I got the Full on flavour sour cream and jalapeno combo mix for $32 but unfortunately they were too salty with a strong sour cream taste and the Jalapeno taste was not there.Next time I am going to get the chedder cheese or salt and black pepper flavour.

早前中午時分再次路經M&S，沒甚麼特別事要做所以又入內逛逛發現到了新出的麥糖燕麥餅，看似十分健康，當天又正有特價，原價$36，現只需要$30，就買盒一試Honey & oat breakfast biscuits主要以小麥、燕麥、大麥、牛奶、蜜糖及果仁製成，應該比較高纖相對健康吧盒內的燕麥餅2塊2塊獨立包好，即使吃得慢也不怕受潮而變淋燕麥餅不算厚身，入口沒有鬆脆的感覺，質感帶點韌力，甜度不高，味道較淡，但細嚼下傳內一陣燕麥香，若厚身一點相信口感更佳

文職人員通病就是坐得太多，經常腰酸背痛。所以午飯後大多會與同事萬無目的地遊走中環，今日走到marks & spencer 門前就走進去逛逛由於喜歡吃包類，所以第一時間走到麵包部細看一番，款式不算太多，但比一般的包店較為特色，之前亦有試過這裡的冬甩及蘋果批，很喜歡冬甩帶點韌力的質感，而蘋果批則一般，蘋果較為爽口，而蘋果蓉的濕潤，導致酥皮變得淋身這次選擇了燕麥南瓜籽乾果方塊 $13，以燕麥、牛奶、提子乾、紅莓乾、南瓜籽、牛油等製成薄身小方塊，方塊充滿濃濃的牛油香，味道帶甜，燕麥為方塊帶來嚼感，南瓜子則十分香脆，所有材料混在一起，味道很好。但略嫌牛油糖放得較為重手，令健康燕麥餅變成致肥的原兇了
