同朋友係尖東行完街,朋友提議去自家烏冬,本來都反對,不過大比數通過反對無效。自問對烏冬麻麻,而且湯底唔係豬骨湯底,興趣又減一些。叫左個炸豬扒烏冬,個湯唔叫好飲,但烏冬好滑,附近的蘿蔔好大片同埋好甜,豬扒就不過不失,味道還可以。有朋友叫左個芝士焗廣島蠔,成三十多元,不過朋友食完覺得好味,就叫一碟試下,食落果然十分唔錯,貴就貴左小小,但都ok。最大問題係可能我地好夜先去,埋單好似好趕咁,侍應態度又好冰冷,叫加水都要等一陣先有。因為加左碟焗蠔,埋單食左我成八十蚊,但淨係豬扒烏冬都40幾,我覺得唔係好抵。如非必要,我唔會再幫襯住,除非湯底有其他選擇。不過有一點係~~~環境相當唔錯,如果一班十幾人,真係可以霸成間房仔,我地就係咁樣傾左成個鐘計,呢樣加返分。

如非必要,我唔會再幫襯住,除非湯底有其他選擇。

不過有一點係~~~環境相當唔錯,如果一班十幾人,真係可以霸成間房仔,我地就係咁樣傾左成個鐘計,呢樣加返分。

試一次就夠!一行二人在下午茶時間去試食自家制烏冬。不知是否烏冬放太久,在湯裡麵條散散的,入口像粉團沒彈性也沒什麼味!那麼喝湯試試看;味道淡如白開水,怪不知麵條沒有味道!!!向服務人員拿取調味醬油,回覆只有天婦羅醬油便回頭走去!?......無言!!可能是我們的時間錯了!好快便結帳!

配合他他醬,脆口而不膩!

評價是開飯之選,但主角撈意粉則一次就夠,合格!

自稱自家烏冬,我覺得這里的烏冬沒什麼特別,不難吃,但也不好吃,總之是一般般。我想反映一下這裡的service,很差。無論是侍應或經理,上菜時只打把食物放在檯上,沒有半句介紹,轉身就走,但又不是去忙著serve其他客,真的很奇怪。他們笑容欠奉(除了自己同事之間傾解外),我們那碟梅汁三文魚salad,不斷有蚊滋飛來飛去,於是我朋友就和一為女經理(我猜她是經理,因為著黑衫)說:"你們這裡很多蚊滋",然後女經理淡淡的回了一句:"是啊",然後走開了。我們.............我想我不會再去了。。。。。。

Perhaps I have expected too much, but the udon was nothing out of the ordinary. Together with the fact that it took 20 minutes before my order was ready (it was around 18:00 and the restaurant was half empty), it was a somewhat dissatisfying meal.

In any event, to give the restaurant some credit, the pork chop was carefully fried and the udon was cooked right. I may consider coming back if I were in the neighborhood.

今時今日經營餐廳如果還是由年頭到年尾也專注所謂的招牌菜已經不太適合了,就像時下的服裝店一樣每三個月要更新一下,不論是潮流改變您或者是您去改變潮流也好,那正是香港人的心態,再好吃的東西也會有吃厭的一天。自家烏冬本身所標榜的烏冬的那種彈牙感覺不是一般可以比得上,那正是我一而再去吃的緣故,不過單單是以此點就固步自封的話,不是一門生意要持續發展的方針,所以昨天再去的時候看見餐牌明顯跟以往大不同,一來多了不同式樣的烏冬,二來又多了不同的飲品,連雪花冰也照賣,雖然有點格格不入,但是在商言商的話,又何妨呢?我們因為趕時間,所以很快便下了單以下的烏冬:-1。煙三文魚葡萄汁掛烏冬----烏冬一樣的彈牙美味,而最驚喜的是那煙三文魚配合葡萄汁,雖然是凍食,入口是一點酸,不過很快就被三文魚的鮮味所取代,夏天吃此食物份外開胃或者簡直是醒胃。值得試試!2。韓式海鮮湯烏冬---簡直是冰火的組合,之前一道冷烏冬是北極的話,現在此韓式海鮮湯烏冬就把您的味蕾帶到熱帶甚至是赤道。不是十只辣椒那種辛辣,不過總會令您身體有點發熱的感覺,幸好湯底也有酸酸的感覺可以中和一下。海鮮有蝦,青口和帶子等等,而且尺寸不是那些蝦子和淡菜那種
