又到想食日本野嘅時候,今次約埋朋友一齊到尖沙咀食dinner,就決定來呢間之前都去過嘅居酒屋·姫,因為呢到環境舒服至於野食都好好食。今晚都不例外,首先必點就係嚴選季節特上六款刺身盛合,超級新鮮,份量都好多,絕對滿足到我個魚生craving。另外有個小食我都覺得超級好食,就係個紅酒蕎頭漬,我第一次食呢樣野,因為有紅酒所以有甜甜地,一路飲酒一路食超過癮。至於個主食,我地今次叫左個龍蝦粥,呢個超級好食,口感好creamy,龍蝦好鮮甜。

今晚都不例外,首先必點就係嚴選季節特上六款刺身盛合,超級新鮮,份量都好多,絕對滿足到我個魚生craving。另外有個小食我都覺得超級好食,就係個紅酒蕎頭漬,我第一次食呢樣野,因為有紅酒所以有甜甜地,一路飲酒一路食超過癮。至於個主食,我地今次叫左個龍蝦粥,呢個超級好食,口感好creamy,龍蝦好鮮甜。

早排喺附近食過一間串燒店,經過見到呢間居酒屋心郁郁想試下🙈裝修以日式淺色木系為主,痴咗好多日本海報同清酒貼紙🍶朋友想食海膽,所以嗌咗個日本海膽杯,其實平時我好怕食海膽,因為好怕腥🙊不過呢間個海膽一啲都唔腥,海膽味濃而甘甜🫠我個人比較鍾意食蟹,所以揀咗個北海道毛蟹~蟹肉肉質鮑滿而鮮嫩,鮮甜冇雪藏味☺另外仲有個餐點都值得推介,就係石垣貝🐚其實佢個味有啲似象拔蚌,肉質鮮甜,口感好爽脆,石垣貝係時令食材,夏天先有,同埋坊間唔係周圍都有,所以值得一試🤟🏻整體嚟講,食材新鮮有創意,店員好有耐性去解釋,有質素👍🏻
