2015最後的盛宴,來了九龍城吃海鮮大餐,在此先謝過葉哥哥請客。Manner 瑟縮於九龍城的住宅區,由唐樓改建而成。最低層是售賣高級食材的店舖,1/F 是餐飲區,2/F 是 private room,我們的房間容得下8人,最低消費為 $5,500。這是1/F的餐飲區,裝修佈置都見心思,廚房及蠔吧亦設在此樓層。這是2/F 其中一間 private room,室內設計簡約有品味,我尤其喜歡那木製吊燈。生蠔和巴馬火腿是這裡的招牌菜,這晚我們試了3款蠔,分別是 White Pearl、gillardeau 及 Mass 。先吃白珍珠蠔,海水味適中,入口不太鹹,肉身肥大爽滑,不錯。接着吃石蠔 Gillardeau 入口由鮮入甜,繼而嚐到海水的鹹味。。最後吃較罕有的 Mass Oyster, 礦物味亦較為突出, 咬開蠔身後隨著而來的鮮甜味慢慢湧現出來,大家都讚好。另一名物是 Parma Ham,由於72個月的售罄,所以我們選了48個月,味道不會過鹹,肉質保持濕潤,是不錯,但我始終喜歡吃比較薄身及柔軟的那種 parma ham。另一必吃小食是鵝肝多士,雖然 size 極嬌小,但卻給人留下良好的印象。

另一必吃小食是鵝肝多士,雖然 size 極嬌小,但卻給人留下良好的印象。多士夠脆,鵝肝熱辣味濃,再加上魚子醬的鹹香,配搭得宜。

炭燒西冷扒亦做得出色,火喉控制得好好,出來的效果是令人滿意的 medium rare,炭燒為西冷扒增添不少風味。肉質軟腍,牛味濃郁,大人細路都讚好。

甜品併盤當中最出色的是那溶岩芝士蛋糕,芝士味香濃,流心情度令人滿意。Creme Brulee, 朱古力甜麵包及雪糕就是一般水準。

從前係福佬村道既Manner。搬到黎嘉林邊道。更易停車一點。到進去是外國食材店既樣子。原來用餐區別有洞天。要在店旁上一層樓梯才到。裝潢典雅舒適。大片玻璃透著黃昏既陽光。用上麻纜裝飾吊燈。有趣。在樓下店中買了枝Mojito 。店員說加冰加梳打水就行。果然不錯。蠔吧種類不少。就要了NAMIBIA。SOUTH PACIFIC同Gillardeau  #0。NAMIBIA質素有驚喜。裙邊爽脆。蠔身厚而CREAMY中有濃濃既蠔味。另外兩款就質素正常。唯一要挑剔既係有兩隻開得邊碎左。如果唔識就尾開啦。要了兩個小食下酒。煙鵪𪂹肶一客六隻。煙薰味足。偏咸。肉質係像金腿般既一絲絲。考牙力的。下酒的確唔錯。可惜係預製食物。店方只係煎兩下。如果係現制既。咬落去有肉質仲有血水吱出黎既話。你話幾好。另一個係肝醬多士。有心機既一道。肝醬卷成圓形切片。略煎後放上切得太小一樣既多士片上。煎得外脆而不散油。上面丁點既黑松露醬。令味道更富層次。一客有十件。算抵食。最後想暖暖胃。叫個龍蝦湯。上黎既時候。竟然係一隻DOUBLE SHOT EXPRESSO SIZE索價88。有點貴。夠濃夠香夠BODY就係份量唔夠。埋單千三。單
