To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 結果當我哋已經為兩張枱落咗兩個套餐並埋單嘅時候,結果我哋見到人哋其他枱係坐埋一齊、可以用膠板隔開。
然後我地搵返嗰一位副經理對質嘅時候,嗰一位副經理黑晒面狡辯話係我哋自己要求、又話係我哋自己要兩個套餐,仲串七七話佢俾咗我哋揀可以一齊坐或者唔一齊,係我哋自己揀嘅。
但其實我哋只係有一位幾歲小朋友,如果佢當初有俾我哋揀,我哋唔會夾硬搵個大人要坐開一台。
中環美心皇宮環境唔錯,面向維港,空間寛敞,無柱位。坐低後先叫鐵觀音,呢度茶葉特別香,唔知係唔係同區份有關
今日叫左叉燒同燒腩仔,果然名不虛傳,中環呢間質素都非常好
蜜汁叉燒色澤鮮豔,肉質美味多汁,食落時軟熟。而燒腩仔每件肥瘦均勻,外皮香脆。呢兩款燒味當然要配白飯一齊食先好味
At last we picked the stuffed fish maw with shrimp paste rather than dessert. We have no regret for this choice.

拆卸左皇后碼頭之後我都冇再去過大會堂嘅美心皇宮,而家呢度真係好冷清,晚飯時段都係得大約10台客人。
上湯龍蝦味道唔錯,但唔算好大隻,份量我覺得比較少。肉質都結實,兩個人分享還好,三個人或以上我就唔建議了。
蒜蓉蒸扇貝都叫做好大隻,蒸得亦都剛剛好,粉絲都幾多,對於夜晚唔食飯嘅我哋,有啲粉絲幫忙填一填個肚都係好事。
值得讚嘅係呢碟薑汁芥蘭,芥蘭淨係用菜遠部份,而且比較厚皮嘅地方都已經批左,所以入口更加覺得鮮嫩爽口。
清清淡淡一餐,同朋友傾吓計,回憶下兒時嘅點滴都係一件開心嘅事,可能我真係老喇。
The architectural design inside was very elegant and there was an amazing view of the Victoria Harbour! This was my first time going to a cart dim sum place which was very unique. The food was exquisite, the bao was soft, char siu was a good fatty cut and the various dim sums had a nice flavour. I especially enjoyed the special deep-fried custard-filled sesame balls.

我們早了 15 分鐘,不用等位,坐下看到一本懷舊餐牌,設計幾得意!
茗茶每位 $18, 叫了最穩妥的普洱,節目 8 點開始,4 位就叫了 4 個小菜,比較快嘛!!
除了餐前小食味道比較正常,其他 4 個菜幾乎都是差不多的味道,不是誇張,真的,而且味精很重,味道也偏咸,尤其是那個魚香茄子,男士們齊齊叫了白飯!也要不停喝水!
真的不懂用什麼評語!除了豆腐煲,其他都是差不多的味道 !不吃不是損失 !
埋單有個笑話,簽賬後服務員忘記還我hubby 信用卡💳!正在猶豫的時候, 幸好等了一會就回頭
叉燒腸腸粉是滑滑的滿滿的餡料,口感也不錯
棉花雞,分量充足,有蘇建雞喎和魚肚,未到剛好,不會太鹹,也不算油膩
菠蘿叉燒包,脆脆的皮配上很入味的叉燒,這個10分推介
魚鬆炆鴛鴦米,份量也足夠五至六人,每人一碗,不會太油膩
鹹水角,也是屬正常的
紅綠豆沙,沒有很特別的味道,正常味道
蛋白杏仁茶,這個最失望,只有很少的只有談談的甜味,沒有蛋白在內,也沒有杏仁味
總括來說,若不是在這裏工作,也不會來到這裏,因為這裏無論是點心和茶錢也較其他區分為貴,這點值得留意
一年後,我地係上星期五嘅lunch再尼飲茶。我地係12:10pm用app拎定飛,12:40pm行到尼,12:50pm入座。
今次我地好謹慎,只會拎真係好想食嘅點心,d點心車係我地枱前經過兩次先出手
灌湯餃(頂點$60),一人點左一個,好足料,又多瑤柱,好味
牛柏葉(中點$46),好入味
菠蘿叉燒包(中點$46),好正,又熱又香脆,好好味
蛋撻仔(中點$46),暖暖地,蛋漿好味,唯一唔岩我嘅係我唔鍾意食酥皮。
楊枝甘露(中點$46),一人點左兩個,唔太甜,好味
今次控制住點心份量,只拎大家都鍾意食嘅點心,但咁樣都食左$423連茶錢同加一(每位$211)都幾貴,而且唔算多野食,但嗰下食完都飽嘅。
一去到就作戰狀態 唔可以錯過任何點心車
佢有好多款點心~最愛奶皇包,去其他地方食唔返咁多味,因為真係感受到佢真材實料的奶皇!
想當年初出茅蘆,老闆一叫team lunch, 大多數都是在此”老地方”,全因近office。
朋友在大會堂註冊儀式後,在此午餐也是指定動作⋯
傳統酒樓水晶大吊登,依舊盡顯氣派!
想要感受傳統點心車文化,此處會是好地方。
點心味道、賣相皆是普通之作,但價錢一點都不普通。

這裏性價比超低,若不是要緬懷過去,在中環吃點心著實有其他更好味、性價比更高之選!
有人提議去嘆個茶,最後選址中環大會堂呢間美心皇宮。呢間酒樓有個特色,就係有傳統推車仔賣點心喇,相信而家好多小朋友都未見過。童年回憶返哂黎呀(出賣年齡系列🤦🏻♀️)
唔單只有傳統推點心車,仲有懷舊小食,好似白糖糕,芝麻卷(即係好似菲林咁),蛋撻仔煎堆仔.....咁當然仲有叉燒包奶皇包燒賣蝦餃嗰啲啦。
下次放假要帶埋啲小朋友嚟感受一下先
