MANA! Fast Slow Food (Closed)

情人節獨個兒走到這間頗特別的餐廳一踏進餐廳人人都看著戴上了口罩的我這些食客聚散在不同的各落但他們都同時間一齊看著我或許 因為他們全部人都沒戴口罩吧所以我比較特別當然 他們都在吃東西又怎會戴著口罩呢選了一個沒有人的空間對著街景慢慢品嚐這個素捲味道真的很Green，好像食草咁還有那杯綠色一入口就想吐的西芹汁怎料再飲，發現幾清新好味當我認真喝的時候感到自己有點瘋竟然被它吸引人生就是這樣喜歡靜靜的休息這不叫做歲月靜好這叫做遠離人群安心食

最近成日響公司直接食埋晚餐，發現mana既flat bread響food panda無話貴太多，而且係啲熱同凍都咁好食既食物，所以變成我既常餐！因為網上外賣平台有優惠卷未用既關係，扣埋真係幾抵！分享下我常叫既combo就係wholemeal flat，tempeh，牛油果，菠菜同roasted veggie(即係啲茄子等等)。tempeh勁有益，但平時又少機會食，加上我覺得單食個味好怪，加去wrap又唔錯！牛油果好多時都要加錢，又貴，不過mana個wrap本身可以揀牛油果，所以大推！另外兩個係菜。我有時都會輪換下要cauliflower等等，補充下唔同營養。

近排需要轉下口味食健康小小，lunch time過來食個素食沙律，要咗一個small salad，一個盒仔唔係好大，不過裡面裝滿咗了，所以份量都算可以，一個人夠食，裡面蔬菜種類唔少，有南瓜、矮瓜、翠玉瓜、番茄等等的好多，而且每一樣都煮得啱啱好，唔會好軟身，加多杯野飲Green juice，覺得唔錯。

今日嘅lunch食得健康D，就來呢度點salad，點咗一個smal lsalad同埋一杯Green juice拎走飯屋企食.雖然系small size但系我都喺覺得分量好大，裏邊好多種蔬菜，翠玉瓜，南瓜，藜麥，矮瓜仲有好多，sauce唔系好對我胃口，但系都算唔好食。飲品我好中意！喺用蔬菜打出來嘅好似仲有生果羽衣甘藍蘋果等等，呢個都好健康又好飲。

琴日食中式素就三十一蚊，今日食西式既就即刻八十蚊。不過沙律一向貴，加上Mana薄有名氣，八十蚊細沙律依然要排隊。之前試過佢既wrap都ok，今日就黎食個沙律！午市成點鍾去都要排隊，不過好快。要左個細沙律，八十蚊都幾貴。佢每日有個牌寫住有邊幾款，我直接要哂。唯獨佢其中一個係spinach, halloumi and pumpkin，本身想唔要，因為唔食羊奶，點知佢勁好地可以走到個芝士，抵讚！個盒好細，不過佢就塞滿日既。整體黎講好食，不過較為多醬，感覺唔似好健康！

A place that is having a positive footprint for the planet, a central location where finding plant based food is easy, fast service (average is around 5-10mins) where food is fresh, good taste and has proper recycling and composting options, this is probably if not the only one, one of the few that does it. It was a rainy day but we still want to go for Mana for some healthy and green food to change the vibe a bit.We have ordered the full green wholemeal wrap and the lentil soup. The wrap was quite disappointing... The sauce was too strong and creamy for our liking... doesnt taste healthy at all. We tried so hard to finish them but we failed. take away Green Friday.今日天氣太熱，想吃得清一點。叫左一個應咀豆，牛油果，青瓜 ，bb波菜 (BLISS) 全部都係我愛吃的菜, 個flat是自己整，同賣俾你前個toast一下先，但佢不是整脆佢的。回公司打開暖暖地，佢個flat會有少少chewing感真係唔錯，唔係間間都有。本人是個小staff,95HKD對於我想講覺得有點貴久唔久豪一餐，健康D都可以的。今日friday要happyD所以買多塊cookie,happy Friday afternoon.店員笑客非常好，可能不是本地人，比較熱情。其實佢重有health super juice,但幾十蚊一杯，我就飲唔起啦。回公司飲免費黑啡。Vegan high recommend 評：9/10

Ordered a salad, which cost $119 - sauces/dressings are extra - and it was literally a handful of kale with a few olives, a small square of halloumi and an absolutely inedible hockey puck of a falafel (I'm not a picky eater at all, but I could not swallow even a bite, it was so dense and dry). 近來想吃得無甘肥膩，就同朋友search下中環附近有咩沙律賣既餐廳，就見到Mana! 近近地就去試下～噢～去到門口覺得熟口熟面！其實成日都經過，仲以為入面係食steak添～原來呢間成間都不賣肉！🤗自助式既～去到自己落order自己搵位～落完order就等拎野食啦我同朋友叫左兩個half, 一個Love 一個Bliss ~ 仲加個combo chips添！牆上仲有教你點樣食roll～ 一打開，滿滿的火箭菜呀！好鍾意呀～你吾好以為甘多菜好乾！但配合埋其他材料～佢比想像中juicy! 都幾好味呀～ 同埋佢個chips 係厚身架！啖啖肉甘！好味！一路食一路好多網上外賣平台出爐！看來呢間都係好多人既心頭好！我也會再來的！
