這間強記美食其實已經開了很長時間了,但這次是我第一次食。我也是因為知道這間餐廳已多次獲選米芝蓮,所以決定點都要試一試強記的糯米飯。這次我是夜晚接近9 點時間前來,但也要排左大約10分鐘才入座,我想早一段時間應該要再等耐一點。這次我叫了鴛鴦腸雜錦糯米飯,咖喱魷魚牛柏葉,馬來甜品咋喳。首先說說馳名的糯米飯,一上枱已經聞到很香的味道,而且賣相十分足料。這個糯米飯跟上是一條臘腸和一條潤腸,飯入邊配料有冬菇,蝦米,臘肉,其實還有一些切碎的臘腸和潤腸。這個糯米飯果然是名不虛傳,糯米飯粒粒分明,臘味的油分滲透在飯入面,而且蝦米十足,令成個飯更加香,絕對係米芝蓮水準。至於咖哩魷魚和牛柏頁,都是很有水準。咖哩汁濃郁香辣,但不會太鹹,魷魚和牛柏頁爽脆。另外說說咋喳,它也是十分有水準。咋喳不會很甜,椰汁味濃,用料十足,特別之處是加了西米,有咬口。整體而言是十分出色。

首先說說馳名的糯米飯,一上枱已經聞到很香的味道,而且賣相十分足料。這個糯米飯跟上是一條臘腸和一條潤腸,飯入邊配料有冬菇,蝦米,臘肉,其實還有一些切碎的臘腸和潤腸。這個糯米飯果然是名不虛傳,糯米飯粒粒分明,臘味的油分滲透在飯入面,而且蝦米十足,令成個飯更加香,絕對係米芝蓮水準。

細個時爸媽帶我去舊舖食糯米飯,豬骨粥,煎腸粉,喳喳,覺得好好食大個之後間中都會去食,不過要揀天氣無咁熱嘅時候,因為舊舖係半開放式,比較熱拆左新舖後第一次幫襯,入左舖有冷氣,地方清潔左,店內大部份係大陸客,同幾個上年紀嘅阿叔睇餐牌多左d唔同嘅野食,有碗仔翅生菜魚肉嗰d不過黎強記緊係叫返豬骨粥,煎腸粉,豬皮蘿白,腐竹糖水個豬骨粥一黎到,就覺得好稀😥,食落口唔係食到米味,而係好重嘅腐竹味🫥 豬骨得2小粒排骨size, 淡菜同花生都唔多,呢個可以話係唔合格😪煎腸粉都做到脆口,但無以前咁香了,而且個豉油麻醬真係無咩味豬皮蘿蔔算最接近以前嘅味道,但索價(豬皮$14 蘿蔔$16),份量就太少了腐竹糖水,個粥有腐竹味,但個糖水就竟然無乜腐竹味😢,而且又係好稀,稀過平時飲嘅豆漿,索價$28呢餐食左$121,我諗應該無下次了

今天是父親節早上落大雨中午無雨便坐車去灣仔漫遊,行經駱克道見到強記美食我們便入店內點了些兒時美食😬生菜魚肉湯(魚肉好味)但湯底有很大進步空間原味魚蛋,豬皮及 魷魚*咖哩應該比較惹味 但係店員 提醒我 比較辣, 所以我揀咗原味吃煎腸粉(必吃之選)

聽説仔間舖頭的臘味糯米飯好好食,於是和朋友打完波就去了吃,這間舖頭入到去我們點了一個鴛鴦腸糯米飯,鴛鴦腸糯米飯的飯,非常香而且他的糯米是原粒,咬下去非常有質感每一粒的糯米也是原裝的更出面的口感,完全不同,這個糯米飯是我吃過最好吃的,我們也點了一個碗仔翅這個感覺味道一般,不有太大驚喜,但也不是難食的。另外我們點了一個咋喳飲品,本人覺得如果吃得太飽就不要點這個杯飲品了,因為這個飲品會有飽肚的感覺,但是本人也覺得比較甜了一點,我們也點了另外一個腐竹薏米糖水,感覺很像豆漿,而旦薏米也很足料我們,乜點了一個魷魚豬皮,豬皮看起來很深色,因為他的汁應該是煮了很久,吃下來很濃的味道,如果喜歡吃豬皮的人也可以時時,最後我們也點了一皮蛋粥,感覺綿綿的口感也很不錯。另外嗌咗個煎腸粉非常之去除,而且他的豉油不會太鹹,所以就算落很多也不怕我很喜歡而且裹面還有一些很香的蔥,真心推介如果喜歡吃糯米飯的朋友絕對一定要來試

第一次嚟強記,兩個人見咗一碗牛肉粥,一碗豬骨粥,一碟煎腸粉,一碗糯米飯。牛肉粥上桌,我第一眼以為係豬肉粥,因為肉片色澤偏白,完全冇牛肉色澤,食落淡而無味,一般粥鋪嘅水準都達不到,收$44就真係有點過過。腸粉口感偏硬,應該係一早煎好,有單時再翻熱,落油亦太多,雖然份量足但質素一般,所以都食唔落。豬骨粥同糯米飯算中規中矩,試一次就算數喇!

今晚嚟咗灣仔嘅強記美食食緊晚餐,揀咗佢哋嘅招牌臘腸雜錦臘味糯米飯($54)同香煎蝦米腸粉($25)🍚🍤蝦米腸粉真係好好味,煎得啱啱好,外脆內軟,加埋啲蛋同蝦米,味道更加香,十分之好食🤤至於臘腸雜錦臘味糯米飯就有啲失望,雖然臘腸味道算好,但糯米飯味道有啲淡,完全攞唔到臘味嘅味道,令整體嚟講好似臘味同糯米飯係分開咗咁🤔。而糯米飯同臘味嘅份量都比較少,性價比唔算太高。😅總括嚟講,如果你係腸粉控,一定要嚟呢間試吓!如果你想試下臘味糯米飯,就要唔好俾佢米芝蓮個名搞到抱太大嘅期望😅

至於臘腸雜錦臘味糯米飯就有啲失望,雖然臘腸味道算好,但糯米飯味道有啲淡,完全攞唔到臘味嘅味道,令整體嚟講好似臘味同糯米飯係分開咗咁🤔。而糯米飯同臘味嘅份量都比較少,性價比唔算太高。😅


總括嚟講,如果你係腸粉控,一定要嚟呢間試吓!如果你想試下臘味糯米飯,就要唔好俾佢米芝蓮個名搞到抱太大嘅期望😅

自從強記美食由灣仔舊舖頭 搬咗去新舖頭之後 都未正式入去堂食 通常都係買外賣返屋企就算 今日見佢堂食嘅人竟然唔多 決定坐低食個下午茶先返屋企 我哋兩個人食 最後揀咗一個糯米飯,蝦米煎豬腸粉同埋一個豉油王炒麵!糯米飯保持到一貫嘅水準,有一種好懷念嘅感覺,特別係凍凍地食,暖笠笠好正!佢仲可以加錢,加條臘腸或潤腸 今日嘅我哋就冇加,費事太飽蝦米煎豬腸粉亦都做得非常出色,煎到個面脆脆地再加埋我最鍾意嘅麻醬同芝麻,簡直冇得輸豉油王炒麵 就反而不過不失 下次晚飯再嚟食埋佢嘅砂鍋粥同埋甜品
