今日放工冇嘢做,趕住返屋企打機,就去咗呢間點心度買個點心食,諗住邊打邊食。去到嘅時候雖然唔係好多客,但係都等咗好耐。幫我將啲點心拎到返屋企嘅時候,路程其實只係10分鐘,但係啲點心已經凍哂。我諗本身啲點心已經唔係好夠熱,我叫咗嗰幾個點心都冇一樣係比較吸引,唯獨係個燒賣OK,下次應該唔會再嚟呢間事啦。人哋買外賣就為咗方便,我就買完外賣仲要返屋企用個微波爐叮先食得。 continue reading

尋日假期去開紅磡果頭,揀咗呢間連鎖點心店幫襯,之前間中有去深水埗店,今次係第一次黎呢間分店,黑椒金錢肚太淋、最底果兩舊牛肚酸既,北菇棉花雞d 雞飛水太勁,成碟無味既,包括雞、豬肚、芋頭同冬菇,見到隔離枱埋單時,原來食咗一舊就成碟無再食,鳳凰煎糯米雞d 糯米太淋、無口感,鮮蝦腐皮卷同蝦腸還可以,保持水準既就係蝦餃。因為一路食一路出汗 (其實未開始食都已經好熱),出面33度,所以無心機影相,問侍應點解會無乜冷氣既?開到最大架喇?佢回答 “係!係咁架喇!”見到鋪內有幾把風扇既,但係只係吹住員工包括收銀同廚房出點心個櫃面總結:唔會再幫襯 continue reading

夜晚嚟到位於黃埔站嘅功夫點心食點心, 兩個人點咗四個點心分別係蘿蔔糕 ,生菜鯪魚滑炸兩 ,鳳爪排骨腸粉煲 ,同埋瑤柱鮮蝦菜苗餃 。蘿蔔糕好厚粉, 啲油滲曬出嚟。食到一兩絲蘿蔔絲同埋少少香口嘅蝦米臘味, 尚可接受。生菜鯪魚滑蛋炸兩唔太食得到鯪魚滑。 不過炸兩勝在夠脆, 包裹係炸兩外嘅粉皮幾薄下,唔錯。鳳爪排骨腸粉煲有兩隻鳳爪 ,4,5粒排骨同埋四條腸粉。 腸粉吸收咗排骨同埋鳳爪嘅湯汁,配埋辣椒豉油,好食。菜苗餃外皮煙韌結實,咬落唔會散開曬, 都唔錯。 埋單120蚊,價格算係幾親聞。 continue reading
