想食海鮮,但又怕入西頁食太貴唯有入去屯門三聖食啦,一向都係平靚正如果weekend去,唔訂位係無可能訂左都要等,訂個陣記得訂埋燒鵝呀,燒得好好先去買左海鮮,4個人買多少少都唔怕買左大約8百幾蚊,有龍蝦,聖子,鮑魚,扇貝,瀨尿蝦一坐得,即刻有人問你點煮,但其實佢地一早有哂答案,可以唔使出聲都得樣樣都整得幾好,但無咩驚喜。埋單好似大幾$3xx興記絕對係抵食

[今日男朋友生日~好早就同幾個好朋友一齊揀海鮮~經朋友介紹,,係呢間叫"水立方"既海鮮檔揀海鮮~原本以為係正第一間就會貴D~~但原來呢個諗法係錯的~~
水立方~個老闆好好人~~D海鮮又活潑~~我地叫揀左好多野~有龍蝦,聖子,海班,蜆,海蝦~"線背"~~都係$900左右,,好抵食
~~

之後就去左興記加工~~興記環境又OK~大排檔風味~~晚晚都好多人食飯~有時都有排隊不過10-15分鐘就會有位~唔洗等好耐~

第一次入嚟三聖邨食海鮮,我哋先去榮利記生猛海鮮選購晚餐,再去興記加工。興記超多人呀,就算訂咗位嚟到都要等。試過早二日打嚟訂星期六日都Full了。白灼蝦鮮甜好味蒜蓉粉絲蒸帶子,蒜汁粉絲味道調較得好好。豉椒炒蜆有D偏甜芝士焗龍蟹,芝士香濃味道佳。我哋叫咗伊麵底,伊麵好淋冇口感,好味海鮮已蓋過晒佢,只食咗兩啖就放棄了。上湯煮螺清甜淡味,可以點甜醬來配撘。興記燒鵝皮香脆汁好味,肉嫩有口感,不韌不痴牙。

又係我最鍾意的奄仔蟹,今次一樣好好味,又有羔,有少少重皮添,下次都係自己要一隻,一人半隻真係唔多夠喉. 老爺唔吃比埋個半隻99,阻住作狀要分去99少少,99竟然大發嬌嗔~

9樣海鮮只有2樣煮得ok , 煮得太咸, 煮汁太稠,沒有大排檔鑊氣, 好像求求其其堆上碟就算, 是否換了廚師或當天廚師輸了馬仔, 失水準了, 大不如前..........浪費了我們$2000的海鮮........冷到客人大失所望........ 希望下次會有改善啦, 我們是長期客, 一年點都有兩三次光顧.

久未踏足新界大西北,今日難得來到附近遠足,晚上順道到聞名已久的三聖吃海鮮。我們先到海鮮街略購海鮮,然後本想光顧邨內酒樓,但適逢有飲宴被包半場,而餘下位置早已爆滿;最後臨時轉陣,改到附近的興記大牌檔來料加工,吃過痛快。 興記為一般「冬菇亭」改建而成,除了見慣的大牌檔位置,還特設空調「雅座」。而小店為了應付慕三聖海鮮街之名而來的客人,在狹窄的通道兩旁位置也擺設桌椅,環境較係擠迫,而出入要小心之餘,不熟地頭者更可能會迷路哩。 甫坐下,我們把預購的海鮮交由店員處理,而因做慣來料加工的關係,店員不用半分鐘便提出不同海鮮的烹調方法,非常熟練。最後我們再加個馳名燒鵝和幾道小菜,便成了今晚的即興海鮮局。 蒜蓉粉絲蒸扇貝:巨型扇貝以最普通的蒜蓉粉絲蒸,蒜蓉味略略滲入扇貝中,味道香濃之餘,也不會掩蓋扇貝本身鮮味;而清蒸的火候掌握得好,不會過老過韌,加上扇貝有近豉油碟般大,故除了味道好,口感也極佳,當然食材新鮮佔了很重要的一環吧。 椒鹽瀨尿蝦皇:同屬巨型的瀨尿蝦皇以椒鹽處理,再切成頭尾二段。椒鹽味沒有想像中段重,但瀨尿蝦本身鮮甜肉厚,加上蝦膏多,鮮味絕不比扇貝遜色,惟吃時要小心被尖刺所傷哩。 豉椒

油鹽水蝴蝶蚌:資金有限,不可再選海斑肉蟹等高價貨,於海鮮檔見有少吃的蝴蝶蚌,似乎頗新鮮,就來了一斤,以油鹽水煮。蝴蝶蚌與蟶子一樣乾淨無沙,比吃慣的大蜆較肉厚,入口更為鮮甜;油鹽水處理後也變了啖啖海鮮湯,單喝拌飯也可,正!

馳名燒鵝:馳名燒鵝每隻售三百元,以大牌檔而言絕不便宜,我們來了半隻。上檯賣相甚佳,入口皮不算脆,肉汁較多,但肉質卻不太嫩,而鵝味也不算濃重,味道不差但說不上頂級,以鎮店之名無疑有點名過於實,較為失望吧。

以海鮮來料加工而言,這裡處理很得宜,絕對沒有浪費新鮮的食材;但單點店內其他小菜,水準則較為飄忽,有點顧此失彼的感覺。有聞邨內酒樓質素也不錯,而且價錢不高亦坐得舒適,有機會必要一試,再戰三聖。
