朋友推介去咗一間手工火鍋刺身店聚餐, 因為我們一行八人一行人一齊遲,哈哈, 差不多時候通知服務員 全部菜可以, 一上到來已擺設食物,環境沒得輸,尤其那個電動轉盤,不會使得因為尷尬食不到對面很遠的 食物哈哈, 按制電轉盤轉過來就可以。首先食,當然係刺身,食物新鮮已經勝過一切,擺設精美,每人逐個拍照也用咗很多時間🤣, 去到招牌火焰 椰子雞鍋,因為預先幫我們做好,店員說,是即場鍋內 花雕酒著火炒香雞件,再倒入兩個椰青,最後加上特別熬製高湯 。一般 客人會打卡拍攝火焰炒雞,這次錯過了下次必定早啲到。手切牛肉又好專業,有牛雪花牛頸脊和吊籠半選擇,店員專業解釋,我也增加了知識,品質好的手切牛肉真的就是不一樣,之後叫咗幾碟。小食也講究,黃金炸魚皮,即炸的香脆,鹹蛋黃醬再包上一層炒香,味道十分可口。野生竹笙王皇, 個名好勁,叫咗一碟,肥大圆挺,足足8吋長,未試過,食落爽口, 下次過來必食。還有那個新鮮鵝腸,看上去就知道,附著一層油高,輕輕一灼,爽口油香濃鬱,其他食店看不到有這等質素鵝腸, 一般都是雪藏沒有油膏削削的。還有個沒拍攝的豬潤,喜歡食豬潤的一定要試,新鮮爽口不柴。 continue reading

今次真係捉住11月的尾巴😂同11月之星食個生日飯,天氣涼涼地打邊爐絕對係聚會既第一選擇。朋友1號話最近去過尖沙咀厚福街一間上樓火鍋店質素不錯,叫 @mr_hotpot_h8 「火鍋先生」,人數多的話仲有VIP房可以訂,不過今次得5個人就正常咁訂位好了!「火鍋先生」唔計二間VIP 房大約8-10枱座位,為免白行都建議先訂座,裝修風格有點似酒吧,其中二張仲係卡位,枱與枱之間空間都夠闊,坐得比較舒服😌壽星仔女話想食刺身,店員推介左象拔蚌同唔記得咩魚😂象拔蚌好大盤,夠新鮮好甜好爽口,不消10分鐘已經落哂我地個肚!另外既魚刺身都好爽都幾唔錯,師傅刀工都幾好件件平均,而且晶瑩剔透!另外加錢將魚頭去炸變成小食,又幾唔錯喎!另外我地都叫左半打生蠔🦪,未開始打邊爐已經飽左一半🤣食完刺身就當然到鍋底上枱時間,我地選擇店家推薦最受歡迎頭三甲既其中一款,「花膠竹笙瑤柱冬瓜雞鍋」😂 滋補系列,除左花膠竹笙都係一大亮點,好少見到咁大條仲要咁多,雞湯底好濃郁冬瓜入哂味❤️打邊爐點可以無牛肉,除非你唔食牛架啫⋯⋯五個人叫碟雙拼加多條牛橋🤣岩岩好,再加碟小食咸蛋黃魚片頭,完美終結!*設有加一服務費 continue reading

香港人普遍愛打邊爐,我亦不例外。之前來過這家火鍋店印象中不錯,決定和朋友再來試試!首先湯底選了店員推薦的火焰椰子雞鍋~強烈的酒香味,加上整整2個椰青水,在烈火表演後,水滾後熄火5分鐘,先飲湯,後吃雞。湯是清甜好味,雞是嫩滑酒香!再來是重頭戲牛肉!本人吃火鍋其實主打吃牛肉!這裡牛肉竟然有部位選擇!😍吊龍,雪花,肥胼~ 最後我選了雪花!原來雪花就是頸脊位呢~ 這肉味跟油脂感我覺得剛剛好😋再來點了肥鵝腸,白松露蟹肉餃,菜福籃肥鵝腸仲有白色果啲肥肥🙃 我個人黎講最鐘意! 白松露蟹肉餃勁好食!可能因為我鐘意松露系列!🤓跟住就飽左,2個人食唔到咁多野⋯淨係食晒啲雞其實都半飽左⋯😂整體黎講我覺得好好食! 下次試埋其他湯底先! continue reading
