      其实来这里不是很方便,地铁没直达,在上水站下车后还要去公车站转77K路在莲塘尾站下,再往车尾方向走半分钟才到。      煎鸡尾包(HKD$12):鸡尾包吃过,但就没吃过煎的,还可以,不算甜,椰丝挺香。    猪扒餐(HKD$36):包括一个猪扒包和一杯咖啡。    猪扒包:包身很脆,但是太干,而且猪扒肉有点柴,比较逊色。    即磨咖啡:反倒是这杯咖啡有带给我惊喜, 浓厚而不苦涩,好喝。

第一次來,我們是光顧下午茶的,在下午茶時段,食包包就是最正確的選擇,奶醬厚多士就是我們其中一個分享的選擇。令人開心的,不單止是這一片厚多士 (不要抽水),是多士上的煉奶同花生醬,香濃香滑,多士又外脆內香軟,是一個很容易令人滿足的厚多士。

我點了一客煎菠蘿包。吓,呢餅野係菠蘿包? 對! 這是一個壓扁了的菠蘿包,同樣,這兒的煎雞尾包,也是這樣被壓扁的。這樣把包仔壓扁,就是因為要用平底鑊把包子煎脆。味道沒什麼特別,都是一般菠蘿包的味道,但其底面都是脆的,再者,菠蘿包的脆皮煎實在,令面層的硬皮更脆口,更甜。簡單把麵包壓扁煎一煎,既可增添美味又有特色,幾好諗頭。

另一個週末,我們再來食中午飯。據說,此店是客家人開的店,晚上會提供客家的菜色,而中午的碟頭飯,也可以找到充滿客家色彩的飯食,所以,一打開餐牌,我眼中只有梅菜扣肉。但,當我再望多眼,我發現了客家炆豬肉飯,客家炆豬肉就是我家過時過節一定會食到的美食,且看看上水的客家炆豬肉,同我在西貢食的客家炆豬肉有什麼分別。

這客家炆豬肉,明顯地沒我食慣的味道濃,加有咸菜,加有正常該有的木耳,而連皮及以肥肉為主的豬腩肉,味道正宗 (但不及我堂兄煮的濃味),而且非常之腍,好食。我有意見主要是因為我重口味。

野菌炒伊麵,是我太太同外母的素食食品。本是上週的午市套餐 menu,但是日的午餐並沒有炒伊麵,打開 menu 又沒有這一個 item。幸好,嘴是掛在口邊的,問了一問,表明了食素,廚房的一句OK,就清炒出一碟豉油王野菌炒伊麵了。豉味香,豉味濃,伊麵又夠煙韌,非常之惹味。

這一間說地方小而又不細的鄉郊茶座,的的確確是一個隱世的食事處,也可以說是真真正正的隱世美食。餐廳上上下下都非常之友善,加上有大 car park,門口又有巴士及小巴站,雖位於鄉郊,但非常之方便。而且,這店位於哥爾夫球場旁,有機會見到達官貴人同明星添。

真係可以用非常好味的豬扒包,唔洗過大海,原來就係香港,仲係新界鄉村茶座,好懷舊.一場嚟到四個人都決定要食'招牌豬扒包'.豬扒真的很嫩,還有肉汁,很容易咬,絕唔係嗰種死腍質地,無彈性嗰種,醬汁均勻,調味得很好,洋蔥只係輕輕炒過,不會過熟,麵包外皮薄,脆,內裡嫩,一口咬落,真的香味無比,外出真係食唔倒,非常滿足,真令人念念不忙,知道榮昌處理豬扒,係用人手一下一下揼鬆啲肉,唔會落鬆肉粉,所以好有咬口.其實當日還點了,滷水雞中翼,色澤光亮,顏色好深色,外表好似瑞士汁雞翼嗰種,但絕對唔係瑞士汁,這碟雞翼非常好好味,滷汁很香,唔似滷水汁,味道很特別,好複雜,好難食到呢款滷水雞翼嘅味道,好香好香,皮好滑好滑,肉非常之嫩滑,無得頂,好味到要再encore,因為一碟有5隻.另外,呢到有好多特色,懷舊特飲,雪糕紅豆冰,涼粉奶茶等等,話晒係"茶座"總括:外出真係食唔倒,無得挑剔.(唯獨是:價錢好唔鄉郊 )

其實當日還點了,滷水雞中翼,色澤光亮,顏色好深色,外表好似瑞士汁雞翼嗰種,但絕對唔係瑞士汁,這碟雞翼非常好好味,滷汁很香,唔似滷水汁,味道很特別,好複雜,好難食到呢款滷水雞翼嘅味道,好香好香,皮好滑好滑,肉非常之嫩滑,無得頂,好味到要再encore,因為一碟有5隻.

另外,呢到有好多特色,懷舊特飲,雪糕紅豆冰,涼粉奶茶等等,話晒係"茶座"

總括:外出真係食唔倒,無得挑剔.(唯獨是:價錢好唔鄉郊
)

喺呢間餐廳食過三四次飯,冇一次有影相,因為每次都係客請食飯,我一般都唔會影啲食物,亦因為係咁所以冇諗過會寫佢嘅食評。平時喺呢度食飯,我連餐牌都懶揭,只會叫是日午餐,算食得好簡單,今日比較特別,個客拍緊車,未入到來,就攞個餐牌揭下,發現阿蘇曾講過呢度有全港最好食嘅豬朳包,有咁高嘅評價,本來想叫個試下,但係嗰日係入冬以來最凍嘅一日,一個包根本唔夠飽,因為唔係自己埋單,又叫包又叫飯唔係咁好意思,所以叫左個豬朳飯食算。豉油豬朳飯 HK$42睇啲豬朳骨位並非据口,估計係新鮮朳,一啖咬落驗証無誤,充滿肉汁,鮮甜異常,而且不帶雪味,豬朳確係得!但係豬份量真係頗細,最多得塊半(切開哂) ,佢地間鋪響啲上水吊腳位,鋪租平,講真件頭可以大番啲,唔好咁寒酸;仲有佢地碟飯都好細碟,以當日咁凍嘅天氣嚟講,我係唔多夠嘅。總結 :雖然味道唔錯,應該未至於好似阿蘇講到嘅全港最好咁正, 加埋杯HK$16嘅熱檸蜜,呢餐飯要HK$58,性價比只係一般。

總結 :雖然味道唔錯,應該未至於好似阿蘇講到嘅全港最好咁正, 加埋杯HK$16嘅熱檸蜜,呢餐飯要HK$58,性價比只係一般。

好中意食榮昌燒乳鴿,黎親都食~燒到外皮酥香又脆又香口,鴿味又香,唔伯好SO!味道入味,真係好好味!一咬落去D肉汁同油流哂出來好味好好味!!呢度既麵包都好唔錯呀,鬆軟又多餡,唔伯好似食空氣咁,最愛菠蘿包,個菠蘿皮又脆又香牛油味!
