Hello India was a great surprise. The food and service was outstanding. Pani puri was punchy and a good way to start the meal. Dal Makhani and Aloo Jeera were to die for. The Indian Chilli Chicken was excellent with soft and fluffy butter Naan. What better way to complete the meal - Kesar Kulfi for desert.The best part of our meal was the service. Shekhar our server was just great. He is a real asset to the restaurant.

一杯下肚,是時候配點小食,炸米餅的造型也太可愛了吧!炸米餅是印度很普遍的街頭小食,Alex將它美化、改良,米餅裡面有些薯仔,吃時將底下Shot Glass的薄荷汁倒進去,香草味突出,帶少許辣味,很能刺激味蕾。

雜菜球的外形有點像肉丸,但請不要誤會,裡面都是茴香和雜菜,是個素食,吃起來有點像薯仔波,汁醬帶辣,十分醒胃。

眾所周知,印度菜主要係以香料同咖喱搭配唔同嘅食材製作而成,呢間餐廳嘅老闆係素食者,佢太太係肉食者,所以呢間餐廳嘅餐牌既有肉食,亦有素菜,所以都好適合香港人嘅口味。


今晚我哋四個人,主要叫一啲小食同埋簡單嘅主菜。首先就係呢個雜菜咖喱角,大大隻咖喱角,裏面有啲青豆蓉同埋雜菜,外皮唔算太厚,餡料亦都好多香料,很適合作為開胃小食。

主菜方面,有我最鍾意嘅印度芝士菠菜,我覺得呢個差唔多係每次食印度野都會有一個主菜,啲菠菜用攪拌機同芝士混合成蓉,香濃幼滑,同印度薄餅好夾。

第二道主菜係印度咖喱雞,呢度嘅咖喱香而不辣,咖喱汁用咗好多種香料,一端上枱一陣陣香味撲鼻,配襯埋個印度薄餅,我一個人都可以食一碟!

唔知點解覺得印度人整雞真係有一手,呢個特色烤雞又係一個signature dish,用鐵板上嘅烤雞熱辣辣,雞肉嫩滑,調味惹味,一人一份都唔會嫌多!

最後要食返啲蔬菜,叫咗呢個炒雜菜球,同平時炒雜菜有啲唔同,餐廳用咗薯仔同其他豆類混合成球狀,再用啲秘製香料炒香,完全唔似食緊素食。

整體來講,呢間餐廳無論裝修、食物質素、以至服務都比同區其他印度餐廳高分,下次嚟開尖沙咀想食印度野,除咗重慶大廈之外,又有多個新嘅選擇!
