最近因為公司有印度野食,搞到迷上左。於是收工約埋幾個同事一齊去呢間位係重慶大慶E座既餐廳,因餐廳係攞會所牌,所以門口寫住只招待會員,可以唔使理,直接入去就ok。今次係經OpenRice 訂位有7折,折扣仲多過張vip咭。一入去坐低,侍應哥哥就送上一份類似脆片既餐前小食(免費),食落鹹鹹地都幾香口。之後我地分別叫左tanndoori chicken天多利烤雞、seeks kebab烤免治羊肉卷、印式奶油雞chicken makhnai、印式菠菜芝士palka paneer、蒜蓉naan 、mango lassi。tandoori chicken同seeks kebab都係用鐵板上,上枱個下儀式感滿滿,味道沒我之前食既甘重香料味同咸,以印度野黎講味道略為有的唔太夠。chicken makhnai同palka paneer味道十分creamy同香,不過都係唔係太濃味,調味偏甜。Naan應該唔係用爐烤,食落有的肥膩,應該係煎既。Mango lassi味道正常,食到有芒果肉。總結:食物質素對得住個價錢,但唔會話太過驚艷,中規中矩。

tandoori chicken同seeks kebab都係用鐵板上,上枱個下儀式感滿滿,味道沒我之前食既甘重香料味同咸,以印度野黎講味道略為有的唔太夠。
chicken makhnai同palka paneer味道十分creamy同香,不過都係唔係太濃味,調味偏甜。
Naan應該唔係用爐烤,食落有的肥膩,應該係煎既。
Mango lassi味道正常,食到有芒果肉。
總結:食物質素對得住個價錢,但唔會話太過驚艷,中規中矩。

今日重遊舊地,此情不再了,明明係星期日嘅夜晚,但係餐廳竟然得兩枱客。 餐廳裝修簡陋,但勝在菜色選擇頗多,而且好多都啱香港人口味,唔會太重香料或者太辣。 我哋揀咗個招牌 chicken Makkhani( 奶油雞),一個沙律,仲有Butter Naan(印度牛油烤餅),Chicken Tikka(炭燒雞球),飲品方面叫咗杯mango lassi,仲有Masala Tea。講真,今日嘅菜式只有奶油雞同埋牛油烤餅達到水平,其他嘅菜式有待改進。而且店員雖然識得講廣東話同埋幾靚仔😆,但係介紹錯曬啲菜式🤦(睇埋落去就知咩事) 仲要前菜papadams(胡椒餅) 都冇畀到我哋,認真嬲左。

Masala tea 係印度風味嘅拉茶,個人認為呢一杯masala tea偏貴,因為飲得出佢嘅Masala 味道比較淡,比較水,無咩驚喜。而且有個小插曲,我問店員呢度嘅香料拉茶係用杯裝定係茶壺,之後佢就話係teapot。點知尼到係一杯細細杯咖啡杯😅有少少失望太細杯。

呢盤炭燒雞球正常發揮,明明記得上次過尼,啲炭燒味道好濃好惹味,但係今次冇咩炭燒味道,火候唔夠。同埋肉質方面,冇咩肉汁,啲雞又有啲鞋。而且靚仔店員明明講話冇跟沙律,點知嗰度都有好多沙律,呃左我叫多碟沙律食。

另一碟又係好迷你嘅奶油雞,但係話曬係招牌菜,味道終於無令我失望。奶油雞係加咗好多creamy嘅椰汁同埋蕃茄醬同傳統印度咖哩香料整成嘅醬汁。甜甜辣辣咖哩又有奶油香,真係受唔住誘惑🤤🤤我哋為咗食曬佢嗰醬汁仲點咗兩盤烤餅。但係食食下入面嘅雞肉先發現有啲似炭燒雞球嘅雞肉,所以我一直懷疑其實餐廳係咪一雞十幾味🤣🤣
係啦,同埋請注意, 烤餅要分開叫嘅,唔好以為係套餐。

呢個牛油烤餅真係整得超好食,同個奶油雞係絕配。個烤餅好食嘅原因係外面脆卜卜,不失牛油香,同埋夠厚有質感,上枱嘅時候仲熱辣辣嘅。尼到一定要叫呢一碟又香又脆嘅烤餅🤤

其實我平時唔鍾意食nann,因為嫌佢太厚身,反而會叫一隻叫Paratha嘅千層餅,但奇怪地,呢度嘅千層餅竟然同我想像中嘅有出入,比想像中嘅冇咁脆。


整體而言,呢度嘅印度菜唔算太正宗,但係幾啱香港人口味而且選擇好多,但係地方比較簡陋如果你同伴侶約會最好就唔好過嚟啦。而且食物質素普普通通,又或者可能我對佢嘅期望太高喇。其實重慶大廈裏面都有好多值得試嘅餐廳,成千萬間餐廳,有機會再幫大家試試😅

同埋其實重慶大廈係一個好有趣嘅地方,入面充滿著印度人同黑人同菲律賓人,好多唔同種族嘅人,彷彿去咗一個唔同嘅世界。而且裏面會買到一啲普通市場唔會買到嘅嘢,得閒拍短片畀大家睇。

雖然食物比較細分,但係有openrice折扣價錢都幾實惠,人均大約$125左右

🤗 總結一下: 一個字, 超級好食. 今日點咗兩款烤肉, 四款咖喱. 我食白飯, “細妹” 食烤餅 (Naan), 佢話 Naan 嘅質素未係最好, 我唔知, 反正我覺得咖喱撈白飯最好食. Chicken Masala 係必點. 如果我一個人嚟食就係食 Masala. 呢度嘅 Vindaloo 做得好出色, 其他地方搵唔到. 我建議食雞. 雖然應該係雪藏, 但係穩陣, 海鮮同魚有機會中伏. 整體水準超讚. 印度咖喱之王, 當之無愧.

7E咖喱王,好彩有店員係重慶大廈門口負責帶路,如果真係唔識上去同埋會極驚。好彩餐廳都算環境乾淨企理,只係裝修比較舊,但都無影響食物味道!叫左特式香料咖喱雞同埋個薄餅,個咖喱好紅但唔辣,係偏甜的love it ,配埋個好脆薄餅就一流。最後仲叫左咖喱角,同我平時食開小食咖喱角好唔同,外型比較大粒好肥好多料,本人麻麻地,朋友仔就覺得唔錯。下次會想試埋其他味咖喱。

環境半粒星
座數偏僻,必須由職員帶位乘搭升降機,然後繁忙午膳只有一枱客,即是沒有任何人😯😦😦😦😦
重慶大廈入面店舖沒有冷氣,大熱天時30幾度只有風扇,

樓下帶領人員會講openrice點餐8折、今次上到去member只係9折

幾經轉彎,終於到咗E座升降機

我最鍾意食咖喱,香港最有特色嘅印度咖喱就係重慶大廈,今個星期決定想出二食餐好嘅,唔係10分肚餓,口痕想食少少咖喱小食。想去問最出名嘅餸佢就話係咖喱雞,同埋蒜香薄餅,好啦,就既呢兩個嚟試吓,餐前小食有印度嘅薄脆加綠色嘅辣醬,依家我將香香龍龍夠晒啦,正呀,薄脆真係好開胃,不消一會,就已經比我地兩個食晒啦。鐵板雞上枱,熱辣辣,好重香料味,我喜歡食配雞底嘅菜, cut晒啲肉汁,又有鐵板煎到香一向,配上雞肉食真係一流呀,啲雞肉有肉汁,肉質彈牙,食完一舊又一舊,配上蒜香薄餅,個薄餅濕潤度平均,酥油味好重,好香口好香口,好合我胃口。咖喱汁少少辣,好開胃,配上薄餅,一口接一口牛。所有菜式上枱嘅時候都熱辣辣,新鮮做起,今日舖頭人流唔係太多,雖然舖頭唔大,但係因為人多,感覺係疫情中好安全,亦都唔係太嘈吵,算係一個唔錯嘅晚飯地方。

一直都無去過重慶大廈,呢日一班朋友興起就話去重慶大廈食咖哩,上網一搵就係呢一間7E咖喱王。去到重慶大廈,當然我地係唔識路嘅,同門口嘅南亞裔人士講話我地係去7E咖哩王就有人出黎帶路。我地四個人總共叫左兩個咖哩同兩個烤餅,分別係特色香料雞,馬沙拉燴雞,蒜蓉烤餅同牛油烤餅。兩款雞其實各有特色,馬拉沙燴雞椰汁味比較濃,我個人比較鍾意。烤餅方面,蒜蓉烤餅無咩蒜蓉味,反而牛油烤餅比較香,所以我比較推薦大家點牛油烤餅黎同咖哩一齊食。
