第二次光顧這家Just Steak .第一次點了貴價些少的牛扒,肉的質素及味道都可以,不是很驚喜。今次叫了最平的澳洲西冷扒76元200克。可能自己不算是食家,可以說是「唔識食」,覺得澳洲西冷扒和較貴的扒,分別不多大。跟扒類可加33元,選前菜、飲品、配茶、飯/意粉/薯條等。這個優惠都可以的,因為只吃200克牛扒,一來很單調,二來可能不夠飽。飲品方面,不是一般咖啡或茶,是有多種選擇的。環境方面,店內桌椅較密,瀰漫鐵板扒的香味。

見新開業門口好多人排,就抱著試下既心態排。佢主打鐵板牛扒,有唔同地區既牛可以揀(日本、紐西蘭、澳洲、美國;西冷/肉眼);另外有豬排,同其他鐵板飯。排左大半個鐘終於入左去,坐長枱(即係好多人坐一張枱),2個人去就打對坐,有d逼,而且座椅係無椅背。我同朋友都叫左紐西蘭肉眼200g,佢有得跟餐,但諗住扒都飽,所以只係跟左野飲同湯。要留意佢飲品熱同棟多數係罐裝,就好似柚子蜜咁。第一塊牛扒睇落好生,有血水,店員提醒要正反兩面煎一下先倒汁。睇落似幾塊湊夠磅數加埋一齊,比較薄。第二塊就望落靚好多,同埋冇咁多血水,完整同埋厚d。個汁係偏港式鐵板餐味,冇驚喜。聞落幾香,肉眼食落都ok,唔韌,都算有肉味。不過食完都唔係好夠喉,比預期份量少,建議跟飯/叫300g份量會多啲。由於環境比較逼,而且鐵板焗住身上面會有味,所以食完就走。整體性價比合理,以馬鞍山冇咩扒房黎講,都係一個選擇。

我同朋友都叫左紐西蘭肉眼200g,佢有得跟餐,但諗住扒都飽,所以只係跟左野飲同湯。要留意佢飲品熱同棟多數係罐裝,就好似柚子蜜咁。
第一塊牛扒睇落好生,有血水,店員提醒要正反兩面煎一下先倒汁。睇落似幾塊湊夠磅數加埋一齊,比較薄。第二塊就望落靚好多,同埋冇咁多血水,完整同埋厚d。個汁係偏港式鐵板餐味,冇驚喜。聞落幾香,肉眼食落都ok,唔韌,都算有肉味。不過食完都唔係好夠喉,比預期份量少,建議跟飯/叫300g份量會多啲。

由於環境比較逼,而且鐵板焗住身上面會有味,所以食完就走。整體性價比合理,以馬鞍山冇咩扒房黎講,都係一個選擇。
