黏在一層層的酥皮餅上, 看似很甜膩但其實吃下去感覺不俗: 酥餅在放了半晚之後仍然酥脆, 牛油味香濃; 杏仁也脆口沒膉味。糖霜的份量其實不太多, 不算太甜, 會平衡到酥餅的微鹹味。朱古力曲奇是很傳統的唧花賣相, 朱古力味竟比想像中濃郁, 鬆化得來但又不會太過入口即溶。也相當耐放, 香脆度也可以維持一般很長的時間。

杏仁條用白色的糖霜黏在一層層的酥皮餅上, 看似很甜膩但其實吃下去感覺不俗: 酥餅在放了半晚之後仍然酥脆, 牛油味香濃; 杏仁也脆口沒膉味。糖霜的份量其實不太多, 不算太甜, 會平衡到酥餅的微鹹味。

朱古力曲奇是很傳統的唧花賣相, 朱古力味竟比想像中濃郁, 鬆化得來但又不會太過入口即溶。也相當耐放, 香脆度也可以維持一般很長的時間。

三月六日 (星期二)是晚我先放工,先到上環生記吃個魚湯米線等老公仔未幾,老公仔也來到,走出生記,突聞到一陣陣的香氣,也將我吸引過去了原來香氣是從附近這家餅店傳出來的見到玻璃櫃內放滿中西式的餅我們點了老婆餅和芝麻餅各一當飯後小吃(其實老公仔未吃晚飯的)一向吃開老婆餅的朋友都知道老婆餅味道偏甜這裡的有點不同,餡料沒有丁點甜味,反而冬蓉味香濃,我不懂,可能是沒有加糖的緣故,下回一定要來請教師傅咬開是呈奶黃色的,酥皮亦很乾身,有其獨特的風格,而且吃落不膩,感覺不錯芝麻餅較薄身吃起來十分很脆,不但吃到上面粒粒黑芝麻,還充斥着芝麻香味除了中式餅點,此店還有西式的曲奇餅供應,老公仔已看準其檸檬曲奇餅,下回一定買些試試以後大家過來上環吃午餐,大可買些回公司作補給呢
