被邀請到滿月宴, 這是間譽滿香港的酒樓, 而位於將軍澳的這間分店是近年才開啓的, 曾一度擔心分店的質數能否到達元組店的高度, 直到用餐完畢這個心結才能夠解開。看到餐牌上的價格, 實在比起其他酒樓高出不少, 然而菜式則與其他中菜館類似。第一款菜式是上湯焗加拿大龍蝦配伊麵底,憑口感可以判斷龍蝦是新鮮製作, 除了爽口彈牙,還有很濃的龍蝦鮮味。乳豬是即時烤焗, 皮脆肉嫩,正常發揮。脆奶百花球,炸鮮奶甜度適中, 外脆內軟, 而且鮮奶是流心狀態, 非常驚喜。之後的蒸魚,豉油雞,還是荷葉飯,均做得非常出色。無他, 所有菜色均色香味俱全, 而他們絕不落味精,如此質素絕對能顯示出大廚功架!他們總算保住了總店的名號。

美心的中菜,在集團食店而言,質素都算是不錯的,不過,這似乎是以前的事了……今日的翠園,退步了不少。今天到牧場吃團年飯,早2日已預先親身去訂位,還訂了下午6時,晚市第一輪。訂枱時,要求留電話,不過知客說了一句: 你留電話呀,不過我地唔會打電話提你架喎……當晚我們6點10分到達,即時入座,座位已滿8成。枱排得密密麻麻,椅背貼著後面的枱,如果我是細細粒,相信是坐不下的。1行5大1小,點了新春4人套餐加1份龍蝦伊麵。第1碟上枱的是翡翠蝦球蚌片,四人餐,蝦球就是4粒…西蘭花是微暖的,炒得沒什鑊氣,味道正正常常第2碟是乳豬拼海浙,乳豬皮6件,是脆的也不是薄切,是連著有肥肉的,還有幾件薄豬肉,海浙正常龍蝦伊麵是波士頓龍蝦,蝦肉新鮮彈牙,可惜伊麵煮過淋、1夾即斷、碎,汁也不夠濃蒸沙巴龍躉火候不錯,是僅熟離骨,但豉油有點過咸花膠雞絲羹,熱的,就是雞湯雞肉羹,花膠大慨煮溶了9成……發財好市大利,上層是蠔豉4隻配1粒冬菇,中層有豬利發菜,下層是西生菜,這碟味道不錯,只是豬利未有煮淋,很硬紅豆沙湯丸又是不夠熱,紅豆沙沒有陳皮也沒有蓮子百合,有些過甜,2粒湯丸是黑芝麻饀,1口1粒,餡料也多和香題外話,5人用餐,

蒸沙巴龍躉火候不錯,是僅熟離骨,但豉油有點過咸
花膠雞絲羹,熱的,就是雞湯雞肉羹,花膠大慨煮溶了9成……
發財好市大利,上層是蠔豉4隻配1粒冬菇,中層有豬利發菜,下層是西生菜,這碟味道不錯,只是豬利未有煮淋,很硬
紅豆沙湯丸又是不夠熱,紅豆沙沒有陳皮也沒有蓮子百合,有些過甜,2粒湯丸是黑芝麻饀,1口1粒,餡料也多和香
題外話,5人用餐,枱不是很大,碗碟只執過2次,第1次收了1隻,第2次是我們把食物分掉,把蝦殼倒回3隻吉碟內才收走,而我們點了海鮮,也要問了2次才給我們濕紙巾
吃完後覺得這個價錢,這個環境,這些服務和食物,不是很值

環境裝修靚。食物大多數ok,咁嘅價錢當然要起碼ok。不過黑金流沙包唔流沙,失望到爆,話晒平均十幾蚊一個㗎,要求水準好d先合理。衛生:未使用過的匙羹有油跡,我食開平民嘢,見怪不怪,所以用茶洗一下就ok了。不過,堂堂翠園做到咁就真係核突啦!某個阿姐d服務都係一般般,唔識留意食客要服務,其他侍應就冇咩問題。除非假日排隊快有位,如果唔係都唔會打算再幫襯這間翠園,收得咁嘅價錢,真係唔值吖嘛。附近又唔係冇嘢食!

很久沒有在翠園飲茶,因怕人多,今天早上十點半和太太來到將軍澳翠園酒樓,居然不用等位,剛好房間有張吉枱,香港人實在太喜歡嘆早茶,酒樓都有九成客,點心有很多選擇和優惠,我點了煎蛋牛肉飯、皮蛋瘦肉粥跟油條、香煎蘿蔔糕、陳皮牛肉球、四式燒賣和菠蘿焗餐飽,點心都保持美心集團的應有水準,四式燒賣頗有創業,包括鮑魚、鮮蝦、帶子和鵝肝燒賣各一粒,菠蘿焗餐飽都頗俱心思,黑色飽內含有新鮮菠蘿肉,埋單$209都算合理。

今晚9點去食晚飯,門口冇人招呼,入到去要自己搵位座,叫個叉燒,好硬,食唔落,叫個白飯,叫左三次都冇人送來,仲要好誨氣反問你:老闆,你前後叫左幾多個白飯,離曬譜!價錢與食物質素、服務態度完全不成正比,好明顯管理不善!

之前在和埔某酒店的中菜晚饍,結帳時送上優惠券$300。 今晚和太太來這館晚餐。選擇這店是有原因的,因為當此店開張時,我們一班親戚將此店變成指定大聚會飯堂,但這一年忽然不去了,因為大家都覺得質素差了。因為有這張優惠劵,覺得不妨趁此機再會此店,於是6時已到。餐牌做得非常靚,但卻非常不實用,頁數多,但其實菜式不多。我們要費了很多時間翻頁看才能選菜。我們叫了斑腩、時菜和鐼板义燒三道菜。結果,我們失望了。 鐵坂义燒上菜時,店員放下鐵板,正打算放下义燒時,突然拿回鐵坂,說轉頭回來。 瞬間她回來,放下鐵板在桌上,然後放下义燒,之後急忙用匙羹攪拌,還邊攪拌著邊和我們說要快快不停攪拌,以免過熟。我們這才恍然大悟她為何要拿回鐼板再來,因為先前那鐼板未有加熱。 現在那塊卻太熱了。看圖也可看到义燒被熱力燙得像想跳起來的境況。如店員說,义燒過熟了。 招牌菜變得毫不光彩。斑腩來的時候,我和太太都以為來錯了,以為是豬扒(指色澤方面)。斑腩味道很鹹,肉質硬。結果我太太兩道菜吃了幾塊就交給我完成工作 (我自少就養成要清枱的習慣)。總括來說,真的失望。席間,隔鄰桌有一對情佀亦投訴一道菜,店員拿回去,十分鐘再上菜,客人一吃
