這家餐廳轉型為茶餐廳後,多了很多客人幫襯。午市套餐由$56至$65不等、常餐$58起(沙嗲牛麵、雪菜肉絲麵、牛柳粒羅宋湯通粉、叉燒通粉粉 + 櫻花蝦炒蛋)今天,我倆試試他們的常餐雪菜肉絲麵。雪菜是新鮮的,味道甜甜酸酸,肉絲很新鮮嫩滑,帶點辣,算是有水準之作;櫻花蝦炒蛋多士,多士烘得剛剛好,雞蛋是炒滑蛋,不錯!這家餐廳開業時是走日式風格,有以日式咖喱、拉麵烏冬等菜式為主,價錢是中低檔,客人不多,反而轉型為茶餐廳後,稍微調低了價錢,更見吸引。 continue reading

嗰日好想食常餐飲熱奶茶,雪菜肉絲米雖然唔係好出色,但都可以接受。而我最期待係炒蛋多士配熱奶茶,可惜杯奶茶勁多奶冇茶味,飲咗兩三啖都係頂唔順,問侍應杯奶茶太多奶可否加返啲茶,佢去問收銀個男人,跟住返返嚟話唔可以。。。。。。。。。。。。。。。。。。。。。。。。。。。。。。俾錢嗰陣我先生同收銀個男人講聲杯奶茶太多奶,佢回應一句: ”重手咗呀?!”。。。。。。。。。。。。。。。。。。。。。。。。。。。。。。 continue reading

睇圖就知,唔想再講,小佢都嘥氣完全貨不對辦,相信影到好似好靚,仲以為係佢哋嘅招牌菜,但係嚟到成pat 螢光汁,一啲都唔開胃,啲汁完全冇蝦味,啲蝦都係白烚,完全冇味!啲汁仲要係杰 tart tart, 食咗兩啖已經放棄咗! 真心難食!奶茶,多士,都還可以,但係真係唔建議叫黑松露炒蛋, 黑松露醬太多又冇乜黑松露味,得個鹹字!總結, 如果呢個餐係大排檔$36我覺得還可以!但係茶仔收我8兜嘢仲要質素咁差,我真係唔得囉! continue reading

近排一到週末就落大雨,所以一切戶外活動都做唔到,無得行山,無得踩單車,最佳節目就喺同老婆平平哋睇早場。呢個星期六又嚟到「荃新天地二期」睇戲,睇完剛好11:30am左右,喺地下層打個轉睇下有咩餐廳啱食,初頭以為呢間「一町目茶室」喺食日本嘢,其實喺間茶記,餐牌貼晒喺門口,睇落啱食喎,所以,就選咗喺度食午餐。內部裝修其實感覺都有少少日系,一室以鮮紅色為主調,配以淺木色系嘅傢俬,感覺幾舒肢。由於我哋嚟得早,就算得兩個人都可以揀坐入門口左邊嘅4人卡位,故此,坐得更寫意。但隨飯市開始,就越嚟越多客人。如果唔睇餐牌,唔拉開側邊擺餐具嘅櫃桶,淨喺睇店名同裝修,真喺以為佢買日本菜,哈哈。喺門口已經研究過佢嘅餐牌,有咩食先入去,所以,入到去即刻二維碼落單,不過,都影番啲餐牌俾大家參考。法式龍蝦湯蝦球烏冬 $76老婆一向都偏愛烏冬,加上呢個配白肉,更加啱晒佢口味,簡直喺不二之選。雖然嚟到個烏冬比餐牌相片有好大落差,賣相做得有啲hea,唔喺咁靚仔,不過,味道方面絕對稱得上高水準,因為第一個龍蝦湯味道真喺好濃郁,蝦鮮味突出;第二就喺啲蝦球睇見都知高質素,又大隻,色澤新鮮,入口鮮甜,非常爽彈;第三就喺個烏冬煮得咬口,卻好滑溜,有麵粉香味,絕對唔喺啲平價貨可比。黑松露炒滑蛋、牛油厚多士個烏冬仲配咗個炒滑蛋同多士,炒滑蛋嘅份量睇樣起碼都兩隻蛋啦,非常之大份,而且,炒得好嫩滑,再者,面頭嘅黑松露醬落得一啲都無手軟,混埋啲炒蛋度食,真心一流,老婆走牛油,但啲多士烘得夠脆身,夾埋啲黑松露炒滑蛋非常之好食。西班牙海鮮焗飯 $68雖然掛住個西班牙之名,但其實我覺得跟同咩西班牙海鮮飯無關係,主要都喺加咗好多海鮮嘅焗飯,不過,食落都好有質素。首先就喺用炒飯底,飯粒爽身,呢點都值得加分,再者就喺啲海鮮料都好足份量,同埋質素唔錯,有大大件魚柳、鮮蝦、蜆肉同蟹柳,個蕃茄汁底酸香好味,撈飯一流。熱奶茶、熱檸水都喺老規矩,老婆飲熱檸水,小弟就揀熱奶茶,茶色少少偏淺,飲落茶味算喺幾幽香,只不過個人覺得落奶就有啲偏多,故此,茶味雖香卻有少少淡,但口感就幾順滑。今次偶然嚟試呢間新餐廳,味道唔錯,鳥冬、炒蛋仲有啲驚喜,招呼亦唔錯,輕輕鬆鬆食餐晏仔。 continue reading

住附近,經過好多次,今次一條友就諗住試下呢間,掃QR code落單但係個app又無相睇,餐牌又無相睇,叫咗個午餐,甜酸醬豬扒腸飯,心諗應該唔會伏得去邊,但係黎到,啲飯嘅份量係好夠嘅,但難食⋯⋯啲豬排勁乾,啲飯又勁乾,乾到好似放咗係雪櫃一晚咁樣,乾到唔知點食,成餐飯食得好辛苦,係唔係啲師傅因為要整炒飯所以就將所有飯都煮到咁乾身?但係唔係個個都叫炒飯食嘛,唉早知食番譚仔,豬排都算,煮飯落多啲水係咪真係咁難? continue reading
