因為是新店前去捧場,直接899一百二十分鐘放題,節假多加30蚊,仲有50分鐘,最後點咗兩碟,注意:一碟係一片或者一細塊,居然二十分鐘沒上到來,服務生又去催單,又加咗二十分鐘,食個鬼咩!建議不要點最貴的!

有幸被邀請試菜,位於馬鞍山新港城中心的牛太日本燒肉,其集團在日本有自家農場,我嚐過其集團其他餐廳,和牛素質一向穩定。所有黑毛和牛均從日本鹿兒島、宮崎嘅自家牧場挑選,以冰鮮方法處理再直送到港,確保黑毛和牛最原始嘅味道得以百分百保留。$629放題共有79款不同美食,牛方面分特上、上級,第1 round奉上的頭盤還未來得及介紹,只記得最厚那塊竟然非常之稔,最有印象是黑毛和牛火炙壽司及另一個壺漬果味牛肋肉,後者吸盡洋葱及果味,非常有心思和清新!此間餐廳特地由日本公司設計江戶時代裝潢,充滿日本氛圍,放題式的黑毛和牛、海鮮、豚肉及羊扒令你肚滿腸肥,還有放題式日本啤酒及來自日本牛乳造的雪糕,甜品抹茶蕨餅及紅豆小丸子,以上都令人愛不釋手,一試再試。雖然是放題,這次也不用付費,但不會本著「老奉」而亂叫食物,盡量吃完。見鄰枱兩父女離埸時起碼浪費五六碟日本和牛,價值如果喺city super起碼超過$1000,行為令人側目,收枱阿姐也大嘆浪費😌😤!有興趣可以去試。
