今日計劃去郊遊,出發前食飽啲先喇,屋企人搵到黎金滿樓食。黎到未夠12點已經好多人等位,好在我地一行9人有訂枱,過半數人入得,用餐時間個半鐘。蝦餃阿囡主動話再黎多籠,流沙包咬一啖流到落手,仲食到少 見既蛋黃煎米雞,個底脆卜卜,嗌多個炒飯,粒粒分明,整體滿意呀。特別既係第一次感受到有一籠點心全凍放上枱!!

大大話話都幫襯左佢好多次,雖然次次都係外賣,但從冇失望,仲可以話有驚喜添今次買左半斤燒肉,$60幾蚊。同師傅嗌要瘦d嘅,師傅果然好人事呢舊啱啱好,唔太肥、少少瘦,咬落油脂啱啱好個外皮夠香脆,肉嘅咸度啱,冇豬臭味,點埋黃芥辣食,好正加料餸飯一流 。我都間唔時黎買佢嘅叉燒同燒鵝番屋企加餸 叉燒我覺得好食過附近出名果間,唔係一味死甜。而燒肉就一定好過太子勁出名果間老字號。燒鵝可以話係呢區都比較穩定又唔係好貴嘅選擇。所以其實我真係「斬料」都會黎呢度P. 我都間唔時黎買佢嘅叉燒同燒鵝番屋企加餸
叉燒我覺得好食過附近出名果間,唔係一味死甜。而燒肉就一定好過太子勁出名果間老字號
。燒鵝可以話係呢區都比較穩定又唔係好貴嘅選擇。

所以其實我真係「斬料」都會黎呢度


P. S. 記得有次去買lunch飯盒帶少左錢,收銀姐姐話晏d俾番佢都得
就咁俾我拎走左個飯盒。咁當然我係15min後就番去俾番錢佢啦🤭! 但我想講嘅係呢度好有人情味,令我好樂意再幫襯

1月15日,呢間酒樓間中都會嚟,喺同區嚟講算係比其他酒樓貴dd嘅,但平時覺得佢食物質素都好穩定好正常,佢張點心隔一排就會轉一下有啲點心會唔同咗,當然臨近新年一定會有少少加價,這屬正常現象,原定今日嚟想食咖哩魷魚,點知張menu轉咗真係冇,食咗辣爆炒排骨~小食嚟嘅48蚊,食過佢好多款嘅小食都整得好食,脆漿夠薄夠脆,汁唔多但每一舊嘅味道都好均勻牛柏葉~明顯比以往少兜咗d,感覺味精唔重味道一如以往正常。淮山棉花雞~呢個就有點失望,一係就正式棉花雞,標明埋淮山棉花雞,得1小片食咗好似冇食咁🥲🥲至少都畀一小舊呀呢度嘅食物質素價格要棉花雞望落去靚帶點紅嗰嚿蟹柳,係最cheap深紅色嗰隻所以冇食到只能當佢伴碟,其實普通蟹柳非mij都唔值錢,入隻好少少嘅啦~味道正常冇乜點變。牛肉球~就失分了,有啲林唔夠彈牙,亦都食到裏面啲肥豬粒85成熟其實爭少少。2個人,四碟嘢星期日15蚊茶位埋單186蚊

成日經過見到一排未燒嘅燒鵝响門面,心諗呢間嘅燒鵝應該都唔錯,好有興趣去試。今日午餐終於有機會去試食。酒家在一樓只有一層,地方不算大。酒樓嘅餐具都幾得意,有隻懷舊嘅公雞圖樣。 普洱茶好濃但唔會澀,都幾好飲。一嚟到當然係叫個招牌菜脆皮燒鵝半隻。燒鵝皮脆,肉有鵝香味,都有少少🤏油份,真係忍唔住叫左碗白飯配食。梅醬,有新鮮梅味,酸甜度啱啱好,點醬食可以去咁啲油膩感。另外都叫左炸鮮奶和蝦籽柚皮乾燒伊麵。食物上到枱面都係熱辣辣,相信都係即叫即做,唔似係煮定坐熱。4位都食得好滿足,下次有機會會試吓晚飯。

《 金滿樓 》的太子分店地下有一大個風櫃,裏面放置了十多隻正在風旱及等待入爐的鵝,令途人們駐足欣賞和幻想牠的將來、牠的新衣和牠的內涵


脆皮燒鵝 : 外皮顏色嫣紅有光澤和堅挺,相信離開烤爐時間不長,肉是温暖,大口快嚼高興非常呀!此隻應該是中型的鵝,肉質算是嫩滑,並無濃郁的醬料味。食後不會太口渴。

同朋友慶祝生日個衰妹突然話想食中菜,阿爸推介話金滿樓幾好,於是一大班人就落左去試下一入到去,燈光光猛,座位寬敞,黎個正評先難得牛一,整番隻鮑魚歎下隻鮑魚大大隻,入口Q彈又入味,100分,隔黎d蔥都煮得勁入味每人一隻鮑魚又點満足到我地呢班食肉獸,唔好講更多,整番個燒鵝叉燒拼盤燒鵝嫩滑無蘇味,d鵝油係個口爆開,正個人比較唔鍾意食冷盤,無掂到,但d朋友話都唔錯重點黎喇,焗魚腸,咁old school 嘅菜式未必個個識,部長話唔係間間酒樓有,魚腸要有回甘先好味,長知識了另一個镇店之寶烏梅骨,入口有梅香,入味又夠淋,成餐最正就係佢,唔駛5分鐘就比friend掃曬仲叫左個菜,不過不失,成餐食到好滿足衰妹對生日飯好滿意,話遲d再encore

離地鐵站好近,太子地鐵站行1分鐘,其實都好方便!野食整體來說,都勝價比高~~~ 侍應推介魚腸,最後都幾好味,燒鵝也不錯👍🏼仲有食鮑魚,幾新鮮~炒得幾香,整體來說,可以再去。。

難得去太子遊盪,去太子洗牙,要表現牙齒乾淨,去壹點紅登台唱歌,當然自信。夠鐘尋味,附近走一圈(界限街),無特色菜館,酒吧就多或西餐、點心專店!肚仔餓啦,走出彌敦道有個光亮大招牌!上樓,不是外表那麽大,像飯店多個酒樓,看openrice,才知新開,怪不得只有三枱客,餐牌普通小菜接近百元,不是一般酒樓價,但份量足。薑蔥魚雲煲,新鮮,香口,薄粉,骨炸脆,魚雲滑,多薑葱,味道也可,但略甜。鲜百合銀杏炒藕片,各類疏菜新鮮爽甜,顏色鮮明有光澤,並有我最喜白果,黃色珍珠,彈彈珠。涼瓜煎蛋,蛋濃香,邊小脆,賣相味道都不錯。

涼瓜煎蛋,蛋濃香,邊小脆,賣相味道都不錯。
