To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 主因之前去過九龍灣同黃大仙店飲過!對此品質有好大保証!
所以唔知係咪好多茶客同我心態一樣!去開其他店!諗住會一樣!

下次情願食番附近既酒樓!呢間咪攪!
8月2日去食午餐,叫左個燒腩飯俾小朋友,結果來到碟燒腩其實係佔左4/5肥膏,最頂癮係個傳菜阿姐一來到仲話碟燒腩幾靚!我當堂🔥都黎埋,叫個部長來幫我去換過,個部長連做都唔去做就即刻講啲燒腩係咁樣!幾經要求佢先扮下野去試下,但唔夠幾分鐘就行返過來話師傳俾佢睇左舊燒腩成舊都係咁肥喎⋯⋯!大人還可以將就,但小朋友就唔係有其他野啱佢食!如果舊燒腩真係成舊都咁肥,咁就係翠園(美心集團)既買手以至收貨、出品等各環節負責人都有失職問題啦⋯⋯!
另外,由11:26am第一個落單既蒸飯要三催四請至12:20pm先有,真係唔知點先叫效率!
最離譜係食到中途,酒樓部長竟然將已經枱貼枱既隔離4人枱變成坐7人既中枱,我地將枱4人用餐,佢係我地食緊中途就移我地將枱貼埋牆邊,然之後硬將一塊枱板加上隔離將4人枱上面,跟著再圍著塊7人枱板係咁插多幾將櫈!攪到我地逼到坐埋邊既人都出唔到來!咁樣不單只唔尊重我地,而且過份插針,十分危險⋯⋯萬一有咩事要走火警時會禍及食客!
九點半起身就用app拎位,一直等等等,最後到我張飛嘅時候已經係十二點 😳
等咗咁耐,真心好好奇點解有咁多人,因為其實翠園嘅點心款式唔係特別多,又唔係特別好食,又唔係特別平,除咗因爲佢係新開,我真係諗唔明點解可以咁多人 🤔
一行2大1小,揀左鳳爪, 菜苗餃,鵪鶉蛋燒賣,蝦米腸,蘿白糕及春卷.
春卷十分正常,熱騰騰,很香脆,小朋友都讚好.
鵪鶉蛋燒賣,鳳爪,都唔錯,是正常,但與價錢不合比例.
蘿白糕,菜苗餃 , 一食落口有好大陣胡椒粉味, 師傅太重了. 質疑係食材不新鮮想"pig"味呢?
其實都不明白翠園同屬美心集團,食物何解差那麼遠.
員工都唔少,但盡責而又有heart的未能遇見, 行行企企,晨早流流吹水, 高談闊論各自午餐食第幾輪,幾時收工.
食過便算了.

食物方面比較鹹,但還算正常及可接受。
大家要選擇呢間翠園既話就降低期望啦,唔可以同一般美心中菜比,可能比美心低檔次酒樓既服務更差。
前菜$12是一些鹹酸菜、花生和黑木耳,看上去很辣,但實際不但不太辣,反而帶點酸香。
奶黃包$32沒有留心,味道還好。帶子菜苗餃$32看不出也吃不出內裏有帶子,但看得到也吃得到一絲一絲的菜苗。蒸粉果$30是敗筆,因為我完全吃不出它是粉果,可能是因為內裏沒有花生。
豬肚燒賣$36,賣相有點差,豬肚不會太硬,味道還可。
車仔豬腸粉$35,是傳統街頭小食的風味,表面佈滿甜醬、麻醬,還有豉油,味道不過不失。
迷你筒仔飯$30,味道不俗,內裏有雞肉和冬菇,滿有鹹香。但份量也頗少,大約有四個湯匙的份量。
叉燒酥$32,這個你一定要品嚐!因為它外脆內軟,裡面的叉燒餡被香濃的叉燒醬包圍着,入口不會太乾,非常美味!
鑊仔煎三寶$36,也是一個必吃推介!無論是豆腐、紅綠椒還是茄子,每一件也不會過於油膩。而且表面的魚肉、蝦肉、豬肉也煎得非常香脆;尤其是豆腐那件的蝦肉本來也煎得非常香脆,連豆腐本身也是外層香脆,內面香軟,令人一試難忘!
好啦!講返正題先,入座之後先發現,11:30離座先可以以優惠價價錢埋單😔
跟住就叫左上邊既野食,滿心期待。
第一樣黎既係炸雲呑(可惜冇影)
賣相唔錯架,可惜係凍左d ,而且粒蝦肉又細粒同冇味。
之後數個點心一齊黎。
總括而言,食過一次就夠啦,比我想像中差👎🏻,除非轉左點心部,我都不會再返去一次
值得一提係,樓面既服務係非常好既,每人工作都好到位。最後還是考慮緊,應唔應該試尼度既晚飯。

仲有一兩舊食完 想話叫佢埋單 張單黎到咪食完走人..點知個服務員一啲都唔醒目唔明我意思 佢見我台上仲有野 唔肯幫我埋單........
最後走時仲要比張長到拖曬地既枱布kick住我隻腳 差啲拉曬枱上面啲餐具落地下..隔離啲人望住曬 攪到我好尷尬
所以我成餐到最後都只得一個字..嬲
