親戚結婚。一心覺得美心出名,大家都覺得食物同服務有保證。這𥚃的服务真是非常差。兩位副經理廖x同孔xx完全唔似經理。我地五位,逼我地分兩檯(無禮貌地)。當我們一坐低。就好似犯人咁。你哋要立刻分檯。語氣有點不禮貌。之后人地五位就可以安排装塊板隔開。我地有一位小孩,被迫要点两餐,其实都不是问题。後来問反佢地,就話一早叫左你地任坐。但一開就話一定要分兩檯。態度好似係我哋問題。有如去咗茶餐廳。失望。以後不會再去。

Instead of picking dimsum from the trolleys we decided to go for the a la carte menu. We ordered the roasted goose for starter and the fried noodle with shredded chicken and bean sprouts. 細個嘅時候我唔鍾意去酒樓飲茶因為酒樓都係污糟,唔似得而家大部份酒樓都比較乾淨光猛。而當時我最鍾意嘅係去大會堂美心酒樓飲茶,因為啲嘢好食之餘最重要係地方都好舒服。
拆卸左皇后碼頭之後我都冇再去過大會堂嘅美心皇宮,而家呢度真係好冷清,晚飯時段都係得大約10台客人。

We chose to eat here because there is no time limit which was great because it allowed us to dine more comfortably!The architectural design inside was very elegant and there was an amazing view of the Victoria Harbour! This was my first time going to a cart dim sum place which was very unique. The food was exquisite, the bao was soft, char siu was a good fatty cut and the various dim sums had a nice flavour. I especially enjoyed the special deep-fried custard-filled sesame balls.

一眨眼已經過咗4年, 上次寫呢度已經係2015的夏天, 來這裡會是一種情意結, 中環大會堂! 由從前的婚姻註冊處到那圖書館, 現代人叫"集體回憶" 2019年尾茶位由18 升至19蚊/位, 我們來是週六, $41/小點, $49/中點, $61/頂點, $54/腸粉/大點, $56/蝦餃午市炒粉麵飯加約20%, 都係屬於正常嘅,推介嘅有春卷, 金錢肚, 粉菓, 义燒飽, 不過這裡嘅义包係兩個一籠, 但义燒餡係一疊疊咁並沒有用一個醬去充塞空間, 的確係有點貴但唔係每日來還可以接受吧!

中午飲茶,來到這裏人流很多,若不是早點來的話,恐怕要等位的時間會很久,叫了很多點心,燒賣,大大粒燒賣味道不錯叉燒腸腸粉是滑滑的滿滿的餡料,口感也不錯棉花雞,分量充足,有蘇建雞喎和魚肚,未到剛好,不會太鹹,也不算油膩菠蘿叉燒包,脆脆的皮配上很入味的叉燒,這個10分推介魚鬆炆鴛鴦米,份量也足夠五至六人,每人一碗,不會太油膩鹹水角,也是屬正常的紅綠豆沙,沒有很特別的味道,正常味道蛋白杏仁茶,這個最失望,只有很少的只有談談的甜味,沒有蛋白在內,也沒有杏仁味總括來說,若不是在這裏工作,也不會來到這裏,因為這裏無論是點心和茶錢也較其他區分為貴,這點值得留意

很久沒有來大會堂 美心皇宮了,一踏進門口,所有舊記憶通通回歸!想當年初出茅蘆,老闆一叫team lunch, 大多數都是在此”老地方”,全因近office。朋友在大會堂註冊儀式後,在此午餐也是指定動作⋯傳統酒樓水晶大吊登,依舊盡顯氣派!想要感受傳統點心車文化,此處會是好地方。點心味道、賣相皆是普通之作,但價錢一點都不普通。茶錢$19/位😱叉燒包餡料滿滿叉燒的!這裏性價比超低,若不是要緬懷過去,在中環吃點心著實有其他更好味、性價比更高之選!

Lunchtime 又到,呢個時間個個同事塊面都貼左個問號❓係到🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣有人提議去嘆個茶,最後選址中環大會堂呢間美心皇宮。呢間酒樓有個特色,就係有傳統推車仔賣點心喇,相信而家好多小朋友都未見過。童年回憶返哂黎呀(出賣年齡系列🤦🏻‍♀️)唔單只有傳統推點心車,仲有懷舊小食,好似白糖糕,芝麻卷(即係好似菲林咁),蛋撻仔煎堆仔.....咁當然仲有叉燒包奶皇包燒賣蝦餃嗰啲啦。下次放假要帶埋啲小朋友嚟感受一下先

作為香港其中一間最有歷史嘅酒樓。美心皇宮今時今日重系保持住傳統推車仔嘅風格。而系唔同嘅車仔上面可以揾到舊香港好流行但而家賣少見少嘅食物例如白糖糕,伏苓糕,芝麻卷,當然叉燒包,奶皇包同燒賣等點心都有。味道而言其實唔差但亦都無話特別好食。坐位其實都夠寛落但價錢其實比其他酒樓例如潮江春貴。整體而言如果話想體驗一下舊香港飲茶文化其實都值得推薦。而呢間酒樓有正正系大會堂,好近地鐵站都算方便。最大問題系價錢較貴。
