To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

Airside開左之後去食dinner誤打誤撞入左呢間鋪,完全估唔到咁好食所以第一次食無認真影相記錄,最後我未夠一星期又encore🥹重點係兩次同唔同朋友去食都話好好食!所以決定認真出post介紹🫢然後去到岩岩打緊食評搵多啲資料先知原來係北海道過江龍仲要拎埋米芝蓮車胎人美食推介🥶但香港得2間仲要睇op係好小人知!佢地店主打既牛叫「未來牛」,黎自北海道自家農場有機飼養,由日本和牛同荷蘭牛配種而成,全天然無打針同加抗生素嫁👍🏻✨未來牛他他‼️必食 $98我係一個好鍾意食生牛肉他他既人,因為要好新鮮既牛先可以生食做他他,而且每間店既醃料口味都唔同,呢間我可以話係目前我食過最好食既!而且睇到價錢我眼都突埋😂唔過百食到咁既質素,仲要我唔係太鍾意食洋蔥,但佢既洋蔥係甜既,配埋食成件事昇華左,真係好正❤️✨未來牛燒肉盛5 $349我兩次食都係叫呢個set,我覺得兩個人食岩岩好,因為仲要散叫其他野,成盤野都好好食,最鍾意一定係上後腰脊肉蓋,佢係唯一一個醃左,同埋燒完沾蛋食既款,真係好食到覺得幸福個隻,而且配飯一流🤤✨肉眼 $238 西冷 $218(120g)兩款我都食過,我個人鍾意西冷多啲,如果食得哂叫哂

我係一個好鍾意食生牛肉他他既人,因為要好新鮮既牛先可以生食做他他,而且每間店既醃料口味都唔同,呢間我可以話係目前我食過最好食既!而且睇到價錢我眼都突埋😂唔過百食到咁既質素,仲要我唔係太鍾意食洋蔥,但佢既洋蔥係甜既,配埋食成件事昇華左,真係好正❤️

我兩次食都係叫呢個set,我覺得兩個人食岩岩好,因為仲要散叫其他野,成盤野都好好食,最鍾意一定係上後腰脊肉蓋,佢係唯一一個醃左,同埋燒完沾蛋食既款,真係好食到覺得幸福個隻,而且配飯一流🤤

我係為左呢個先會第2次食選擇去圓方,但完全唔值(好誠實),首先無特別好食,第二似食緊普通吉列牛,之前出去食和牛三文治無吉列係好食好多好多,呢個老實講有啲似便利店貨色🫠

✨厚切鹽燒牛舌 $138
我好鍾意食鹽燒牛舌,但大家可以唔洗點,因為我食過第間好食好多但個到只需$38-58😂呢到貴一倍又唔覺有咩特別好食,留quota食其他啦大家~

✨白飯 $23
燒肉配白飯是常識吧,而且一定要配佐賀米,軟綿又入口即溶既口感絕對可以索哂肉汁之餘又融為一體

💰兩次都係同一個大食量男人去食,兩人食到飽人均消費$4~500,絕對係我既encore list‼️

去食日式燒肉,分2類食客!1) 食放題,最緊要抵食同埋任食,而對肉類質素沒什麼要求!2)不選擇放題或套餐,係希望食到跟放題不同質素的食客!我去選擇A4和牛,係預咗比多些錢,心想食好些!點知點了一塊和牛西冷牛扒,放上枱時竟然跟餐牌圖片完全不一樣!圖片係一整塊,送來卻切了成6條!切了也不是大問題,問題係6條脂肪分佈拼不上,並非出自同一塊牛扒!另外點了份A4和牛拼盤,裡頭也有3條跟我點的和牛扒一樣切成的西冷!即時明白清楚晒,跟本那西冷牛扒也是來自早已切好的大塊肉,根本取巧搵笨!以後都唔會再喺香港食日式燒肉,實在太搵笨了!

另外點了份A4和牛拼盤,裡頭也有3條跟我點的和牛扒一樣切成的西冷!即時明白清楚晒,跟本那西冷牛扒也是來自早已切好的大塊肉,根本取巧搵笨!

以後都唔會再喺香港食日式燒肉,實在太搵笨了!
