今日早餐的主配角,是新一代的港式奶茶。港式奶茶早已引入,我往往選奶茶,不選汽水。此回聲勢浩大,昨日每店送出1000杯。今日試嚐,發覺進步不大,香氣,滑溜口感,茶味,提神感覺均無寸進。只是換了產地來源-錫蘭。熱度是增加,包裝亦似咖啡杯。今日主角是「芝蛋脆雞堡」,刪推出。「脆雞」稍有新意,薄而脆,入口即酥。調味則似曾相識,都是麥雞的味道。此店的醬汁其實不俗,故有樽裝醬汁出售。如略加醬汁,則別有滋味。
