韓風大熱,無論是服飾,明星,化妝品是從韓國而來,都能在香港衝出一條血路。而韓食更是無孔不入,不講啤酒炸雞,韓燒,就連韓式雪糕也帶了一陣潮流。Honey Creme源自韓國,特色是把蜂巢加入雪糕內。剛剛開張也湧來一陣人潮,我想還是熱潮過後才光顧吧,而Honey Creme不斷出新款雪糕,人氣依然保持高企,讓我不得不就範。Honey Creme銅鑼灣店店舖細小,大概只能容納三至四名員工,下單方式簡單,均以付錢下單等叫號碼取雪糕。最出名的都莫過於他那個蜂巢雪糕,怎知道我們第一次落錯單,點了個巢蜜冰淇淋,樣貌普通,在雪糕上加上蜂蜜,不過吃落口帶有甜甜的蜂蜜,Honey Creme的雪糕非常柔滑,奶香濃厚,但比其他雪糕較易溶,因此唔敢影太耐,廢時溶晒都未食到。另外蜂蜜是即時擠出雪糕再加上去,初時的蜂蜜還未凝固,跟雪糕的配合帶有軟綿綿的感覺,蜂蜜的感覺滋潤,但隨時間的流逝,遇上雪糕的蜂蜜開始凝固,變得硬身,吃落口的甜度依然有魅力,但蜂蜜會痴牙,不過吃起來也挺有趣,原來蜂蜜遇到雪糕會變到這樣的口感。點錯真的有點不服氣,所以再點多杯雪糕。今次睇清楚點,終於沒有點錯了,是蜂巢冰淇淋。一如既往,以雪糕為主

點錯真的有點不服氣,所以再點多杯雪糕。今次睇清楚點,終於沒有點錯了,是蜂巢冰淇淋。一如既往,以雪糕為主,再在加上配料。食的時候用匙x挫破小撮的蜂巢,跟雪糕一併放入口中,一樣帶有甜甜地的感覺,但蜂巢的味道沒有蜂蜜的清甜,反而甜得有點嗆喉。

個人來說,蜂蜜雪糕才是我在Honey Creme的至愛。
$48 元一杯雪糕,製作簡單,計起來用這個價錢買一杯連自己都整到的雪糕確實有點貴,但你又會食杯雪糕而大費周章嗎?倒不如付個$48 好好享受吧。

百利甜酒會沿雪糕坑紋徐徐流下,所以,由頭食到尾都嗒到醇香酒味,百利甜酒加綿密細滑嘅牛乳雪糕,豐厚濃郁伴有少少酒香,真喺幾夾,除非你本身唔鍾意酒味啫。之不過,啲酒最後都會沉晒底,略為重酒味,加上雪糕都較快溶,所以食到尾變咗少少奶昔咁款,加埋甜酒,哈哈,可以一飲而盡

依個意大利芝士餅版本做法可麻煩得多少少,既以手指餅墊底,又要糝上唂咕粉,加埋百利甜酒、杏仁片,食落口感複雜多變,尤其喺最尾手指餅浸滿甜酒,配合埋啲軟滑雪糕,都有少少喺食緊意大利芝士餅「提拉米蘇」嘅錯覺
。額外再加長崎蛋糕,志在滿足吓口腹而已。Honey Crème嘅雪糕都做得頗大杯,所以,一個人食一杯絕對好滿足。

Walked past and saw the new softserve so decided to get it because it was colourful.First they brush the edges of the cup with green syrup which is probably mint.Then they pour chocolate and cocoa on the softserve.After that they put candyfloss on top.More syrup on top followed by crushed candy canes.This was my favourite out of all the ones I have tried because the chocolate sauce and the softserve go really well together and the overall taste is not too sweet.The candyfloss got in the way at t

先吃一口軟雪糕, 質感依舊相當香滑, 帶突出的奶香, 畢竟用上了韓國頂級有機牛奶雪糕專利配方, 自然是信心之選. 特別之處是當咖啡以及Baileys混合軟雪糕之後, 除了奶香, 還有濃郁的咖啡味, 以及Baileys的甜酒香味, 苦中帶點甜, 這個效果, 就真的像在吃Tiramisu一般. 當然, 底下的手指餅吸收了咖啡以及Baileys之後, 自是不容錯過.

Came here for a quick dessert after dinner.They had new softserve flavours, this time they had softserve with Baileys and the Baileys expresso tiramisu.Tried the Baileys which had a shot of Baileys poured on top garnished with almond slices.It was really nice because the strong alcoholic taste of the Baileys was toned down by the softserve and the almonds gave it a nutty savoury taste.

除了可享受店子甜美的雪糕外, 還可享受看着店員悉心調製雪糕的過程, 雖然兩款口味同時用Baileys調製而成, 但細仔看看店員用上量杯來盛載Baileys便知兩款雪糕所加入的Baileys份量有所不同。店員先在雪糕機唧下雪白而幼滑的雪糕, 然後細心地將Baileys倒進雪糕內, 甜酒緩緩地流進雪糕內, 最後再舖上杏仁片, 過程頗為簡單。
由於大部份Baileys留在雪糕底, 故頂層的雪糕的Baileys並不突出, 幸好有極之香脆的杏仁片伴吃, 我需毫無儀態地翻撥底部的雪糕吃才能嚐出甜美而不嗆喉的酒, 的確雪糕遇上忌廉甜酒挺匹配。

其實與製作Tiramisu這款甜品大致相同, 店員先將手指餅粒 舖在杯底, 本應會加入芝士, 但剛巧芝士售罄, 再唧入幼滑的雪糕, 然後先倒入合適份量的Baileys, 接着更是香濃的特濃咖啡, 最後還灑上可可粉及舖上我喜愛的香脆杏仁片, 嘩! 每一個步驟都相當細緻精彩。

同樣大部份Baileys和特濃咖啡均沉在雪糕底, 經過前一杯的經驗, 今次便快快翻撥底部的雪糕來吃, 原來Baileys特濃咖啡 配起來是如此美味, 而最吸引我的是底層的手指餅粒, 完完全全索盡兩者的味道, 甜美中帶點苦澀, 啖啖均散發着酒香和咖啡香, 個人較喜愛此款式多於前者, 最後我連杯底每滴雪糕溶液都不放過, 清杯吧!

將咖啡、甜酒及雪糕混合一起吃,軟滑的冰淇淋,吃起來散發著淡淡忌廉甜酒的酒香,加上咖啡的甘味與香甜的雪糕非常匹配,即使喝不慣濃縮咖啡的朋友,相信也能接受。其實店員當日有解釋這杯雪糕應該還會配上芝士,可惜當日由於芝士早已售罄,所以服務員還細心地問我是否仍要點選,噢,不打緊啊,反正我和友人對芝士興趣都不大呢!據說這《Baileys 之醉甜舌滑》系列會由即日起至 12 月 31 日供應,要試就趁快了。

近幾個有好幾間蜂巢雪糕進軍香港還記得第一次在MK食一間不太出名的green tea honey comb ice cream有不太好的經歷 所以對honey comb沒有好感但既然韓瘋繼續吹 沒道理不給自己多一次機會吧openrice的評價均是好壞參半 選擇不少 既有傳統蜂巢雪糕 亦有改良的創新口味如岩鹽朱古力 bailey 小mak味等等 最後go for蜂巢size比想像中細 奶味香濃幼滑 亦並非易溶的雪糕蜂巢都算大 honey味食到底都吃得出只可惜是蜂巢雪糕不是my cup of tea 或者有機會再試試其他出品再比較一下吧

近幾個有好幾間蜂巢雪糕進軍香港
還記得第一次在MK食一間不太出名的green tea honey comb ice cream
有不太好的經歷 所以對honey comb沒有好感
但既然韓瘋繼續吹 沒道理不給自己多一次機會吧
openrice的評價均是好壞參半 

選擇不少 既有傳統蜂巢雪糕 亦有改良的創新口味
如岩鹽朱古力 bailey 小mak味等等 最後go for蜂巢
size比想像中細 奶味香濃幼滑 亦並非易溶的雪糕
蜂巢都算大 honey味食到底都吃得出
只可惜是蜂巢雪糕不是my cup of tea 
或者有機會再試試其他出品再比較一下吧

19 NOVEMBER 2014(WED)依期韓風繼續吹,亦都係咁開左好多間專賣蜂巢雪糕專門店,今日行過見唔洗排隊,所以我又買左杯嚟食啦~依排成日都出銅鑼灣,行左好幾次都冇留意,原來Honey Creme就係一街之隔呀~店舖細細,不過我吸引我嘅就係依個彩色雪糕筒,砌得好高呀,唔知佢係點砌出嚟呢~專門店主力係賣蜂巢雪糕,當然有好多蜂巢啦,店員姐姐話啲蜂巢係頂級嘅紐西蘭蜂巢嚟呀~由ORDER到職員送上都只係幾分鐘,一杯好味嘅蜂巢雪糕就有得食啦~看似就係一杯普通雪喱拿雪糕加一小粒蜂巢,不過啲雪糕又真係好滑滑,同埋好重嘅牛奶味,味道都唔錯。蜂巢方面我覺得味道一般,咬落有少少韌,而且又甜左啲啲,不過如果將啲蜂巢再加上雪糕一齊食,又真係唔錯哦...哈哈哈~唯一唔好就係啲雪糕溶得好快,食到尾都已經溶左大半,只好當奶昔飲左佢啦!其實我見介紹除左有蜂巢雪糕之外,仲有棉花糖、爆谷、Baileys...依啲比較特別嘅味道,等我有機會都去試吓先!

看似就係一杯普通雪喱拿雪糕加一小粒蜂巢,不過啲雪糕又真係好滑滑,同埋好重嘅牛奶味,味道都唔錯。
