This is my first time to try this ice cream place
I have to say it is quite interesting as you get to see how they make it
actually I prefer the atmosphere than the ice cream itself!!!

I'm sorry to say I prefer the traditional kind of ice cream because the traditional kind is smoother

首先店舖外樓梯位那邊有一陣勁烈奶粉嘔奶味,又有一大堆奶水係地下,有點dirty。至於雪糕,真心覺得那個質感唔好味,無牛奶香味只有濃烈的奶粉味,無入口滑滑的口味而食到有渣既感覺。同行幾個朋友都覺得唔好食,唔會再幫襯。

今期四款口味:1) 奶醬脆多2) 海鹽焦糖3) 紫米露4) 芒果菠蘿乳酪No.2及No.4似乎普通了些,而No.1又太過口味創新,還是No.3較為穩陣,所以我就選擇了。果然沒令我失望!跟我們平時所吃的紫米露糖水有95%相似。同樣有吃得到的粒粒紫糯米、有淡淡的奶味,不太甜又夠凍!雖是雪糕的質感卻又不太完全有雪糕的口感。味道稱不上獨特,又沒令人驚喜,卻勝在很紫米露,有其令人擋不住的吸引力!

一向都好鍾意食Lab Made,因為分子雪糕真係好得意,明明食緊雪糕,但個味又唔係雪糕個味喎,真係好過癮,越係精神錯亂越覺得好食~我第一次食既係黑白豆腐花味,好過癮,明明係豆腐花味,但係口感係雪糕,真係好得意~一出左腐竹糖水味我就已經好想食,因為好想知固態既糖水係咩感覺~前日我去開尖沙咀,對腳就會自動波行過去美麗華個邊搵Lab Made,睇下有咩味~咁啱見到無人喎,就梗係即刻落單買啦!$44真係有啲貴,但真係好得意,比銅鑼灣另一間分子雪糕有創意得多,所以都值既~因為無人排隊,所以around 2分鐘就有得食啦~一杯有1.5球,面頭有粒薏米,雪糕就係好似固體版既腐竹糖水囉~薏米味較重,雞蛋味幾乎無,雪糕入面啖啖腐竹碎,好得意。 味道好清,唔算甜(雖然我都覺得甜左啲),食完成杯都無唔舒服,味道好soft,鍾意重口味既朋友可能覺得無味啦~~比起上次食左既斑蘭蛋糕,我覺得呢個好食好多~下次如果出返黑白豆腐花,我一定會買!!唔知會唔會出菠蘿包味呢??

一出左腐竹糖水味我就已經好想食,因為好想知固態既糖水係咩感覺~

一杯有1.5球,面頭有粒薏米,雪糕就係好似固體版既腐竹糖水囉~薏米味較重,雞蛋味幾乎無,雪糕入面啖啖腐竹碎,好得意。 味道好清,唔算甜(雖然我都覺得甜左啲),食完成杯都無唔舒服,味道好soft,鍾意重口味既朋友可能覺得無味啦~~比起上次食左既斑蘭蛋糕,我覺得呢個好食好多~

下次如果出返黑白豆腐花,我一定會買!!唔知會唔會出菠蘿包味呢??
