To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

每次來美心MX~~也是下班後想直接食晚飯的第一個選擇MX雜扒餐$69每次都叫MX雜扒餐，個餐包括雞扒、豬扒、牛肉腸同埋煙肉！有時揀黑椒汁或者燒汁，btw靈魂係條腸，多條腸少條腸成件事爭好遠。個餐有配埋酥皮龍蝦湯，個湯其實都有少少龍蝦碎喺入面，個酥皮吉穿佢再摺埋四隻角浸湯係基本動作。湯味道還好，有少少海鮮。雜果啫喱有屋企自家製味道，軟軟的，但覺得甜左少少⋯就這樣，下班後過了一個平凡而精彩的港式茶餐廳風味

今日去咗鰂魚涌呢一邊返工，順便就喺地鐵站附近嘅一間美心食咗個下午茶，呢一個下午茶係一個套餐，有叉燒飯，咖喱三寶，同埋一杯飲品，我就揀咗熱檸茶，整體嚟講都唔算太貴，我覺得呢一個價錢都係可以接受！埋單$39，正常。迷你叉燒飯，叉燒有少少乾，不過佢呢一個份量下午茶嚟講我覺得其實都係可以接受，只不過味道真係麻麻哋，叉燒嘅部位應該都係啲頭頭尾尾，問左餐廳嘅店員佢都話冇得選擇。咖喱三寶嘅味道就非常香濃，我覺得呢一個反而比較好食，鍾意食佢嘅豬皮，全部深入晒咖哩味道。

好多人都話香港餐廳差, 真係無講錯的, 呢個所謂雞扒飯, 個扒字真係要從新定義, 尺寸只得比隻雞蛋大小小, 基本上兩口就食咗, 咩都無跟就收50元, 諗住餸小就食多小小飯算啦, 點知又要加錢先得, 小家得佢吖, 你睇下深圳飯店或面店, 無限任加, 好多仲放個飯煲响度比你自己裝, 任食, 香港咁多餐廳執笠都係自已攞嚟, 唔低可憐

我今午聽完講座，就去左鰂魚涌英皇道行街，順道去位於英皇道734號友邦香港大樓地下2A號舖的美心快餐食晚餐。我點左雜錦（炸蝦、雞扒和豬肉腸）配薯菜，有隻太陽蛋和酥皮龍蝦湯的扒餐$79，還有雜果啫喱。滿意飽餐，好味又好食。
