這晚在銅鑼灣想吃得輕營一點，找到這家新開的LCB EXPRESS，衝著有YOGURT BOWL的餐牌而來。店子位於駱克駅，一出電梯就是餐廳，室內大約有二十多個座位，挺舒適的。急不及待，二人各點了一款YOGURT BOWL！上菜時，內心實在嚇了一跳，我從未吃過如此小巧份量的YOGURT BOWL，因為這個BOWL真的只有一個飯碗SIZE，根本不夠吃啊....我點的是LCB YOLO，很有趣乳酪是藍藍的顏色，甜度適中。另一款是GNARLY GREEN，乳酪底是另一種口味，而且比較多GRANOLA。這裡選用的GRANOLA是市區各大藥房均有出售的某個日本品牌，有點誠意不足呢說真的，索價$78一碗，我會期待更高一點水準及份量。最後，再追加一份茄子蘑菇帕尼尼填飽肚子。即叫即做，味道也挺不錯的

1. LCB Express is a newly opened restaurant and bar in Causeway Bay with al freso dining area. However, I didn’t get to enjoy the outdoor dining area this time under the rainy weather.2. This Coco NUTS! is a delicious yogurt bowl with cacao powder, cashew, banana, granola, shredded dark chocolate, chia seeds and honey.3. The selfie cappuccino is amazingly gorgeous and the cappuccino tastes good too. Love the four different healthy yoghurt bowls with different powder which give different flavour to the yoghurt. LCB’s signature is that it offers healthy food and drinks. There are sandwiches and pastries and set lunch and dinner with very good price. This will be one of my favourite places to keep myself clean and fit. The service is lovely too!

LCB is a in a prime location at Causeway Bay. It offers varieties of healthy food and my favourite are the yoghurt bowls. Four choices of yoghurt bowls with different fruits and healthy powder! Very good price for set dinner as it comes with a salad and a soup, a main and a dessert! The poached egg with multigrain rice is also very delicious.The grilled salmon is nicely cook and non oily at all with zucchini.

今晚黎到LCB express，因為朋友一直想試佢碗yogurt bowl！一入到駱克駅就會見到佢個招牌。上到黎3樓，餐廳環境好有外國屋企嘅感覺。我地係佢今晚第一枱客！餐牌只有2個，再加埋佢寫係黑板上既dinner set。黎到呢度一定要試佢出名既yogurt bowl，今次我地試左Berry Barrel $88, 裡面係Acai Berry powder, strawberry, banana, Granola, Chia seeds & Honey。非常好味，又醒胃，十分滿意！下次唔係太肚餓黎食一碗都夠飽。黑毛豬沙律配黑醋汁$148，沙律菜係用玻璃樽上。旁邊既藜麥，佢教你倒入個玻璃樽同沙律菜拌勻先倒出黎。豬扒煎得夠淋，不過以呢個價錢豬扒嘅份量就有啲少。醃制雞胸，係烤雞胸釀菠菜及芝士配紐奧良香草。雞肉烤得好滑，旁邊既薯角同燒雜菜都好好食，調味適中！不過裡面既菠菜係一條條咁，有啲難切開，如果菠菜切碎釀入雞胸會更好。整體來說是一間很好的餐廳，服務員好有禮貌，食物有營養又健康，yogurt好好食，一定要去試下。不過價錢唔平，2個人食3樣野75折完都要3百幾，要食得健康就係要付出代價！記得

Cheese and spinach stuffed chicken🐔($168)Flavouring for this thick meaty chicken breast was incredible!The chicken was stuffed with cheese and spinach which added flavour and texture. 昨晩與朋友去了這間新開業的餐廳, LCB express 在銅鑼灣, 環境清雅, 食物質素極好, 侍應友善禮貌。Order 2 個ˊFull set沙津非常Fresh ,sauce 有vinegar, 柚子餐湯是磨菇湯配ㄧ個小麵包, 極好我order 牛扒well done , 但肉質很嫰朋友order 三文魚, 也好好味甜品朱古力蛋糕和檸檬蛋糕。極好味朱古力very rich但蛋糕ㄧD都唔drytexture very nice 和滑。檸檬蛋糕, fresh , natural not sweet at allvery nicely made而家在apps store 登記LCB 成為會員, 重可以立即有100 積分, 换ㄧ杯80積分的welcome drinkfresh and delicious佢地係点点绿的老板開, 因此用料也是点点绿的產品, 值得推介给各位餐廳除了indoors 也有outdoors 方便吸煙食客。

Amazing job with their proteins, Grilled Duck Breast was super delicious, no MSG included! Super healthy too! The smoothie bowls are so tasty (LCB Yolo & Coco NUTS!) The Grilled Duck Breast was perfectly cooked, medium rare as how I wanted it. The savoury taste of the duck and sauces come together perfectly, as it is not too salty nor bland. Fell in love with the sauce made for this dish, and combining with the mash potato and squash, it gives off the perfect balance to the dish itself.LCB Yolo

Came here on a Friday afternoon for lunch. The place was really well decorated and had a nice chill vibe. The staff were really friendly and recommended the lunch specials to us; I ordered a prawn risotto and it came with either a soup/salad, and a drink. The soup of the day was carrot soup and it was surprisingly good. The risotto was really creamy and delicious. I’d definitely recommend this.
