To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

學校早放,飄在去大圍搵食。撇除椰林閣、日本料理、腸粉、扒王,甜品舖、speak easy又未開,記得大圍有間冰室,就去試試。沙田唯一冰室。可能因為裝修過,感覺上唔太舊式。但見牆有點黑黑,玻璃檯面一條條的花痕,舊式維記雪櫃,加上地上放著樽裝可樂箱,都帶點舊。簡簡單單點左個午餐。估唔到一黎就四樣野一齊黎。牛油多士:暖暖的,多士烘得幾脆,牛油又塗得足,唔錯五香肉丁意:意粉被湯浸腍,有幾條菜,肉丁反而比較難咬開,唔腍腸仔蛋:腸仔好鹹,蛋味道ok但好多油奶茶:茶味重過奶味,有點澀幫襯的人似乎街坊熟客多,也有地盤工人,同店員有講有笑,店員唔使問都知道佢地想食乜。沙田區舊式茶記都買少見少,而家自己反而想d舊式茶記唔好裝修,繼續保持原貌。但,這是沒可能的事。

幫襯的人似乎街坊熟客多,也有地盤工人,同店員有講有笑,店員唔使問都知道佢地想食乜。

沙田區舊式茶記都買少見少,而家自己反而想d舊式茶記唔好裝修,繼續保持原貌。但,這是沒可能的事。

普通既舊式茶室

日期: 2004 年08 月23 日個人覺得呢間冰室並無特別之處，但亦算有舊式茶室feel。因為現存冰室又有閣樓既算買少見少！之於食物種類不多，午餐算不過不失，有多士跟蛋及七款通粉麵可供選擇，味道唔差。見餐牌紙上有燴意粉、米線及少許飯類可叫。
