之前團購用$15 買$30 的coupon, 昨天食了, 如果用$3x 買佢真係好唔抵. 我點了香蕉& brownie & 焦糖brownie 要熱熱地先好食, 我食果個係凍的d 料唔足之餘, $15 我都比多佢, 仲要補多$7...我係其他地方食d 料仲多過佢啦, 又平過佢,而且佢d 味道好一般.. 唔覺得有乜特別!!而且我見佢cut 生果的刀唔乾淨..cut 完就放係個杯裡...好唔衛生!

Having bought coupon online earlier, it's my second time to visit this tiny restaurant again!After lunch, J and I had a quick decision on choosing the type as lunchtime is almost over. Having bought coupon online earlier, it's my second time to visit this tiny restaurant again!


After lunch, J and I had a quick decision on choosing the type as lunchtime is almost over.

My pick: Green Tea x Red Bean x Mochi with cream (not too sweet and it's well-done, appreciate the quality of crepe they made)

J's pick: Banana x Original Ice Cream x Hershey Chocolate Syrup (She got thumb up with this and i tried little ice-cream from that and it is impression, not too sweet and very light indeed)


Got one coupon left and might go for their ice-cream next time (though it costs like $27 for a scoop).

I guess brownies one or with cheese cake topping be also good choices.

最近迷上了吃 crepes (法式薄餅), 除了傳統法式的之外, 日式的 crepes, 即台灣稱為可麗餅的, 也不放過。關於這些 crepes 的種種, 之後慢慢分享吧, 今次來到崇光百貨搜購糧草, 路過 Mazazu Crepe, 想吃的竟不是 crepe, 而是特濃 5.0 北海道牧場軟雪糕!$27 一個筒, 不算便宜, 但現在在街上隨便吃一杯雪糕或者冰乳酪也要近 $30 之譜了吧。4 個半圈高聳的軟雪糕, 份量也不欺場, 奶味濃, 質感相當的幼滑, 是不是比 3.6 牛乳造的更香濃就不得而知 (因為未吃過), 連香甜的威化筒吃掉的話, 就很飽了! 認真的, 這個威化筒也真的蠻好味, 有相當的厚度又夠脆, 配合雪糕絕對是相得益彰!在店外一面吃一面看著品牌的介紹, 這裡的軟雪糕是採用日本著名品牌「日世」, 雪糕所用的牛乳是來自北海道和琵琶湖的...(那是日本大地震前的事了, 現在是怎麼樣我也不知道, 只是這天經過, 見到有另一款櫻花口味的軟雪糕而已。)有機會的話會吃 crepes 的。

$27 一個筒, 不算便宜, 但現在在街上隨便吃一杯雪糕或者冰乳酪也要近 $30 之譜了吧。

4 個半圈高聳的軟雪糕, 份量也不欺場, 奶味濃, 質感相當的幼滑, 是不是比 3.6 牛乳造的更香濃就不得而知 (因為未吃過), 連香甜的威化筒吃掉的話, 就很飽了! 認真的, 這個威化筒也真的蠻好味, 有相當的厚度又夠脆, 配合雪糕絕對是相得益彰!

二月十九日﹙土﹚每次到sogo超巿購物,第一處經過的必定是這店子,自開業以來每次落電梯也有一大堆人圍著。材料聽說均是由日本進口,說得挺有氣勢,星期六下午較早時段經過這位置,難得店前空無一人,好讓自己細心看過究竟,反正未吃午飯,就向美女姐姐要了一個香蕉藍莓醬crepe作午飯。店員姐姐隨即開始製作薄薄的餅皮,看她手勢純熟把粉漿均衡的塗在鐵板上,再小心翼翼把餅翻過來就放到一邊準備餡料。看著她用心的製作,好讓我對這份crepe已經充滿了信心。加上cream及topic的香蕉及藍莓醬,再用心的把crepe卷好最終送到小弟手上,一切也是一絲不苟服務周到,可能是人少的關係吧。Crepe的餡料要好吃一點也不難,用高質素的香蕉,高質素的醬,cream,一定好吃。所以餅皮的心思及技術就成了整個crepe的靈魂,這個確是做得不錯,粉漿塗得均衡而且相當薄,時間亦烤得剛剛好,這個取決於落漿時的份量及製作的手藝了,粉漿太多的話在邊位自然厚厚一層積了起來。邊位咬起來帶薄脆口感,配上一大堆的cream及topic,相當美味。索價二十六元,不便宜的小吃,但做得足料及有心機,會再吃的。

原本在躊躇要朱古力、牛乳還是要兩溝,細問店員,原來兩溝的,牛奶味是會被朱古力味蓋過,故不能嚐清楚3.6的味道,心想若要吃朱古力味不如去Godiva,牛乳實在是不二之選北海道3.6牛乳雪糕 - 牛奶味香濃,雪糕幼滑,但不知是否因乳脂度數高,還是thankful week 的人購物慾如火,令場內氣溫高漲,只消拍照一張雪糕便快溶似的。雖然價錢昂貴,但物有所值。數天後再蒞此地,牛乳雪糕經已售罄。

As with all open cooking stalls, I stood in front of her and stared while she made it. Pressurizing? I’m not sure, but the lady chef seemed quite accustomed to crepe-making, which made me feel reassured about the final outcome of my crepe.

Indeed, I felt the crepe-maker had done well, and it was the ingredients that were a let-down.

The strawberries were still half frozen, and the chocolate sauce hardly tasted like chocolate. The ice-cream, apparently low-fat, was also quite tasteless. The fresh cream wasn’t that rich, and since the ice-cream was tasteless too, they both sort of became one. Not great.

The brownie was of poor-quality, and tiny, and not worth an addition of $7, but I can’t imagine eating the crepe without it… it would have been incredibly boring and unsatisfying with the cream-ice-cream and frozen strawberry quarters. Oh, and the tasteless choc sauce.

The pancake was fine, but there was too much of it – or rather, too little filling inside. It was folded nicely so the melting cream-ice-cream didn’t leak out, but the repetitive folding made it too thick. It became a pancake rather than a crepe.

The end-product was made by first letting the pancake cool down, then folding it, then adding the ingredients in the following order: cream, choc sauce, strawberries, icecream, dollops of cream around it, strawberries on top of each dollop – at this point, I was wondering where on earth the brownie would fit, but I realized, when she took it out, that it was so small that it could be fitted in wherever.

The best part was at the end, when I was nearly finishing, and there was a mixture of melted sweet mesh of a bit of everything at the bottom of the pancake-cone. It so happens that even when the ingredients are so average, you can still make a good mesh out of them. But the ingredients are in need of improvement, so that satisfaction arrives on the first bites, rather than the last ones.

I ordered the strawberry custard crepe. (I wish it was topped with whipped cream but I probably have to pay extra for it. I really enjoyed the crepe even though there were very little strawberry. I especially like the crepe skin because it was soft and chewy. Not many places can make it soft and chewy. Most of the time it is crispy or just soft and not chewy.

Felt like something sweet, but the rocky road ice-cream crepe I got was just a little too sweet.I felt that having a plain crepe was better than having all those fillings, anyway the crepe contained chocolate ice-cream, puffs with chocolate ice-cream puffs, marshmallow, cream and chocolate sauce.Overall it was a bit messy and heavy for a dessert, however the Finger Crepe featured on the poster seems good.

Weekend 去崇光百貨 一定多人,㗎喇, 點知去食CREPE仲多人, 幾經辛苦,CREPE入手。係綠茶紅豆雪糕crepe, 牛奶軟雪糕上有些抹茶粉, 兩者都是我的偏愛,牛奶的天然羶味,味道特別香濃, 質地幼滑。紅豆份量偏小,但ok。Crepe 做得相當薄身,入口有點煙韌口感,確實不錯的。 好多人都要食。可惜冇帶相機,下次再食先拍照啦!

自從前年的日本遊後就愛上了食Crepe了,但一直都未曾找回過在日本的那個味道,近幾年賣Crepe的店開了好幾家,每家都說自己是最正宗,最傳統,但原來都是不外如是.那天, 巧遇上了Mazazu Crepe.味道. 是.....tuna egg salad 是鹹的, 但tuna 跟egg 的味道完全不配, 這2個本應是很MATCH的, 竟然可以被弄到不配合, 而且tuna 是用便宜的, 沒有tuna的味道.egg是冰冰的....是我不該.....不該選鹹的........我還是努力尋找, 我心中的味道.

適逢一年一度的SOGO感謝周,什麼也有得平,今天也來襯一襯墟,整天都未吃過東西,一於就來吃點輕吃,二人分吃一個Pancake及一個軟雪糕,平時要三十元一個的,今天打個九折,但其實還是好很貴。點了女友喜歡的巧克力加香蕉片,店員用發熱板煎好了一塊很圓很大的Pancake之後,就包起巧克力及香蕉片,有別一般加巧克力漿,今次我故意的點了粒粒巧克力,吃的時候已經被Pancake的熱力融化了,但與別不同的是,粒粒巧克力的巧克力味要比巧克力漿重,而且又沒那麼甜身,配着香蕉來吃,它們天生就是絕配,加上那塊Pancake真的很棒,如果要說此塊Pancake貴在哪?我會答是那塊Pancake,而不是那些餡,因為在未吃之前,已經嗅到有很濃重的蛋香,加上吃起來夠熱又非常軟熟,真的沒什麼可以彈。雪糕的味道有兩款,一款是牛奶味雪糕,另一款是士多啤梨味的雪葩,要試試此品牌的基本功,當然試最基本的牛奶味雪糕,一眼看上去,其質感及樣子像極雪糕車的雪糕,閃爍爍的,看似奶油份量很高,應該也很肥卡路里很高呢!吃起來果然非常之滑,但比起雪糕車的更多了一份很濃厚的奶香,雪糕入口不太甜,有的就只是那份奶香,而且個脆筒非常之脆,又是

雪糕的味道有兩款,一款是牛奶味雪糕,另一款是士多啤梨味的雪葩,要試試此品牌的基本功,當然試最基本的牛奶味雪糕,一眼看上去,其質感及樣子像極雪糕車的雪糕,閃爍爍的,看似奶油份量很高,應該也很肥卡路里很高呢!吃起來果然非常之滑,但比起雪糕車的更多了一份很濃厚的奶香,雪糕入口不太甜,有的就只是那份奶香,而且個脆筒非常之脆,又是沒什麼可以彈。

好吃真的是好吃,但要幾近三十元一個軟雪糕,近三十元一個Pancake,完全是一個Premium的價錢,究竟換來的又是否Premium的質素呢?真的是一個見仁見智的問題,但對我來說,還是吃一次就夠了。

After seeing the 1st review on this page - came to try this! This soft-serve is actually not made by Mazazu Crepe in house, but it is supplied by a famous supplier of soft serve pre-mix from Japan, which is then diluted with milk before churned out on the machine.The first bite was actually quite good, but for some reason the Green Tea (Maccha) flavour then started to disappear on subsequent bites! For around $29, this could have performed a little bit better, as its very expensive!!
1st Bite Ok. Got worst from there... Weakish.
