今日黎呢間餐廳,慶祝特別日子。兩個人都食得好飽,每道菜式既份量都好多下。食完呢餐後有兩道菜式想推薦一下。首先係龍蝦濃湯,正常一見到濃湯呢兩個字既印象都係會覺得偏鹹,一試之下發現個湯好重龍蝦味得黎又唔會過鹹,用黎餸搽滿牛油既麵包食,一流。第二就係佢既特級燒牛肉,加州薄切,牛肉非常嫩滑,雖然呢個只係加州薄切,但其實食食都覺得已經好大塊~至於餐廳既裝修個人覺得都唔錯,空間好闊落,服務都好周到,期待下次有機會會再黎食過!

沙律是最特別,沒想到叉都是這講究,叉係凍上,而且,沙律是即場在客人面前撈既,
大銀色盆底有冰陣住, 這樣的沙律,是最好味,配合酸甜汁及新鮮爽口羅馬生菜,超級鮮甜.加上少少蛋碎,紅菜頭絲,真的十分夾,落少訐Lawry’s自家出品黑椒,更突出沙律香甜味.


牛扒都很有特色,值得一試.在餐廳有一個銀色爐,原來內裡就是牛扒,牛扒車會推到客人面前, 店員會問幾多成熟及需要要加厚與否,我地叫五成熟不需加厚後,就立即切出來,碟是熱的, 放埋薯蓉就可上檯,
唔駛煮但亦有專門廚師為這牛扒而存在,廚師的制服亦配一個大獎牌係心口,相信是這牛扒值得來食的原因了. 牛肉是非常嫩, 沒有”穌”味,似牛腩片上, 而汁是淡味的,另配有一個梳乎里蛋糕,店員話配汁食既,但其實不太夾,不過都有新意.


魚柳亦很香脆及肉質滑又無骨, 配合薯蓉焗蔬菜,很好味.原來只叫一個套餐已很足夠.


法式芝士焗釀蟹蓋,蟹肉很香,很豐富口感.正.


龍蝦都係必選的,因為試過就知加錢是非常值得的.


提拉米蘇甜品正常.


下次會再約朋友去試下,整體環境安靜舒適.

先講下個牛扒,第一啖咬落去係完全估唔到係咁多汁!同埋一啲都唔"鞋",肉汁味好重,同煎牛扒相比,係二回事黎!
薯蓉亦都好正,偏重牛油香,撈埋肉汁食,一流!

另外叫左個抄雜菇,但就普普通通,唔難食但又冇驚喜。

為慶祝屋企人生日,決定食一餐fine dining,已經是第二次光顧lawry’s,book枱時說明有人生日,餐廳會貼心地詢問生日者的名字,另外贈送附有字句的生日甜品。當日我地三人分別叫了燒牛肉(California cut)、燒羊架以及香煎鱸魚拼帶子三道classic set。先上的是麵包配以鮮牛油,麵包質感軟熟,且外脆內軟,加上香滑的鮮牛油當然是絕配。接下來的是鮮菌忌廉湯,鮮菌味香濃得帶出了整個湯豐富的味道,而湯一直維持於介乎暖至微燙的溫度更為這道湯加了分。喝過湯後便到我最期待的招牌spinning bowl salad,店員先用餐車推出放置於冰塊上的沙律,再顧名思義邊轉動沙律盤邊攪拌內裏的沙律,光看着店員快速而純熟的手勢已是一種餐前的享受,分配過沙律後店員更考究地為我們提供雪凍了的叉以作食用,冰凍的沙律果然口感特別爽脆,秘製的沙律汁及紅菜頭絲亦為沙律額外增加清新的感覺,這道沙律果然名不虛傳,必食無疑。終於到主菜,先推來另一架大餐車切割燒牛肉,California cut的牛肉為6oz,另配以Yorkshire puddling,粉紅色的牛肉juicy且牛肉香味極之濃郁,肉質軟稔,

喝過湯後便到我最期待的招牌spinning bowl salad,店員先用餐車推出放置於冰塊上的沙律,再顧名思義邊轉動沙律盤邊攪拌內裏的沙律,光看着店員快速而純熟的手勢已是一種餐前的享受,分配過沙律後店員更考究地為我們提供雪凍了的叉以作食用,冰凍的沙律果然口感特別爽脆,秘製的沙律汁及紅菜頭絲亦為沙律額外增加清新的感覺,這道沙律果然名不虛傳,必食無疑。

終於到主菜,先推來另一架大餐車切割燒牛肉,California cut的牛肉為6oz,另配以Yorkshire puddling,粉紅色的牛肉juicy且牛肉香味極之濃郁,肉質軟稔,其實吃了幾口都已經飽了一大半,6oz已足夠三人share。Yorkshire puddling的配撘一個驚喜,鬆軟而淡味的puddling竟和牛肉如此相配,一口牛一口puddling叫人停不下來。相比之下,燒羊架反而沒有燒牛肉般出色,若外身能燒成香脆會更能帶出羊肉的香味,如今羊味未算突出得來食落感到有點膩口。然而,香煎鱸魚拼帶子卻是另一個驚喜,魚身雖厚,但火候煎得剛好,肉質嫩滑並帶出濃烈的魚香,特別值得一提其醬汁,為魚的香味昇華,本以為這裏的賣點只有牛肉,想不到海鮮亦有一手。

Lawry’s serves semi-buffet brunch in weekend only, the food is amazingly good and price is reasonable. We started with a glass of wine or juice, and then we had unlimited salad including veggie, shrimps, mussels, smoked salmon etc. The clam chowder soup was very tasty too. There are various choices of main courses, and we ordered their infamous roasted prime rib. It was very juicy, tender and delicious. 總結:
塊牛肉可以話係同種類做法入面食過最好食亦都最有肉汁,價錢偏貴但係對比質素嚟講個人覺得真係值得一試。
