以前在灣仔返工試過一次,印象不過不失。今日經過諗住食個下午茶。兩個人叫了一個午餐,一個菠蘿包加奶茶。奶茶可以話是不過不失,不是十分出眾,名過其實。沙嗲牛麵的麵硬,牛肉鞋口,汁只有鹹味,沒有沙嗲味。$50幾一個餐完全對唔住呢個價錢。最不能接受的是菠蘿包係冰凍我,雖然現在天氣熱,都不用上個凍的包來降溫。從來未食過咁難食的菠蘿包,除了凍隱約有少少雪櫃味,食泥的質感🤮🤮🤮 個人感覺如果想挑戰冰凍菠蘿包可以一試

好耐冇食個菠蘿油,特登走來金鳳食一個,點知勁難食。個菠蘿油凍冰冰,個包底出晒水,又唔鬆軟,勁似食緊泥膠,都唔知個菠蘿油放咗幾多個晚上。個蛋撻仲誇張,我叫酥皮蛋撻,仲要7蚊個,點知嚟到凍冰冰之餘,仲要完全唔酥皮,曲奇皮都好食過佢。

記得幾年前專登去食過,結論係唔會再去,但今次又係專登去食,可能因為上次印象淡忘左,又想再試真啲,明明啲人話好好飲嘅奶茶無理由自己覺得唔好飲架嘛,所以呢日見未食lunch,就趁下午茶時間又去refresh一下😂。 叫左個餐,茶記嚟講,佢個火腿奄列好大份,裏面好多火腿絲,好足料,正!可惜塊奄列個面係乾而個底係勁油嘅😅,同埋個人唔太喜歡佢整到太熟,啲蛋唔夠滑。唔計狀態,味道係正常,唔會偏鹹或偏啖。 奄列上面有個大菠蘿包,份量又係好夠,可惜質素同我自己業餘新手整嘅隔夜菠蘿包效果係一樣嘅,就係唔熱又乾又硬,個菠蘿包同塊奄列咁嘅狀態,仲要大份量,真係對我消化能力一大考驗😅。讚嘅呢,除左火腿絲份量夠之外,仲有就係佢個碟邊係會high舊仔牛油比你,團牛油溶化嘅狀態係剛剛好,份量又配合得宜,唔會好似有啲餐廳咁未夠溶,成舊硬野叫做比左你但搽唔到落麵包嘅。 食完呢两樣野都飽飽地,因為個包係放喺塊奄列上面,技術上你個胃係要接收個大包先到奄列嘅,跟住仲有枱上面等左你好耐嘅沙爹牛肉通粉(不敢想像如果叫左沙牛麵點算🙈)。可能茶記關係,碟通粉係唔會扣起等你差唔多食完個菠蘿包同奄列先熱辣辣筆比你嘅。不過講到味道,呢個沙

叫左個餐,茶記嚟講,佢個火腿奄列好大份,裏面好多火腿絲,好足料,正!可惜塊奄列個面係乾而個底係勁油嘅😅,同埋個人唔太喜歡佢整到太熟,啲蛋唔夠滑。唔計狀態,味道係正常,唔會偏鹹或偏啖。

奄列上面有個大菠蘿包,份量又係好夠,可惜質素同我自己業餘新手整嘅隔夜菠蘿包效果係一樣嘅,就係唔熱又乾又硬,個菠蘿包同塊奄列咁嘅狀態,仲要大份量,真係對我消化能力一大考驗😅。讚嘅呢,除左火腿絲份量夠之外,仲有就係佢個碟邊係會high舊仔牛油比你,團牛油溶化嘅狀態係剛剛好,份量又配合得宜,唔會好似有啲餐廳咁未夠溶,成舊硬野叫做比左你但搽唔到落麵包嘅。

食完呢两樣野都飽飽地,因為個包係放喺塊奄列上面,技術上你個胃係要接收個大包先到奄列嘅,跟住仲有枱上面等左你好耐嘅沙爹牛肉通粉(不敢想像如果叫左沙牛麵點算🙈)。可能茶記關係,碟通粉係唔會扣起等你差唔多食完個菠蘿包同奄列先熱辣辣筆比你嘅。不過講到味道,呢個沙牛做得唔錯,牛肉有牛肉酥味,個醬食得出有落花生嗰啲,唔會好似普通茶記咁偷工減料,有啲仲要牛肉勁多渣。

跟住到主角凍奶茶,可能因為無冰的關係,佢用嘅杯嘅容量比其他茶記嘅凍飲杯係細啲架,即係份量唔算多。杯奶茶飲落夠濃味,應該係茶夠濃同落奶偏多嘅效果,但個人感覺杯奶茶太黏稠,同埋如果飲唔慣濃茶會胃部不適的人,或者多飲淡奶會肚痛的人未必適合。

總結,金鳳本身肯比足料顧客,但製作流程唔係好掂,比90分材料得出60分效果。另外,唔計沖茶技巧,杯奶茶足料我估應該係大家覺得好飲嘅原因,我覺得一般茶餐廳的奶茶係金鳳嘅一杯份量溝稀變杯半再減少少奶嘅效果。可惜本人唔鐘意質地過份濃,加上食呢個大餐同埋仲要喺大熱天時下午茶時間食,解渴變得重要好多,因此早知(可惜無😂)會叫返凍檸茶,唔使出現口渴但飲唔晒杯奶茶嘅結果。

最後重點嚟嘞,雖然金鳳足料,但唔好忘記啲羊毛係出自你身上,金鳳一個茶記常餐配凍飲要成$54,性價比甚低。本人覺得菠蘿包同火腿份量可稍減至同其他茶記一樣(沙爹牛肉同飲品份量唔使減),定價$45喺呢區先叫做合理,減左嘅份量,成本肯定無十蚊,即係掉轉嚟講,其他茶記比多啲料你做到金鳳份量,多比你嘅材料人工肯定無十蚊咁多。仲有金鳳個菠蘿包咁唔好食,換片熱辣辣烘牛油多士好過,唔好夾硬放落個餐度去合理化過份mark up左嘅餐價。我真係見到隔離枱有人成個包只係咬左一細啖,然後比伙記執枱一齊倒左落桶,可能係份量offer過多焗你比貴啲價錢去買一個餐,又可能係客人想減肥或者失預算唔夠餓叫左食唔晒卦。

記住,食落你覺得足料係已經反映左喺價錢度,佢係無賺少你嘅。
